RIP Doc
People confirm that he must wait 3s after using his shock.
Changing stances, the wait time was 1s. Now its 3s. IMO, this is a huge nerf, friends.
Type "F" to pay respects.

Doc become Legion. Almost 4s stun. :D
He's fine great job devs:) he's not dead he lives.
You know, a PTB is to test the waters for a change...
So... yeah...
No way! HE WAS MY FAVORITE KILLER AND NOW HE'S JUST ANOTHER DAMN LEGION. YOU BETTER CHANGE IT BACK DEVS
PTB is more of an illusion of control, where you think your opinion matters before the changes go live. Unless of course, it affects "survivors fun."
A lot of updates in the PTB have made Survivor changes more plausible for the LIVE version, so I wouldn't say it only changes Killer related things to "help survivors have fun" as that isn't true.
You'll have to wait and see! 3.5.0 isnt LIVE yet, so who knows what will happen.
Guess ghostface was just an illusion, so was Spirit and Oni
Those affected "survivors fun." Try to keep up.
They have actually confirmed that they're already aware that the cooldown is not working, and are planning to change it. It's not everything, but it's something.
It's a few steps in the right direction when they need a mile.
The Doc is finally out. I played some games as him and Im happy to tell that I was wrong. Devs buffed him. I didnt use shock range addons and I managed to consistently deny pallet drops and vaults. Almost all survivors used Calm Spirit, and it cause a little discomfort, but Doc has Restraint addons to highlight sneaky survivors. Calm Spirit is not a big trouble.
@28_stabs
Yeah the extra 10% shock range was a huge improvement. Suddenly he’s viable without range add ons.
I wouldnt worry about calm spirit. Give it a few days and nobody will take it again.
Even Im full of anger because of destroyed Ruin, I like new Doctor. Old one was boring but this one is fine.
