What If the survivors had a limited time to escape from the beginning of the Match like 10 minutes? this would make sense seeing how the entity wants them and it would prevent things like the last two survivors hiding and waiting for hatch for 12 hours. Message to Devs Thank you for making this game go from a good game with a great future to making it a game that is a waste of hard drive space. i got in an argument the other day with several people about if dcing was a LEGIT strategy survivors can use to help win the game. The ideal situation being that there are two people left and they both find the hatch. One disconnects so that the other can get the hatch (that being the two are in SWF). I honestly want to know why Key's and Mori's which have been in the game since forever are suddenly a problem. I mean we have Myers who can kill you outright from full with a purple add-on. Key's are there to help survivors just like the map, flashlight, medkit, and Firecrackers. So my advice is shrug it off and move on. Mori's have always been a thing. So I made a thread not to long ago asking about how some of the math works in DBD . I've come to find that by multiplicative it means you multiply the debuffed percentages by each other. So if you want to find out how long it would take 1 survivor to complete a gen with 4 stacks of Thana and 6 stacks of Dying Light, the formula would be: 80/((1-(4*0.04))*(1-(6*0.03)) = 80/((1-0.16)*(1-0.18)) =5 comments 172 views last activity

The main reason people DC is because this game has a lot of unfun aspects to it. Unfair maps, killer addons like iri head, etc. How come the devs don't focus on fixing these things first? I understand that maps can take awhile to fix, but iridescent head has still been here for years? Keys and moris too? Currently some of the more well known second chance perks in the game are decisive strike and mettle of man both of which give the player a second chance and waste a lot of the killers time. If even a Huntress main like ScottJund aka damnnohtml is using a crosshair (he openly says he is using it) why shouldn't it be default for beginners? I am all for DC penalties against the crybabies who DC on first down, but do you realize that they will just let themselves die on first hook instead? The only people who are going to be getting bans are people DCing for a legitimate reason. The other day a Nurse got stuck in a rock and she couldn't teleport out. I know that the ongoing bugs may have initially deterred you from implementing the penalties on the players that DC, but this has been a long time coming - and no amount of bugs can stop the fact that certain players abused DC far too much for it to be funny anymore. I've done this like 10 games in a row, the killer sees me, I don't run, I continuously point at a locker, the killer ignores me (doesn't chase me), opens the locker, nobody's there, and whyle they were doing it I "fixated" out of there whyle watching it all. After the recent Survivor Addon Nerfs = Instaheal and selfheal a new Killer got released where he is mandatory to slug people and without the Items we also got a double nerf. but now to the main topic. I personally always seem to play better when I am playing solo compared to when in SWF. I believe it's because when I'm playing solo I'm more focused on the game, whereas in SWF I'm often talking about stuff unrelated to the game and not really paying attention. The nerf to Oni's flick makes him no longer fun to play as. The devs didn't tell us initially that the flick was never intended and let everyone believe that it was an intended mechanic. I think the main draw to playing Oni was his really fun flick but now that it's gone there's really no point to playing him.
