That's just an already-existing Killer. I was expecting something new.

The RBT is not a killing tool. The intent behind the RBT is to stall and distract, and it does a pretty decent job of that. This is also a big problem. What you're saying, in essence, is that her power is not intended to cause any real harm to Survivors. You don't see the problem with that?
-
The biggest problem is simply this:
- Survivors are the ones who determine whether or not the Pig's ability triggers in the first place. This makes the player's skill completely irrelevant and makes the traps a non-issue for Survivors until they actually decide to leave. Have them start ticking immediately and only stop when the Survivor is hooked or in the dying state, and her power might actually become relevant.

And there it is. The don’t get caught comment. With a crybaby added for good measure. How is it my fault if you’re such a bad killer you’ve got to camp. How is it my fault Survivors reward camping 9 times out of 10? If Survivors would stop rewarding camping, it'd go away almost completely.

Why would a Japanese setting guarantee a teacher killer? If anything, it kind of rules it out.
the picture appears on the school map, I understand you have doubts but the scratch was not there before.
this image is from long time ago

Is that even the same location? I found several of those paintings without any scratches.

What a bad trailer!
I'm sorry but this doesn't raise any hype for me...Teaser trailer. Emphasis on "teaser". This is the equivalent of your BF/GF/husband/wife taking off a piece of clothing before sex, and if that doesn't raise any hype, well...

There's something in that image that resembles the machine a friend of mine and I saw when we searched several maps for clues.

I've looked at paintings on Haddon field. I don't have pictures to reference before so I don't know if they've always been there but 2 paintings in particular have a pentagram watermark. Those are just reused props. They show up on multiple maps.
A friend of mine and I searched several maps and found a single common thread, which was a piece of a machine that showed up in two different maps in two different settings. In one setting, it seemed to be a weapon similar to an axe or a bat, but we eventually found a drawing of the whole machine.

It's not about tiers or whatever. They just aren't interesting characters.
-
None. The devs' original Killers are always more interesting than some B-grade horror movie Killers.

They will add whatever nerfs and buffs anyway that may or may not make it out of the ptb, and troll everyone with chapter teasers and stupid lore questions about the entities favorite condiment. Any major happenings are almost completely dismissed and disregarded.Q.E.D.

People are always complaining about the stream. I don't blame the devs for not doing it.
-
The trap is the risk that comes with the reward of permanently depriving that Killer of his perk. If it wasn't there, you'd just have the reward, while the Killer would have all the risk.
-
You're the one who's bugged, why should the Killer have to disconnect? I hope you get banned for holding the game hostage.

They just need to do a survivor perk that combats it. I believe they will find perks that will combat it. Killers bbq and chilli helps them get off hook. Make your choice helps killer choose the less tunnel option. They just need to fix the toxic behaviours with the right perks for each side. Killers need some red stain and long chase perks. Survivors need some facecamping and tunneling perks. I have small suggestion below.(This is from my own fanmade chapter)
Bloody Mary
When hooked your screams intensify and create a growing blood barrier that can grow to 3/5/7 meters. When the hooked survivor exits the bubble it will go away instantly.
Free unhook perk. That's what that is.
-
That's the point of the chase music - to drown out everything else. Seems like it's working as intended.

So you're saying you should be getting a free hit even though the pallet is clearly stunning you? lol
Get out of here with that bs.Two events can occur simultaneously.

Depends on your definition of tunneling. If the killer is actively chasing you for all five gens and ignoring everybody else then facecamping you when all five gens are done and YOU get more points than the killer does then they are salty in the chat afterward, that is plain toxicity. However if the killer winds up chasing you after you gy unhooked, meh...could be considered tunneling but you’re the easiest target. Kind of a scummy move to target one person over and over again but it’s the easiest to do.Why is it scummy to play well?

