Some clarification on Wraith Add-On

So I understand the Devs like to be mysterious with their percentages of how much something effects something else in this game, but can we get something on the Wraith's Blind Warrior: White add-on that demonstrates the level of mangled the survivors become? Normally there's like a "moderately" or "considerably" attached to a debuff like this, but there is currently nothing atm.

    From what I've heard it's basically Sloppy Butcher 3. So it adds about the same amount of time as the perk does. If anyone knows otherwise then correct me on that.
