I propose a Noed rework. I believe it should work as the perk Fire Up. When 2 gens are done, the killer has increased movement speed. 3 gens are done more increased movement speed. 4 gens it is at its last increased movement speed, and the killer moves as fast as they do in at regular tier 3 Noed does now. So I had to play Bing Bong for a daily and had 4k even being lvl 1 (rank 10). Thing is, I received mean message from the 1st survivor I killed, saying bad words and that I was camping. So I want to be a generally well balanced killer so I can pass whatever daily I have with flying colors and a truckload of blood points. I'm best with the hag and pretty good with Leatherface, Wraith, Doctor, Clown, and Huntress. The others my success is off and on, but every time i play nurse I can barely even hurt ONE survivor. Im rank 1 killer and rank 1 survivor. Survivors that are decent, have chosen a female model that blends in and have taken all meta perks.. this match will be a hard match for any killer other then Nurse, Hag and billy. On the ps4, sloppy butcher and balanced landing causes horrible lag to me as a survivor when I get afflicted with the status from sloppy or get the burst from balanced landing. As a killer I do not see the lag but as a survivor I do and it causes me to get unfair hits as a killer or get hit unfairly as a survivor. During the SWF lobby if there are 3 or more players connected a debuff icon and sound will appear in the lobby before searching to show the penalty of playing with 3 or more players. I had a match where I was running these 2 perks together and lullaby hit 5 stacks and there were noise explosions everywhere lol. Wish I recorded that. Was one of the funniest matches I've played. I love this game dearly. But why is there nothing that the developers can do to ban people on console? I have sent in video of me being body blocked into the basement for an hour, sent clips of people working with the killer, and emailed and tweeted at every member of the team I can imagine. When I found out that rank 3 only adds 5 seconds to healing timers, I was disappointed. I think it’s because the perk makes it seem like it seriously hinders survivors. But it’s a pathetic 5 seconds... I’m hopeful that eventually it will be changed to result in harder healing skill checks or the inability to use self care. I do not understand why Self-Care is so overpowered .... I could list off over a dozen of overpowered perks the killer have but yet I do not complain. For example, David's Perks talk about rewarding high-risk play, but the truth is, they absolutely do not.
