  • No start and continue it.

I want a handsome, full blonde long hair, fit, white, athletic man in this game. I won't stop playing this game until I get what I want.

  • Yes stop female sexual objectification and start male sexual objectification.

There are gays and women playing this game too, what about us?

  • I have never used bloodlust 3 except for once where I didn't deliberately hit the survivor to activate BL3 and see what happens.

When I played really bad, here and there I've got BL2.

They have fixed a lot of maps and their problematic window spots. I think it is a huge step for the killers. We have to play and see what happens.

  • It does look cool but it isn't because it is really situational.

    You shouldn't be found first.
    You should unhook somebody.
Unhooked person should not be downed easily, it should be a safe rescue.
If the killer doesn't camp you can get unhooked anyway. If the killer camps then even if you kobe, it will not matter.

Killer's perks are a lot better imo.

    1 - remove the hatch

    2 - nerf ds, sc

    3 - nerf looping

4 - make other killers as powerful as (or close to) the nurse.

5 - make gens to take longer to repair (or gather pieces to repair them)

    6 - remove SWF

Don't you see a big flaw if all of these ideas became real?

I personally find it funny when someone asks for all this and yet makes fun of survivors by saying they want ez matches.

PS: feel free to add more of these suggestions if you think they have been proposed often.

Disclaimer: i've already said that swf needs a especial treatment and some small tweaks would be needed in the game.

    1. Nope it is not popular. Neither survivors nor most of the killers want the hatch to be removed.

    2. Yes DS needs a nerf regardless of what one might say. Make it either only one person can use it or completely change it. Most of the killers don't have problem with SC.

    3. I feel like although most of the killers complain about this problem, none of them wait it to be nerfed or removed. The only problem I have with looping is disgusting setups like when two jungle gyms are right next to each other. If you waste my time with pallets I am okay with that but having a disgusting setup where you don't need to use a pallet until bloodlust 2 or 3 is not acceptable.

    4. Believe it or not most of the killers believe that the Nurse is OP. What we want all killers to be at the level of hillbilly.

    5. Every single killer wants that. Survivors can potentially finish the game within 3-4 minutes which is ridiculous. I personally think it is a legitimate complain.

    6. SWF is not balanced and the game itself wasn't designed around voice coms. I can't say that I want SWF to be removed but something needs to happen. Give killers more powers when they face SWF for example.

Almost all of what you say is not what all of the killer mains want. Mostly same thing are being mentioned by the same people and I don't think you can attribute that to all the killer mains.

I feel like you live in Europe. 11 am eastern time for the USA and Canada

  • It is a terrible move to allow people to opt out SWF. Killers can at least endure SWF but survivors will not play the game if they can not play it without their friends. It seems to me that most of the time SWFs do not play to win the game since It is really easy to win with voice comms.

They can give the killer extra perk slots or addons or BPs etc. but I do not think that they will remove SWF in the future. Killers have to deal with it sadly.

  • This tier list is really wrong.

I don't know what you mean by mind game with nurse. Apart from that she is a full chase killer, has the best map control, best slugger.

Hag doesn't have the best map control. Nurse has the best map control and the second one is hillbilly.

Clown is not the fastest killer in the game. A lot of killers' base movement speed is same which is 115. He is good at shutting down pallets. Aside from that, he has terrible pressure, no slugging ability, no 1 shot if you don't use that addon, no way to slow down the game.

Hillbilly is getting looped but almost every single other killer gets looped as well. His 1 shot ability punishes survivors for missing a pallet or being greedy so he is better at looping than most of the other killers.

Trapper spends too much time to set his traps and his ability can be disabled with no cost as long as he doesn't use bloody coil. Pig also has many problems.

This is one of the worst tier lists I have ever seen tbh.

Devs made clear during last stream that not every killer is meant to be viable at high ranks.
This means you can have fun baiting a few low rank survivors in your basement, but if you wanna have sucess switch to billy/nurse.

I really dont like that either, but apparently thats how they design the game. Personally, I believe its quite borign to verse the same two killers all day

What devs said during the last stream was that they were too lazy to buff some killers to be viable at high ranks.

This game is not Dota or LoL. There aren't more than 100 killers with 4-5 special powers. In those games yes some champs will have to be weaker than the others but I am sure that you can balance 12 killers in a game. They just don't want to deal with it.

If you want to make an easy killer for beginners that is not viable at high ranks, why would you do that with a horror icon like leatherface anyway?

