Lol let this be a lesson that even though you don’t have to use them , the add ons can be just as important as perks with the drawbacks some have and can hinder you more than help in some scenarios if they aren’t properly matched
Lol yes. The tuft of hair only served to tremendously increase the time it took to activate the tombstone. I am a fool!

In the wiki there is a note that says 'does not stack with tuft of hair' but it is not so clear in game.

I was thinking the same. Far better than it used to be. I think I would only bother taking Lightborn now if I saw 3 torches in the lobby.

The only balance the devs need to achieve is that for every 5 people that play the game only 1 want’s to play killer.
Seeing as I can get a game of either on PS4 within a minute I say they nailed it.
Killer has to be a bit difficult, a bit frustrating, a bit draining to maintain this 4/1 ratio.

I think a lot of people who picked this game up on PS Plus feel no obligation to the game or the player base. Its just a disposable experience for them and they have no qualms about disconnecting or whatever. Its a different feeling to when you have spent money on something.
Unfortunately that's the flipside of giving the game away for 'free' but hopefully in time those people will lessen in number.

I play on PS4 and don't find it that bad. The occasional insult but that's usually when you have a good game.
I have yet to see a survivor aiding the killer.
How is it even possible for friends to get in a game as killer and survivor? Just by luck? Meh I can live with those odds.

If the survivors break your hooks then just camp their visceral cankers.

I don't know its under rated but I use Monitor and Abuse on most killers and couldn't be without it. Just that extra 8m of creeping up on survivors without a terror radius makes all the difference.

There your control fantasies can be realised. Get someone on a hook and there's no rescue if you don't allow it. Let the rest do generators - they wont pip and neither will you. Just as you planned it.

In 2 years of playing I have never once escaped from a Leatherface.

I like dropping the last survivor near the hatch then mori them.
I like face camping someone with Leatherface knowing that they are getting angry.
I like delaying a game for an hour or more with 3 gen Doc.
I like playing against only 3 survivors and making sure they all depip.

I think the sound and music overall is superb.
I like the smash of a NOED mallet in the face of a t-bagging Dwight.

It is in the survivors power to penalise them for it by doing gens.

PS4 here as well. Been playing since week 1.
I didn't know much about the game and nearly cancelled my pre-order when I saw Destructoid reviewed it on PS4 and gave it 3/10!
So glad I didn't as its probably been my most played game ever.

Nah I was being flippant. I think I've only disconnected from killer a half dozen times. Mainly due to survivors not leaving.

Imagine more than one survivor is carrying that perk - they wont want to leave the trial first. Could be a problem.

Normally you get a perk in your first bloodweb but not another one until bloodweb 5 I guess. That is changing.

Indeed but I would only need 3 good ones to form a team. Only requirement's being they have a PS4, want the trophy, have voice comms and preferably a massive stash of keys! I think it could take a good few attempts...

3 kills feels like a win to me. 2 feels like a loss.
Myself escaping is the only time I feel like I won when playing survivor.

I think what you will actually find is that the cosmetics make the killers look more scary.
This extra 'scare' factor causes survivors to make more mistakes and you will find that with the right costumes all killers become viable at rank 1. -
I like using Whispers on him.
When it lights up start spamming the 'power' all around. Quite often I put someone to sleep I didn't even know was there. -
I usually play a little bit of 'elevator music' when I'm camping with Leatherface to pass the time.

I don't think so but the expression 'all their eggs are in one basket' comes to mind.
If someone released a superior alternative to DbD that could really hurt them. -
Sounds like I am just unlucky - what rank are you playing? I must admit I have let my rank slide on survivor recently. Maybe the more casual end of the player base don't buy as much DLC....

I am in favour of a bloodpoint cap. We have lots of other hats and costumes so why not?
