Decisive Strike does not stun the killer sometimes
We are looking into scenarios where Decisive Strike does not stun the killer in spite of succeeding the skill check. If you create a bug report, please be sure to let us know which killer you were playing against when this happened.
Bet, time to do some "testing" to find out which killers dont get stunned for "educational"purposes

This likely has something to do with Dedicated Servers.
lol, watch this bug get fixed before the sounds do.
Maybe because sounds are harder to fix?
I noticed this was common if you got grabbed off of a person you were unhooking
Goodthey have had almost 2 months to fix sound, they should be at least somewhat close to finding out the problem by now.

Decisive should always activate and be used regardless this bug is dumb

meant when you get grabbed by any means sorry
dont rely on it and you wont have withdrawals from it.