"It's a strategy" "It's a game mechanic" I did know that some people would come with this arguments. Doesn't mean it isn't toxic or unfair or whatever. At lot depends on why people do this.

For example: If I camp someone just because he/she stunned me with a palette to save someone while I was carrying the survivor to the hook it would be unfair. It was my fault to take that way through the palette so why should I blame someone else? I'm the one who has to live with the consequence and it would be an b****y move to camp that person just because he/she did something right. That's what I think is toxic/unfair. Well, maybe I should have defined in a better way what I mean xD

What I mean is: most of these things ensures that someones getting mad. But it seems that some people forget that a game is meant to be fun. And not for getting mad. People play because they want to have a nice time and forget about a stressful day at work or else. And that doesn't work if people just get mad because of some guys who thinks they're cool with an unfair style to play.

And like I said at the point about bodyblocking: It's less points for the killer(because then a killer gets no points for a chase) and no fun for the others. Same about camping, if the others can escape while a killer camps one of four possible victims. So why use a strategy that ensures getting less points? That isn't the goal of this game. Goal is either escaping or killing your opponents(and getting as many points as possible), depending on which side you play. Of course if there are some guys who ignore that and make faults while they try to rescue so the killer can get them - that's ok, strategy worked out, goal achieved, end of the story, next match please xD

@Zanfer Yes it is really subjective, I agree with you about that. What exactly do you think is toxic? I would be interested in your opinion about that. :chuffed:

@Incarnate I like your way of thinking :chuffed: You seem to understand what I mean. :chuffed:

You still don't understand do you? Killers don't tunnel people just to annoy them most of the time. If they can't ensure a kill early, they will not be able to put pressure on others especially if they don't play viable killers.

Looping is not toxic, it is a strategy and works out really well. Instead of getting caught and giving free hook to the killer, you actually waste his time and give your fellow survivors the opportunity to do the generators. Same goes for the killer. There is an unhooked survivor who is injured and there is another one with full health. If you go and chase the injured person, chase will end up in 20 seconds while it might take more than a minute to win the other chase. Just like survivors use the most viable way to play the game, killers will choose to play the game in a way that benefits them.

Don't tunnel and kill dwight at the beginning it is not fair and fun for him! Well survivors getting gens done in 3-4 mins is also not fun for the killers but if killers say that survivors shouldn't do their objective, everybody will get upset. Survivors don't give up their %50 completed generators and go and do another generator. They want to finish their objective as early as possible just like killers. For some reason, killers don't expect survivors to not finish their objectives but survivors expect killers to do the hard thing.

Instantly dying is not fun for the survivors, not getting kills and getting gen rushed is not fun for the killers. One side will be upset regardless.

They removed the extra time on Predator? Jesus Christ. They just can't give killers anything can they? It's always give with one hand while kicking you in the nuts when it comes to killers.

No it was because of complaints.

The problem with extra time is that when you were looping around something that blocks your vision, survivors' marks would still be there even though he sprinted to somewhere else. Most of the killers were complaining about that and saying that that perk was more of a disadvantage for the killer than advantage.

  • All of their trailers are different from each other. Myers's trailer was different from Pig's trailer.

They might have tried something else. I guess we need to wait and see.

  • @Bethany said:
We all now our not-beloved toxic gamers.
First of all, which things make a gamer toxic?

-Instant leaving when match starts. It doesn't matter if survivors or killers are leaving - we want to play and have fun. With disconnecters it is no fun at all.

-Camping & Tunneling. Also no fun for the other gamers. And it is quite useless if the gamers are good and the mates are helpful. Only a direct facecamp could possibly avoid the help. But it is still unfair. And while you camp the others make generators and have chance to escape. And it is not the goal of a killer to have 1 kill. You want all 4, not just one. So go and get them!

-Trolling. This is another point which makes it toxic and it doesn't matter who trolls whom. This is the only point where I understand why killer are camping or tunneling. A fair killer wouldn't camp in the most situations - if the survivors are fair. Fair play is rare in this game anyway.

-Bodyblocking & teabagging. Just don't do it. For the survivors: Don't block your mates, you are in a team so act like a team! For killer: Come on, guys why bodyblock? Doesn't make any sense because you can get points in a chase. Bodyblocking=no chase=less points. Teabagging: Come on, is that really necessary? Also a kind of trolling. Just stop it. You don't get anythng for that. Only a hit if you don't dodge successfully.

