  • Honestly Buckle Up could be anything it isn’t now and I’d still be happy.

  • Yeah, he’s about as greasy and scummy as they get. There’s a great Twitter thread here back when he leaked concept art for the RE4 remake but there’s probably other sources of info about him.

    https://mobile.twitter.com/bewarecreepyvas/status/1464731709782568973

  • There is one more look for him that should be in the game for no reason other than memes: Transvesite Leatherface

Below is a picture from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The New Generation. This is real.

    C9AA65D7-DA04-4091-92B3-D92F2D0B1AAF.png

Watch the movie for yourself. It’s probably the most insane movie I have ever seen.

  • Yeah I would love to see The Tall Man get some mainstream recognition in DBD. I really wish more people knew about him.

Some of the perks you listed aren't bad. Surge saved my ass the first time I used it - trapper on Ormond, two injured survivors committing to the last gen, both with adrenaline and I only had time to hit one. Gen never got finished + they died. Blood echo I do only use on legion and plague yeah but it means less dealing with exhaustion perks and seems to make survivors more inclined to heal/cleanse. Better together means less survivors leading the killer to you while you're trying to get a gen done, second wind has too many conditions for my liking but it's a decent time saver. Have you tried them all out yourself?

Not all the perks I listed I said were bad bad. The ones that I didn’t say were bad were just mediocre or there’s just other perks that do what it does better.

  • @SpacingLlamas said:

I agree with all these expect "better together", which I think is a great perk.

Also for "surge" you forgot to include it must be a basic attack, For it to even trigger to make it even worse

I did mention that Surge can only be activated with a basic attack.

This perk is honestly just very un fun to go against. Should be 32 meters or a 10 second cool down :(

This post gave me a migraine.

We can tell who the real one is. The real one has nothing to worry about. The people who are doing the exploit will be banned, though.

We are aware of it, and I believe we have a fix on the way.

Damn I had a lot of fun doing that in KYF with my buddies. It was pretty hilarious and sometimes we would RP or act out a Freddy vs. Jason style match between killers.

You don't have to be injured to complete this, you could easily heal someone to full health by being at full health yourself and using perks like "We'll Make It" to heal a Survivor that you just unhooked.

So, if you just want it out of the way than you can use a Ranger Med-Kit or Green Med-kit with the appropriate add-ons and put on Empathy to see where any injured Survivors are. OR you could just put poised on and We'll Make It and unhook one Survivor and fully heal them, that also works.

You also don't have to do any of that, and just put Poised on and heal someone to one full health state. The challenge doesn't specifically ask for you to be injured, it just asks for you to heal someone to one full health state with Poised in your perk slot.

I didn’t mention anything about being injured. I was just asking for a good perk Build that has Poised in it.

I've seen the killer tier posts but not a survivor one. Here is my survivor tier list based on personal preference and general teammate game play from my experience

Damn why you gotta do my boy Ash like that

  • I had absolutely no clue that existed. I have played this game for 2 years and I have never actually seen that.

  • @Hag.is.Dtier said:

Don't see why you'd want them anyway, They look crap.

I want the Deathgarden Trapper mask to go with my current Trapper outfit. It would look pretty great aesthetic-wise.

    For you @McLightning

Calm spirit, a complete DENIED on doctor, infectious fright, Freddy's traps (for detection) and others. It's really underated tbh and since I see many docs around, I'll think I'll equip it for good measure 😏

Do you use it? Let me know down below.

I like to run it in for one of my stealthy meme builds, along with Lucky Break, Quick and Quiet, and Iron Will

  • Yeah, I apply Ludicrous, Ridiculous, Insane, and Extreme pressure as Clown.

  • @xEa said:

Alright, i got now all perks on level 3 on these killers (took me a while):

    • Trapper
    • Wraith
    • Doctor
    • Cannibal
    • Freddy
    • Pig

My next one i will max out is the Clown.

Here are my questions: 1. Which perks do you like on him most? 2. What are you favourite addons?

    Thanks for your suggestions!

    Kind regards

Personally, I run Save the Best For Last, Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes the Weasel, and Devour Hope.

    Edited for "comedic" effect

"plz everyone in this community has to understand that all the survivor buffs are to OP, sincerelly ive been playing this day (0.5days) i have been playing against survivors called Freddy couple of times, and none of the games i've played against him them , not 1 single person had the chance to die in the trial. Concider this message serious im not joking im playing ranked lvl 69"

This. This is what top quality bait looks like, you may not like it but this is what the prime fish bait is.

Quick ending bullet point rant :

Freddy is fine, this game needs some sort of strong killers

Survivors. You've have never had so good (to quote Harold McMillan)

Hex ruin's changed affect is great, the issue people take with it ....is that it's still a hex perk.

Not every killer can just apply pressure. Some are still learning how to optimally chase let alone pressure gens at the same time

There's 4/5/6 perks in the game to counter slugging already, if it's bugging you that much that you want the ability to leave survivors on the ground to be a perk....try running them. It's not like you'll be sacrificing any meta slots anyways

    Thrilling tremors is underrated

    Shirtless oni when?

I have no problem applying pressure as Clown.

