  Devs, come on, really? Spies From The Shadows: Added a 5 second cooldown when the perk triggers. Now, as far as I understand, it is not going to trigger every time a crow flies, rather, there is going to be 5 seconds cooldown to trigger the perk once again. The perk is not used that much right now, why nerf it?

  We all know that the devs said that not every killer had to be viable but even if we accept that I just can't understand the purpose of Leatherface. I have to compare him with billy.