If anyone has more ideas about an unfair play, just tell :) But don't forget: Using perks isn't really unfair. The perks are here to be used, so use them as you wish. Most perks have a counterpart anyway. For example: We will make it is a counterpart to Thanatophobia. For BBQ & Chili you just have to stay near the hooked people. Against Hex: Ruin the perk Stake Out is quite helpful. Etc....

More or less it is about fair play. Yes, it is quite hard as a killer to be fair because you have 4 opponents. But you know...You develop some skills by the time and the you are the one who's winning ;) And fair gamers are still more respected than the unfair ones. Of course, the first thing of all you get to hear/read is "Noob" and stuff like that. But why care about that? It's a game. You did your best and that's all what should count for you. So please, guys in the fog out there, stay fair! You want to have fun, sugar an maybe some unicorns and not salt, toxin and haters. Take responsibility about your style to play!

And if anyone is unfair to you: Well then show this person who is unfair, what consequences he gets from that. And don't be unfair to the ones who play fair. And show fair gamers that you appreciate the fair game, whether you lose or win. Fair play is still fair play and if your opponent wins in a fair way, then accept it.

    -

Camping and tunneling is a strategy not toxic.

Body blocking is also another strategy not toxic.

Looping and using main buildings is also another strategy not toxic.

What toxic means is that you do things just to annoy the opposite side. Tbag, flashlight clicks, continuously hit the person who is hooked etc. You can say that you tbag because you want to have the killer's attention but then a killer can say that he is hitting the survivor who is hooked so that his friends get upset and try to rescue him, so according to killer, it is another strategy.

Fair play is just stupid and generally demanded by survivors. No survivor will say that he shouldn't complete the half completed generator and give a killer another chance to win the game. This is what entitlement literally is. You expect the things from the opposite side while not doing the same thing for them because you think that you have some kind of privilege and you are special. Nope you are not and at the end of the day people will do whatever they can to win the game. You just need to deal with it.

Its a one time use for you, but not for the Killer.

In the high red ranks its a meta perk, its not rare to face 4 of those.

Actually, since 2.10, I never have had a team where all 3 of the other survivors use DS. Not saying it doesn't happen, but it's certainly not as common anymore. Just from my own observations.

    Regardless, nerf.

I haven't seen more than two per team in the same time period and i play against red ranks.

The reason for that is because people try other perks since it is going to get nerfed. The same thing happened to SB and SC. I used to see bond instead of SC but people stopped using bond after the devs said that they weren't gonna nerf self care. Almost everybody was using SB in the past but lately I am seeing dead hard.

If the devs say that they give up nerfing DS, everybody will have their old build again.

  • My biggest problem with moderation is that they ban the wrong people. There are people who consistently flame or insult but they banned the ones who were just trolling. We expect a better job from them.

Oh no definitely Wraith and Freddy come first, but she still needs a buff.

Do you mean the killtimer? Granted she could have some QoL changes, but killing someone with a trap is almost always gamewinning, it should stay a rarity and side effect.

RBTs are too easy to escape from, they need to at least make it harder to get off.

I agree. Went afk while being on the hook. Was unhooked, healed, a crow appeared over my head and I still had enough time to disarm the trap.

In the movie, they are under pressure. Don't really feels like that.

Maybe the killer sucked if you had all that time?
Also, you go afk while hooked for long enough to let all that happen? Idk rick...

Never had a Amazon or DHL delivery guy ring at your door?

Ok, but the fact that the killer sucked sounds more plausible than the fact that traps are meh just because you experienced that.

What has a to long RBT timer to do with the killer sucking?

That you weren't down or dead when you came back from being afk.
A long RBT timer is needed because it can turn into a mori. Its main purpose is to counter gen rushing.

Do you actually want the killer to chase someone with RBT?

As far as I know first crow doesn't give sound indication continually. The killer can not know he was afk. Most probably he was chasing somebody else.

The issue here isn't that the killer is not chasing him. The issue is that even if he goes AFK, he still has got time to get rid off the RBT.

Devs should stop thinking about killers individually. They should compare the killers with each other. I think that billy is really in a good spot and balanced so for me the question is whether a killer is as good as billy or worse than him.

You can say that each killer is unique and shouldn't have the same role and I agree with that. However, their power should be equal. Pig is not in a good place and never has been.

Anyway, I thought the whole purpose of the live stream was to reveal the new content, and not doing that was a mistake. I'm sure I am not the only one who was there just for that. Add to this the fact that I won't even be able to play PTB because I am on console, so I will have to wait for somebody to upload videos about it. Cherry on top of the cake.