  • @Seltas0208 said:

I see this statement almost everywhere and I can't tell if its become a meme or if people are genuinely using it as an argument.

So what if you alone can apply pressure with clown that a hydrolic press struggles to match that doesn't mean others are able to apply this pressure

I have no problem applying ludicrous, insane, extreme, ridiculous, incredible pressure as Clown.

  • @Unicorn said:

(Before you read this, just know this is a rant and I, just like you, have every right to voice how I feel and my opinion. I know not every Survivor is like this and I'm not generalizing us as a whole.)

Playing DBD for as long as I've played, I have yet to receive hate mail or harassment from a Killer after a match being a Survivor main. Do I have bad games? Yes, all the time, but never do I ever feel as bad about a bad game as Survivor than I do about playing Killer.

Last week I posted a topic about messages I received from a Survivor that was upset I camped with Bubba to complete a challenge. I got over it, even though the messages were super messed up and one of the worst things you can say to a person. But then I get on my YouTube last night and realized this person and his group of friends took the time out of their lives to search up my PSN ID on YouTube and find my channel.

Not only did they dislike every video, but comments they left were so disgusting OVER ONE MATCH, ONE MATCH THAT I CAMPED ONE PERSON. The one time I actually decide, "Hey, I want to play Killer and get my challenges done even though I know I'm bad at it" I get harassed. Why do Killers proceed to get treated like garbage by the player base? How do Killer mains deal with the negativity when it comes to just doing their jobs? (which is to KILL). I've been camped, tunneled, tea bagged but Piggy/Ghostface, slapped while on the hook, ect but never have I ever went as far as messaging someone and talking trash to them or better yet, searching up their PSN ID to find them on other platforms to continues my hissy fit.

Its a game. I never knew DBD was taken this serious to the point that people will go as far as to basically cyber bully someone over a match that went wrong. This is just a rant about my experience as Killer. I don't like the way they're treated and yes I get that tunneling and camping Killers are not fun to go against because this is a video game and video games are meant to be fun, but if you're a Survivor that decides to go out of your way to bully someone because of one bad match, shame on you. You give Survivors like me a bad name & are the majority of the reason why there is a divide between the two sides.

    (END RANT)

Stuff like that is why I’m considering to quit playing killer. That, and the bad maps, the fact the devs really don’t care about how toxic this community is, the extensive and difficult grind for BP and Iridescent Shards. Jesus, it’s a miracle that people still play killer in the first place.

  • @Archimedes5000 said:

Wraith's perks are close to a meme right now, when someone asks you "what is the most useless Killer perk?" you think about Wraith immediately...

So Devs, I think its time to look at them:

(Please correct me if I am wrong about something or you have different opinion)

(The idea is at the bottom)

    1.Perk analysis:

    PREDATOR

It makes scratch marks spawn closer together

    1. Is it useful? Yes, it makes tracking surviviors Slightly easier.
    2. Does it have any downsides? Yes, it makes spotting scratch marks from longer range harder.
    3. Does it have any significant synergies? No, it does synergize with Bloodhound and makes tracking injured surviviors easier, but the synergy is neglible.
    4. Does it counter/punish any survivior perks/actions? No.
    5. Can it be countered by any survivior perks/actions? Yes, it is countered Considerably by Lightweight and Slightly by Fixated
    6. Is the effect worth a perk slot? No, the effect is weak, fies not provide any significsnt advantage and has downsides
    7. Opinion: Weak, situational perk with downsides and bad synergies.

    BLOODHOUND

It makes blood easier to see

    1. Is it useful? Yes, it makes tracking injured surviviors slightly easier.
    2. Does it have downsides? No.
    3. Does it have any significant synergies? Yes, it has synergy with Predator Perk (above), Considerable synergy with Spirit's Phase Walk ability, (it makes tracking injured surviviors Slightly easier) and Slight synergy with Vile Purge (it can be used more frequently).
    4. Does it counter/punish any survivior perks/actions? Yes, it Very Slightly punishes surviviors for not healing.
    5. Can it be countered by any survivior actions/perks? Yes, Completely by No Mither perk and Completely by Healing
    6. Is the effect worth the perk slot? No, with an exception of Spirit, it does not provide any significant advantage and can be countered.
    7. Opinion: weak perk with weak synergies, dies not provide any significant advantage, the only killer that can get any value out of this perk is Spirit, but it is not that much.

    SHADOWBORN

It makes Field of View few degrees bigger.

    1. Is the effect useful? Yes, it makes spotting surviviors slightly easier and makes your spatial awareness better.
    2. Does it have downsides? No.
    3. Does it have any significant synergies? No, FoV changes do not stack, it has Slight synergy with Information perks (it makes information Slightly easier and faster to see)
    4. Does it punish any survivior perks/actions? Yes, it can punish surviviors trying to hide outside killer's FoV
    5. Can it be countered by any survivior actions/perks? Yes, it can be punished by Flashlight item.
    6. Is the effect worth the perk slot? Mostly No, just FoV change is not stong enough, sometimes it could be useful on killers that switch targets often and require spatial awareness.
    7. Opinion: fairly weak perk, can be useful in certain situations, but the use of this perk is very limited.

