Mabe wait just a little bit to see if the new killer will pique your interest. If not, I say Spirit if you want one of the strongest killers, or Legion if you want one of the most fun killers to lay.

Precisely. And that’s top priority. People are extremely upset about the lack of a Freddy rework. While I can sympathize with the frustration, people have to understand the additional cost on top of productions like the spirit that BHVR has to prioritize over the reworks.

Tunneler/Camper? Are you sure we are watching the same person, or do you just consider someone who doesn’t play brain dead as killer a scummy killer? If you use your same philosophy for Mori's countering DS, then it can be applied to perks such as Hope and No One Left Behind since they are not given the chance to be used. It is not a counter to them, you simply are just killed. A counter to DS would be Rancor since you can punish those who are the obsession when the gates are powered and when DS is used the obsession is switched, it can happen once more. > @Peanits said:

To explain a little further: A mori is not necessarily a counter to DS, a mori just kills you outright. You can't use any perks if you're dead. By the same logic, a mori counters Hope and No One Left Behind because they never have a chance to activate because you're dead.
That's not to say that moris aren't OP, and I'm totally okay with them and insta-heals going, but to say it's a counter is a stretch.

One wouldn't think it is difficult, but you do not truly know what is going on in BHVR. They have to keep their schedule and release what needs to be released/is expected (such as new killers and maps). This does not leave much room to work on an existing killer. They do what they can and I trust they are doing everything possible to push this rework. Have faith, my friend. They're human just as we are.

I have to disagree. Just as @Peanits said in a previous discussion, using that philosophy, a mori will counter Hope, No One Left Behind, etc. since you never got to use them. The only real counter perk that is available (that I see anyway) is rancor which is fair.

They're actively working on his rework. It takes a lot of time, effort, and resources on top of what they are trying to push out in the game to begin with. I'm right there with you when it comes to the frustration of waiting years, but you have to understand their point of view. Game development is often much more complex than what the public believe it to be. Additionally, if they decide not to roll with an idea that they have worked on for months, they have to basically start from scratch.

I wouldn’t call anything overpowered or underpowered when it is just released *cough cough Freddy cough cough* and DEFINITELY not when it has not even been released on PTB for testing. I can understand people having concerns, but it’s best not to make bold statements before anyone can have their hands on it.

I would put Bubba up a tier at least. The ability to instadown without add-ons already gives him an advantage over other killers. The only thing he lacks from Billy is his mobility. Otherwise, I’m cases where Billy or Bubba is trying to get the instadown when right behind the survivor is no different.
Legion also should be higher in my opinion. Yes, he is slower, but he has no counterplay. If Legion wants you dead, you will die. -
They’re complaining since DS’ stun time was reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds. So with enduring, the killer is stunned for 0.75 seconds instead of 1.0 second. Not a big change, but any change not in DS’ favor is certain to have an uproar.Master said:@Akuma said:

Because when killers complain about the hatch, survivors (and some killers) tell them “just slug for the 4K”, then get yelled at for slugging. It’s an endless loop.

I think that is too complicated for something like this. I would suggest something like double BPs for obsession hits and hooks as well as maybe a very minimal dying light for killing them like 5 or 10% penalty. Simply giving more incentive to chase and kill the obsession rather than creating a new full-blown mechanic for it is better in my opinion.

You can lobby dodge. It’s your own fault you start a game with high ping.
Secondly, they bought the game too and have every right to play no matter their internet speed.

@P3ToxicLaurie You’re looking through rose tinted glasses, my man. There are just as many survivors who complain in these forums who complain about everything.
As for killers complaining about the hatch, it is a free escape. I have no clue why you would say it isn’t but there is no sort of skill involved and there are plenty who will camp it until it opens.
When you suggest that killers should “just kill everyone before enough gens are done” and that it’s “not that hard”......yeah whatever. Maybe it’s not hard at your ranks as killer, but in the red and purple ranks, it’s near impossible to do that unless the survivors are potatoes. There is little to nothing a killer can do to slow down gens. Only one person can be chased at a time while 3 others can repair. I’m sorry, but that is the lamest argument I have ever heard.
As as for infinites, I can almost agree with you. Run bamboozle and the survivor will definitely have to find another loop. However, once again, you stated how OP killers are which is laughable. I mean look at poor Freddy. Nerfed basically as soon as he was released because of low rank survivors. Killers like Freddy rely on survivor mistakes (of which they can make many while killers cannot) and have little going for them. It wouldn’t surprise if you were to believe he is too strong still, because based on what you’ve said, you seem like that kind of survivor. -