I remember when they released the Pig and Xbox got the dlc first. People gathered every piece of information from the internet. It was a ugly mess. The new killer is already finished. They could have shown us who is it. With another trailer and explaining what his powers are, how the perks work. A nice how to video like Heroes of the Storm does on every heroe. THATS how you do a reveal. People should know what to expect, see the power and what it can be used for.

I think that for some reason they want it to be a surprise.

dizzy killers for 5 gens thanks to objects, perks and the map?

I think something is wrong for a killer to have to follow a survivor for 5 gens. Maybe the killer is not good enough? It could be but I have seen pretty good killers that have lost the whole game following a survivor for 5 gens, something is wrong with the game.

You need to stop chasing. A lot of people get this right but they don't understand the reasoning.

You don't stop chasing somebody because he is good at looping. The reason why you stop is because he has used a couple of pallets and your next victim doesn't know that. Since he is the first one, he knows where to go and where to not go.

However, just like everything, SWF groups destroy this. Any SWF group who has got a little bit brain cells communicate and tell each other which pallets they have used.

Another problem with this is map designs. There are some spots that can be used by very good survivors. Those survivors can easily eat your 30-50 seconds without using a single pallet. When you reach bloodlust 2 or sometimes 3, they use a safe pallet and the whole thing starts again.

  • @feffrey said:
why is Decisive Strike considered Toxic and cancerous?
I mean it is a one time use hit or miss so I don't see the problem with it.
It's no more of a get out of jail free card than NOED is.

what would be a good nerf to it if its to get needed?

If you get the skill check the killers drops you but you still stay in the dying phase?

If you land the skill check the killer drops you and you enter a borrowed time effect?

Or the killer can just go for you carefree now because you have wasted your only borrowed time?

Here is the problem with DS and why it is extremely powerful.

You need to have a hook as early as possible. If you can hook somebody and find another survivor, hooked survivor, the survivor who will save her and the survivor you chase are not doing any objective. In a way, you are able to halt the game efficiently if you can hook somebody early. DS takes that from the killer.

DS is a wasted perk in low ranks because after they escape from the killer, they get downed easily. In high ranks it might result in 5 gen chase if you don't stop chasing him. However, if more than 1 person uses DS, then the real problem starts because you can't break the chase for other survivors since everybody has it.

A lot of people have problem with DS when it is used by more than 1 person. If only 1 person can use it, I actually am okay with this perk. As it is, it is one of the most powerful perks in the game.

So when I play as a killer, I deliberately try to avoid tunneling but hooking different survivors rather than focusing on a single survivor and eliminating him from the match doesn't feel rewarding. Do you have any plan to reward killers who do not camp and tunnel?

Self Care is not a problem, at all. It's in the meta because it's a simple perk that has common sense to be in the game. And a great plus on actually being a lone wolf. You know, the way the devs originally intended this game would be like.

Run without Self Care, at any given rank, and you'll see there isn't a that much of a difference at all. It just makes solo players less reliant on other players, and when you solo, that's something you know.. that's really nice. Stop trying to take that away.

"It'll prevent mindless actions like bodyblocking, etc" lol no it won't and it hasn't. I still bodyblock without Self Care, and so fourth.

And if you change Self Care, Bond's gonna be meta along with the possibility of Botany, Empathy, or Leader making it's way up there too. Give or take. Maybe even We'll Make It will become more meta too. And you know what that means?

Faster Heals, grouped up so faster gen rushes, and way more coordination due to everyone running Bond because Self Care wouldn't even be considered worth a perk slot.

    Just my opinion.

Yeah I also said that but off the beaten track lasted 40 seconds. This one also lasts 40 seconds.

The real trailer for curtain call lasted 1 minute 50 secs.

All I am saying that this might be the 'first teaser'. Other 2 sec video could be just for hype.

Did you notice how the killer actually TALKED?! It's the first time EVER since the release for someone to say anything! And not just some gibberish, it was normal speech. Can't wait any longer, i'm really hyped rn.

He isn't the killer most probably. A samurai wouldn't fit to this game's atmosphere.

Maybe the survivor is the dude she banged.

From screams of pleasure to screams of pain. I like the idea.

    Hello,
Will the PTB come for the new killer today because now the 2 teaser came out?

Curtain call's first teaser was 40 seconds and released on 24 May. They released PTB 5 days after that.

Today we've got the first teaser. I think it will be out 4-5 days later.