CONCLUSION: All Wraith's perks are fairly weak and can be useful only in rare cases.

    2.My Solution:

My solution: Add 1 or even 2 MORE Wraith's Perks, merge 2 or even 3 of the Wraith's Perks into ONE.

    1. PREDATOR + BLOODHOUND. Both of these perks do not give any significant advantage, merging them together could make players at least consider this perk as a help in short range tracking. Synergy with Phase Walk would not be affected, as scratch marks cannot be seen during it.
    2. PREDATOR + BLOODHOUND +SHADOWBORN. FoV increase perk is not strong by itself, adding some additional effect is required for it to be considered useful (like Monitor and Abuse). Merging 3 perks into 1 might sound crazy, but both Predator and Bloodhound do not yave any strong effects or synergies to be considered, I dare to say that even after merging these perks it would not become strong.
    3. PROBLEM WITH THIS SOLUTION: Predator perk has a downside, so merging the perks together could result in the new perk being worse than intended, so buffing Predator should be considered. My idea is that Predator should not make scratch marks spawn closer together, but it should add bonus scratch marks in the middle of the "path", but the scratch marks would not change their positions.

It could be cool if predator also made survivors footsteps louder. Sort of like stridor but slightly different.

  • These aren’t too bad. The sore ankles one means that I might have to invest some points into balanced landing.

  • @Peanits said:

Whispers is amazing on him. That way you'll always know when someone is within range of your Static Blast.

Distressing will make your terror radius bigger, so you can hit more people.

Otherwise, anything that messes with skill checks can be nice on him.

Dark Devotion is a fun way to mess around as well, since hitting the obsession gives them your terror radius, and your Static Blast comes from them.

Other than those, basically anything that you'd run on other killers.

I had absolutely no clue his power worked with DD. Gotta check that out.

  • Honestly, this may sound odd at first, but I’d go with Pig. In the saw movies, the people with the pig masks abduct you and put you in one of Jigsaw’s games, where no matter what, you will be mutilated and most likely lose a few limbs. Literally being in one of those traps is enough to probably mentally screw you up. There’s some crazy traps like the RBT’s The Shotgun Carousel, and the Venus Flytrap that are absolutely terrifying in real life.

  • I absolutely agree. It’s kind of a literal hell having to do the challenges and progress through it when the rewards aren’t even that good. Yay, I got a slightly altered body for Hillbilly! That was worth $10!

Santas helper Dwight. (Elf skin mandatory)

Plunderers and ace in hole - find all sorts of goodies to give to your team

Leader to help your team do things quicker

Bond - find your team to gift them your items.

Burn the purple coin offering if possible.

Objective is to see how many people will accept your gifts. And if you see the killer give them some love too.

If you die, dont forget to messege the killer that Santa is upset and to expect coal.

A meme build I like to run on Leatherface sometimes is the “You no Touch my Items Build”

Perks needed: Franklin’s Demise, Insidious, and any other perks of your choice.

Basically you go in the basement and wait for a survivor to steal an item from your precious chest, then you smack them with a basic M1 and force them to drop the item and shake your head as they leave. It’s really really funny. Basically a counter to your build lol.

    @trapped_by_daylight

Killers get their prestige cosmetics in this order, P1 is weapon, P2 is legs or legs + body, and P3 is body + face or just face depending on the Killer.

For Survivors, its P1 body, P2 legs, and P3 face. So for Ash its body, legs, than face.

For Ash it’s different. His head and body are together and his metal hand is a completely separate thing.

  • Yeah the killer has the option to slug, but how often does that happen? Why waste 1 of 4 perk slots for a perk that doesn’t come into play all that often?

  • @PigNRun said:

    - Perks revolving around rewarding you for having failed (same deal with Bill).

    - Annoying voiceovers in lobby/menu that you cant disable.

Yeah I can totally understand that.

  • @PigNRun said:

I am glad his perks are crap. Him, or his perks at least, should have never been created in the first place.

What do you got against Ash?

  • @Aztreonam78 said:

    • Enhances the Grab ability. Now you also can grab both of Healthy and Injured Survivors performing medium vault and Injured Survivors performing rushed vault.
    • Iron Grasp also decreases Survivors struggling effects by 75% and increases the time it takes to escape your grasp by 10/11/12%.

Cool idea, but grabbing is a pretty inconsistent mechanic anyways and sometimes just doesn’t work when it should.

  • I’ve literally heard no mention of it though, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up, just in case.

  • So sort of like Overwatch’s cinematic shorts?

  • I really wish they would buff more low tier killers, like the Pig, Leatherface, and Legion. It really sucks how they basically ignore them.

  • Hey, so since you released some of the ultra rare cosmetics for consoles in the new update, is there any chance something like that can happen for the next one? (I mostly mean the Deathgarden masks for Trapper and Meg for PS4 and XBOX players)

  • @vossler25 said:

Good luck? Stealth killers are your best bet but survivor mains killed that by making stealth killers less stealthy cause they cry over everything

Honestly, with how buggy the grab is most of the time, I’m gonna need it. Too bad I don’t have Monitor and Abuse and the Scratched Mirror on Myers rn.