@Vietfox I’m sure you are a much stronger killer than Tru3 is and 4K 5 Gen every game. I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but it kind of becomes an issue when someone (you) denies anything and everything said that clashes with what they believe to be true.
Case and point, DS can be an absolutely broken perk. There is little to no way to counter it without the use of other perks, especially for those running it who aren’t the obsession. No perk should ever just give a free escape. At least 2/3 of survivors who hit me with DS think they’re hot ######### for hitting a skill check while their team held M1.
It’s difficult to deny it’s strength and I am still waiting for someone to give a reason as to why it’s such a problem other than “baby killers can’t handle it”. This isn’t just DS. NOED is the same thing the other way around. But that’s a totally different discussion.

Legion is the most fun to play (but the least fun to play against). Hag, however, has Ruin. If you have Ruin already, then Legion should be your choice, but if you don't, by all means, get Hag.

Anyone with a smaller terror radius by default (Freddy, Hag, Huntress, Legion, and Myers) and stealth killers like Wraith benefit very much from nurses since survivors can't hear the heartbeat when you first are able to see their auras (especially for Myers and Wraith). If your terror radius is still 32 meters like default Trapper, then it is less useful. Slap Monitor and Abuse into your loadout, though, and the issue is solved.
As for Thanatophobia........well....at least the devs tried. It's crap just in general.

Believe it or not, SWF is what keeps this game alive. Sure, we could take it out, but that would only result in the game dying. I for one like the idea that I can go online with friends. It's the same as if I want to go online with friends in GTA Online, Halo, Destiny, Siege, etc. Call me whatever you want, buddy. It won't make it any more difficult for me to sleep at night :chuffed:

110% movement speed can really mess people up if they don't know how to work with it. A lot of the time killers that pick up Legion don't know when to and when not to mind game. Sometimes you just gotta force the pallet down since there isn't a viable alternative. That's what gives people the L most of the time.

"Worst killer" is a blanket statement. For instance, Freddy has nothing to help in the chase. He just tracks well. The clown at least has something that aids in the chase.

The survival category definitely needs improvements like these. I don't think I have ever seen someone get even 6000 in survival before since you only get it for self healing/mending (which is minuscule) and escaping.

I'm a killer main, but am often called a survivor main on these forums since I defend stuff like SWF. Rank 1 killer within the first few days of reset and around rank 7 or 8 for survivor. I simply don't play enough survivor to rank up further.

People just hate the fact that survi mains throw the argument "I'm sorry but people have friends..." which is most stupid thing to say when its clear to everyone the amount of advantages CWF offer.
I main killer, buddy. Rank 1 killer every reset within a few days and around rank 7 or 8 survivor. Don't use blanket statements like that.

Well, you tell me. The most noticeable gameplay feature it has is the speed at which it breaks pallets and gens. At full power, Fire Up can break those at 14% faster speeds. Brutal Strength can break both at 20% faster speeds indefinitely.
For those who mention the vaulting and pick up times.....c'mon. It's so minimal that it can be difficult to notice even if you are paying close attention.

Oh yes. Heaven forbid anyone play online with their friends. While there are groups who can wipe the floor with killers, the majority of SWF is just friends wanting to play together. I know you can go to KYF, but some groups might not like playing as killer and actually want bloodpoints for playing. Quit your whining, bud, and grow a pair.

I play a significant amount of killer and have my fair share of frustrations, but I never bust my load, write down a players name with intentions of ruining their game for my own "revenge" if they get the hatch. THat's something a four-year-old does. You need to grow up and swallow your pride. It is disgusting that people like you act like this. That's not limited to killers either. Anyone who seeks out specific people to do something like this to them or witchhunt anyone will never have my respect or likely anyone with a logical mind.
