Mate, the livestream happened, like 4 weeks or more ago
They had a whole pinned thread asking for peoples questions for a Livestream about the Ruin, and Doctor changes. The livestream was going to start with talking about the changes planned for Ruin.
Livestreams usually happen after the updates release. Updates are always on Tuesday's and they usually live stream on Thursday's.
