So as a killer I think my biggest weakness is in chases. I can land the first hit but then I lose them, or I start a chase and around the corner they go and i lose them. I can't seem to follow the blood and/or scratches very well at all. Any tips?6 comments 62 views last activity

Start by shutting down discussion on the boards that is not related to bug reporting and ideas for improving the game. The boards breed a lot of toxicity between survivors and killers. Chicken/egg as to whether in-game chat or the boards are worse, but shutting down all this blaming killers or survivors on the boards would go a long way to lower the level of disgust back and forth. So I have to say, other than lag switching, this is one of the few games that I rarely encounter blatant cheating. I've seen streamer videos of encounters, and have had 3 or 4 myself. Nothing compared to many other online games. That's cool and all, but you guys seem to have left a gigantic hole in something. Please add some specific stats like total hours played as survivors, total hours played as killers and a number of perks on each side (killer or survivor) to matchmaking. Don't just go with player level or overall hours played, because some people only play as killer main/survivor main and rarely play the other half; some who play for fun vs those that grind perks. There's no amount of balancing that can be done to make the game fair as long as SWF players are grouped with everyone else. You're wasting time and resources while making matters worse for the rest of us. Being able to communicate is a huge advantage and that needs to be addressed. A lot of people have already suggested this, and it's kind of surprising that we don't have this, seeing as most other games do. I think it'd be nice if we could get weekly rituals. Whether the rewards be iridescent shards or more blood points, it sounds like a good idea to me. Pop Goes The Weasel is a perk too weak: the gen regression cannot be used, if the killer is in a chase or the gens with a good progression are far from the hook, and 30 seconds are not enough to look for a gen worthy of that perk. So I play dbd on xbox always have done but today especially I keep getting soooo many performance issues or whatever. Every single survivor match I play the screen stutters whenever I move the camera angle. Latency on hits is crazy and It's impossible to play once I get found because I just teleport in random places making it near impossible to vault or use pallets effectively.
