  • Maybe I'm crazy, but I swear I've never seen survival points in any of my games this low unless I died extremely early game. Below is a breakdown of how the round went. Is this intended with the new MMR update and legit, or am I right in thinking this seems really low? 1.75 gens completed 4 chases, injured twice but not downed 1 min officially in chase total (technically longer, but I only co

  • I think it's time to seriously address the current state of Wesker. I don't want BHVR to completely rework his mechanics or radically change how he is played. Quite the opposite — I think the fewer fundamental changes made to him, the better. Wesker has accumulated too many problems with his movement, collision, interactions with map geometry and various Bound mechanics. The longer these

  • im gonna be the one to say it idc, judgement feels horrible to play against and i cant emphasize enough. versing her is literally just guess work. shes henry 2.0 with a side of artist. ontop of that none of thbem actually play properly they just spam snipes at gens once theyre in zealous mode. shes just another cheese killer like chess merchant was on release. (tho not as bad) at this rate she

  • I didnt know where else to post this and as this is my first post i didnt know if i should put it under a discussion or a question. Please can we have a sound effect for hitting someone with the divine light pillar as it is not very satisfying without one, it would also help clarify to the player that they hit a survivor. Thank you for your time.

  • So as of right now a few killers are bugged. And by that I mean: Huntress - Coconut made a video showcasing the bugs regarding her but to summary it up, hatchets can loose collision and hitboxes and get stuck in place, the vfx of a flying hatchet can not even play out, the model can become invisible, it can hit the invisible wall when trying throwing an orbital but only on the way down and it g

  • how long will this trial take place? I really don’t want their crappy software on my pc at all and need to know when it will be safe again to play dbd without installing that useless anti cheat. For those that don’t know denovuo is worse than eac in every way fathomable and i can’t believe bhvr is even trialing them. Last time i had their anti cheat on my pc i had to completely reinstall windo

  • How in the world are we supposed to get a trophy where survivors need to screw themselves over first in order to obtain it. Easily played like 30 matches and still don't have it xD it's legit impossible u gotta do this in event mode or sth where ur farming but how can they expect that while designing a trophy…

  • Wesker has gone through hell the past few months. With each update gutting him more and more. He went from fun, smooth, and nice to perform cool techs that the dbd community love to see to, clunky, buggy, and difficult to perform anything at this state. Wesker overall just needs his old kit back otherwise the well known Wesker community will die and so will the character himself. BEHAVIOR, please

  • In the killer showcase for The Animatronic, there is a description regarding his fire axe that is not present in actual gameplay. As of Chorus of Sin's release, Springtrap is 4.4 m/s until he throws the axe and indefinitely becomes 4.6 m/s until recalled. However, the showcase describes this: When the fire axe is embedded in the environment: The Animatronic becomes 4.6 m/s for 15 seconds

  • Dev Q&A Livestream - Oct 7, 2021 Why do killers get to use Hex once, but survivors can keep blessing totems? [Patrick] First, remember that we have a few nerfs coming. Boon totems are range limited support mechanics, and wastes time since survivor is not on a generator. Hexes are global and game changing, , so they have the risk of being cleansed. For example, during design we said "

  • I was lucky they still had these But if I were to try to recommend someone to buy merch from the store, theres a 90% chance they won't find anything that interests them. With the amount of art within the game and even fan art etc, its suprising that all they have is black and white clothes with black and white i

  • Before it was based on kills but now it's based on …what? For those that want to raise their MMR, it's a great change. No matter what you do if you're trying your MMR will go up …or what? I just want to understand. I was never one to take up nasty strategies like tunneling or slugging from the start of a match. I like going for my 8 hooks before I start killing people and if they brought cak

  • The Judgment is a good example: BHVR has discussed and implemented extra visual information around Divine Light to make reacting to it more accessible for Survivors. That goal is completely fair, but accessibility should work both ways. If playing the Killer requires uncomfortable camera movement, precise flicks, or mechanics that can cause motion sickness, those concerns deserve the same attenti

  • It's a downgrade from what we had before! I HATE IT! Why does it say EST. when it's not an estimate and is the elapsed time in the queue? It is not a visual improvement.

  • Subject: Localization Discrepancy in "The Judgment" Lore Text (Korean Client) – Barbarians Ch. 7 & 12 Hello, I'd like to report what looks like a localization inconsistency in the in-game lore for the killer "The Judgment" (Chorus of Sin chapter), specifically in the "Barbarians" scripture excerpts. • The communication wheel finally coming to DBD (it's been 10 years, and there was already something similar in the dead mobile version) is great news for solo survivor players, including myself. All of these efforts have been made in order to put SWFs and solo survivors on a similar level to make the game easier to balance. However, the main thing that makes SWFs so much more powerful in the first

  • Hello Behaviour. In the latest Chorus of Sin patch, several significant issues have emerged with the Wesker character, noticeably impairing his gameplay responsiveness. His grabs and attacks appear to be heavily reliant on server validation, resulting in inconsistent input registration and noticeable latency. This undermines the core mechanics of the character, as Wesker’s strength lies in preci

  • I've seen a few people mentioning this elsewhere with a mix of claims that it's a bug with the latest update and some claiming it's an intentionally updated animation. Either way I hate it. The first time it happened I thought I was suffering the worst input lag I've ever seen. I don't know about all killers but so far I've tested Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, and Judgement. The only one that

