So recently, I queued into a game, and it tells me I got the achievement "Rank 1 Killer" and "Rank 5 Survivor" (I'm only rank 4 killer and rank 10 survivor currently). I was confused, but afterwards, the game gets over, and I get the achievement "Rank 1 Survivor". My rank still displays rank 10, but steam has indeed given me these achievements. Will there be any rework of totems (spawns, cleanse time...etc.)? Yesterday while I was doing my dailies as survivor I spawned 2 consecutive games EXACTLY 5 steps from enchanted totem, cleansed it and literaly destroyed killers perk slot in 20s. I've been getting horribly confused lately. I love to play the legion, enjoy the play style and feel of it. Anywhere you go to look online, most sources agree that legion is one of the worst characters in DBD. I refuse to believe this however and see the strong points in the character. To how much he can royally ######### your frame rate on PS4. I have a Pro and set my games to run smoother, but goddamn.... Its like I was playing the game as a GIF. This happened after I used Static Blast a few times and Popped a few gens. Edit: Anyone else having this same issue playing as Doc? I’m playing on PS4 now after this 3.5.0 update. The Spirit with her glowing Halloween cosmetic causes MASSIVE fps problems on every map, in every match when playing against her as survivor. its been in the game since it came out. Somehow they got the performance of the game even worse. Literally around 15fps as killer. Thats actually an achievement. Another weird change I noticed was that you go slower than normally now if you're swinging with mas grit when carrying a survivor. I think that the devs have made they’re mind up about ruin and it’s current state not that it was effective at rank 1 game play but still. Every single update there is a line in patch notes " Audio & Localization Misc audio adjustments and improvements. Misc localization and translation improvements." First off, yes, it IS an exploit Survivors being able to get behind the hooked person and be nearly 100% safe is ridiculous and should've been removed ages ago now. Devs just changed ruin with one reason being it could be extremely strong with little risk on the killer's part, so what about this? So, I dont know where to post this specifically, but I just unlocked both Rank 5 killer and Rank 1 killer achievements back to back, in 2 different games. I do not play killer often and my current killer rank is 17. Also, my SWF duo unlocked the rank 1 survivor achievement at rank 5. Stop with this “bring all your insta (16 second) heals and keys” and the “noed rebellion”/“Insidious LF Movement”/“Mori Movement” enjoy the game and stop trying to make the game worse than it is. Feeding fuel to the flames you are already trying to put out doesn’t help. I know Shakespeare said “fight fire with fire” but that’s also a terrible saying. I escape most of the time now. The killers get a few hooks and are usually a lower level than me. While I admit I am having fun as a survivor, I highly doubt the people playing killer are having any fun. We all know how annoying it is when survivors get traps off on first try and we all know how annoying it is to search every box or die because you had to search every box and piggy would occasionally disrupt you to make your timer go down a bit. Played 5 games as Doc, new Ruin, Surveillance, Thrilling, and BW. The sheer consistency with the static blast was great. Immediately putting survivors a madness tier was my wet dream for Doc, plus the fact you can actually negate loops as doc is great, as the cooldown is now 1.5 seconds, I can time the shock right and hit people if they dont drop the pallet down early. Just had to say it. The swap mechanic was bullshit and felt hindering, not fun, but now he is always running, which looks and feels scary. The recent updates such as the Doctor rework and the ruin update seem to be about making the game more enjoyable for new players. However, Dead by Daylight does not take long to learn compared to other PVP games, due to the low mechanical skill requirement.