I honestly can't wait because it's more than likely going to be the ptb announcement due to the teaser if its going to align with Curtain Call

Yeah but I will be really disappointed if there is no PTB. Curtain call ptb was one week after the teaser and I am excited for the new chapter.

The situation is worse than ever.
Rank absolutely means NOTHING anymore. One game I can easily 4k without a single gen done, next game my first chase lasts for ruin+3gens.

Sure, there are casual players and there are competitive ones, but please can we separate them and have a proper matchmaking

True. I think the core problem with this game is the ranking system.

Good survivors play with potato ones and they die a lot. So they think the game is fine and can be balanced with a couple of fixes while the whole game has major issues.

Average killers do not want to play with good survivors so they derank purposely. Survivors in low ranks get bodied.

Good killers also derank to have more casual gameplay with their favorite killers and average survivors get bodied as well.

Survivors also don't want to play with billy and nurse all the time. Then they derank as well. This is why our games are like 5 gens 4k or 4 escape without a hook.

Survivors are a lot more difficult to get pips than killers. A lot of killers get to high ranks and lobby issues start to happen.

They should get rid of deranking. Rank 1 survivors should not be able to play with rank 15-20 survivors. Bad killers should not be able to reach rank 11-12. Average killers should not be able to reach rank 5-6. Same goes for the survivors as well.

Then they can start to balance the game. The game as it is will never be balanced while the killers and survivors do not face equally good survivors and killers.

In high ranks, there are only billies and nurses and it is really boring to face the same 2 killers all the day.

I want the new killer to be more powerful than the clown. In fact, I want her to be as good as hillbilly because hillbilly is the only balanced killer in this game.

    Huntress says hi

No she doesn't. There are not enough huntress players at high ranks. She is strong but not used very much in rank 1. At least not that I know.

He shouldn't be better than the Huntress in nearly every single category. You shouldn't even scream when you go through the poison, since it makes juking through the poison impossible.

Clown is faster than Huntress, reloads faster, less wind-up for spamming his power, doesn't have to go to a locker to reload, has only the base terror radius; no lullaby warning, full lunge, and can remain mobile and in control of his perspective while reloading. The slow down on his poison is pretty absurd. Unless you're standing on a decent pallet, you're getting hit in the next 1-2 seconds.

He is not a better killer than the huntress tbh. Huntress's hatchets injure and down you while clown's bottles just slow you. There is a huge difference between their powers so clown gets to some advantages over huntress.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying that the clown is weak but the real question we should ask is if he is stronger than billy.

He is not. Billy is almost perfect where he is now and every single killer should be at his level including huntress, clown and nurse.

I don't also understand why he shouldn't be better than the huntress in nearly every single category. Billy is more powerful than leatherface in every single category. Some killers like wraith just suck. This is the reality of the game right now.

I mean there are really bad perks, perks that are very situational or perks that could be replaced by something else. I consider the following perks as really bad and wouldn't use them in any way.

    Survivors
    Botany Knowledge
    No one left behind
    Dark sense
    Left behind
    This is not happening
    Streetwise
    Wake up
    Deja vu

    Killers
    Beast of prey
    Overwhelming presence
    Thanatophobia
    Iron grasp
    Monstrous shrine
    Unrelenting
    Fire up
    Hangman's trick
    Surveillance

LOL reading my own post made me realize something.

No one left behind, left behind, this is not happening, wake up could be a pretty good meme build.

Just a minor nerf! Please! Anything! His power and speed make him unbelievably fast! Combine it with Michaels perks, and he is a step below the nurse. Just reduce his speed to 105%. All we need. Or even reduce his hinderence to the ability of the huntress add-on. The clown is too fast for his B I G  C H O N K status. He is way too fast for his ability.

He is trolling. A person can't be this stupid.

P.S. If you are not trolling and being dead serious, even if you don't understand how ridiculous your suggestion is, just pretend like you are trolling so you won't be seen as a moron.

    Trapper has %115 movement speed.
Survivors have %100 ms while running.
    The gap is %15.
Let's say that we nerfed the clown and his movement speed is %105 right now.
You hit the survivor so the gap between you and the survivor is %20. You are faster than trapper only by %5.
Is this a killer's power? Making him %5 faster than other killers? Not all the time by the way, only while survivors are intoxicated.

Please just say you are joking.

Of course he is joking. In this forum you should be able to distinguish between a bait and a survivor main

In the past internet was full of people who were smart and sarcastic. It is really difficult to distinguish people and tell who is who right now. It is just sad.