  • I've been playing Judgement for around 2 days straight and facing them a total of twice. It seems as though most people have completed dropped the Community-Made Chapter altogether for the most part, but that's a side tangent. The problems I come bearing are from my own experience into this, frankly, mess of a Killer. Divine Light Let's go over the main part of The Judgement. Divine Light is n

  • Realm repeat was enabled in 8.5.0 and was meant to replace the former map repeat system. The problem? now realms with 1 or 2 maps in them are just ridiculously more common now. Its like you get 1 good match on macmillan then immediately its always followed by a swamp or nostromo. Noone is complaining if they get macmillan → macmillan → autohaven → autohaven but when its constantly Macmillan →

  • Idk if many people have been using hex third seal on Judgement ? I know it doesn't hide her beam power anymore BUT…anyone noticed what it DOES cover…her exile statues. Blind survivors only see the initial auditory warning when one activate but then their aura is not showed. I find Judgement rather weak but this way you sometimes have people getting second hook or straight up dying bc no one res

  • The game has a massive crashing issue on PC, at least on Epic. I'm not the only one having this issue it's all over the beta hub. This is literally the first page of the beta hub. The underlined reports are all the exact same crash. The game is basically unplayable for me. In the last 2 days I've gotten a 1 hour DC penalty, 3 30 minute penalties, and 2

  • I was playing Adept Wesker using both of his iridescent add-ons, during a chase with a Feng Him I was trying to catch Feng with my Virulent Bound and I was in a position where there was a vault in front of me, since I had a Lab Photo Add-on I figured out that, with Lab Photo I wouldn't special-vault and would caught Feng with my second dash. The surprise I had when I special-vaulted EVEN with La

  • With survivor it's always been simple. You escape and get your adept. Pretty easy. Usually a decent player can get it in 3 or less attempts and if they're unlucky but not a quitter they'll get it in under 10 attempts, guaranteed. And that's for someone with a bit of experience who just throws on the perks and goes for it. I got my Aurora adept first try without breaking a sweat. But killer?

  • The newest Chorus of Sin patch has introduced some serious issues with Wesker that make his gameplay feel noticeably more clunky, delayed, and server dependent. His grabs and hits seem to rely heavily on server validation, resulting in situations where an interaction looks like it should connect but either doesn't register or feels delayed. For a killer whose power revolves around precise movemen

  • I hope they keep them with a high skill ceiling, we haven't had a killer like that in a while right? I think that what makes this killer more unique, a power that will benefit extremely from skill Something like Katarina from league, a high skill champ that is very strong with the right hands. Though I would like to see its zealous curve nerf reverted. I want to see number changes but I don

  • Ever since STchp2, all the survivor prestiges have been lacking in the blood department. Compared to the OGs prestige, they hardly look any different from their default. I think they've been on a downward trend since Sable (imo hers could be better, you can barely tell on the shirt). The last 'good' prestige imo is Vee but even then Troupe and Orelea are still really mid. And for BHVR to celebra

  • I understand that the ones in the PTB weren't well received, but there's been no updates since then, and more than half my games have people being hard tunneled at 5 gens, frequently with builds or killers who can completely ignore most if not all anti tunnel perks.

  • TL;DR - Risk/Reward of the Exile mechanics is too unfavourable for survivors. My suggestion is: Make using the Searcher's Pendant restore lost hook time, or make the survivor immune to a Seed of Punishment for each Exiled Soul they collect. — The Exile concept is great, and the art is fantastic. However I feel the mechanics while in Exile are currently a little unbalanced and unclear. Survivors

  • Have to admit i haven't watched much ptb footage of the judgement. But after 4-5 matches against judgement today they seem super weak to me. Every game saw gens finished, and only 1 was a 3k (should've been a 2k but an ill advised endgame rescue attempt went very pearshaped) the others were all 0 or 1ks. The beam is mad easy to dodge, and i rarely juice time in chase they way i have been agains

  • EDIT: After clarification of the maths - a full generator kicked with Lay Waste (only) will take 128 seconds to regress to zero. Not as horrific as I first thought, phew! But still very strong. — It was likely designed with the possibility of permanent generator charges in mind, but that concept has basically been removed from the game. As a non-licensed killer Perk, Lay Waste is especially ov

  • So far I've had some issues going against the judgment where they'd just sit in the middle of the map and not even chase. Yes those beams are very avoidable but they use revealing perks and snipe us from the middle of the map without even giving chase and it's in avoidable other than moving out of its way.

  • Slugging has seriously reached a whole new level thanks to the amazing MMR reset announcement. It’s so exhausting trying to just play DBD when you’re constantly getting slugged because some little kids think they somehow deserve a 4K, even though they’re absolute bots. All it does is unnecessarily drag the match out forever, and then people even team up just so the killer can find the last surviv

  • Ash is obviously great, but Mia would represent a completely different side of Evil Dead. The 2013 movie is way darker and more serious, and I honestly think she would fit DBD really well. She could work as her own survivor with perks based around surviving while injured, resisting negative effects, or getting stronger when things are going badly. There are also a bunch of obvious cosmetic

  • Anyone caught the fact Judgement was probably allowed to be taken by the entity bc she committed a sin of pride ? She was sent by higher deity to punish or judge mortals who had began to reach a level of power and tech similar to Gods. But then Judgement in her lore seems to eventually be worshipped by a cult which then she starts to act like she is a god herself. Like when you hit someone someti