Something should be done about face camping, but this idea can probably be exploited or come off too strong. Honestly, if you affect their points and their pips, they'd probably slow down on the camps. Also, camping is a weak and boring strat (tunneling is quite dumb, too). I think killers should get like style points (towards blood points and pips) for how they kill. Like they lose points if the method is easy (e.i. face camps, tunnels) and gain points for switching targets and not going back immediately. Camping really does ruin it for one side, though, and most of the time it isn't even deserved. It should be an active decision to punish at a cost rather than just be the easy way out. Also, more game modes would be fun. w
TL;DR version - "Killers playing efficiently is boring, and they should be punished for it."
10/10 Survivor logic right there. When can Survivors start being punished for working on generators that have already been partially repaired?
TL;DR - "Killers camping is lazy and you should get additional points for not afking in front of someone or for changing it up"
Didn't know people needed a tl;dr for a paragraph, but there you go. When I play killer, I don't camp or tunnel. It's more fun that way tbh. That way I don't feel like I'm targeting one person.
No, you literally said Killers should be punished for not playing how you believe is fun.
Just for the record, in case you didn't realize, this is a PvP game. The Killer is not there to amuse you; he's the opposing team.
-
I only give up when it's physically impossible for me to win (for example, I'm the last Survivor, only 0-1 generators have been repaired, and the Killer is carrying me - at that point, it's only a matter of time before he hooks me). Any other time, if the Killer wants that win, he's gonna have to pry it from my cold, dead hands.

Yeah, but what's wrong with me using Calm Spirit? In general, I like stealth, it's why I love going against nurses unlike most people lol.I'll assume you didn't read what I actually wrote, so I'll just copy/paste it:
You're using a perk not as a counter, since he's not strong enough to warrant it, but just because he's "annoying". -

This here, if you don't have hope in the Entity's realm then you'll the starve Entity. Like for real, all you have to do is know that there's no escape and then the Entity would have no reason to keep in it's realm, thus releasing you from it's realm if it decides that your not a keeper! So, in theory your saving yourself and what other survivor you took their place for which is a double win! Good thinking @Orion!Orion thinking is best thinking.

Survivors: After I failed to evade the Killer, failed to break LoS twice while wasting 5 minutes of the Killer's time, and failed my DS "skill" check, the Killer should not be allowed to make sure I'm dead.
Killers: Camping is intended, and if you just stop rewarding it, it'll go away.
Survivors: OMG HOW DARE YOU TELL ME TO COUNTER A STRATEGY I DON'T LIKE! REEEEEE!!!Killers: Looping was not intended by the developers and needs to go away because of how powerful it is, given the current gen rush meta. Furthermore, Killers are so woefully underpowered that Survivors feel confident around almost every Killer.
Survivors: OMG YOU JUST WANT FREE KILLS! WHY DON'T SURVIVORS JUST START ON THE HOOK!?! REEEEEE!!! -

I agree. DCs aren't punished nearly enough. The solution I think is best, is that every time you DC, you get a time ban that steadily increases with every time you disconnect. I think the time ban should start off as something like five minutes, then ten, and so on until you're locked out until the next reset. That way, it would deter you from DCing without being too harsh on someone who's internet might've copped out.I'd love this. Make it an exponential increase. 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, and so on. I guarantee they'll stop DC'ing after the third time.
-
So why do you wanna turn DbD into F13th?
-
This game, as it is now, might be balanced in a 3v1, with 5 generators, assuming all Survivors play optimally.
EDIT: In an asymmetrical game, 1v1, the power role should absolutely destroy whoever they're facing. For DbD, this means chases would end in 30 seconds if the Survivor was unable to break LoS.
-
I like the ping indicator. Makes it so I don't accidentally start playing with someone in a different hemisphere.

Probably the lore and how the gameplay is so intertwined with it. I don't think there's a single mechanic that doesn't have a lore background.

Camping is a legitimate and officially endorsed strategy. If they can't handle losing, they probably shouldn't be playing PvP games anyway. It's a terrible strategy, that more often than not leads to a loss for the killer, and plain boredom for the hooked survivor. Not exactly something that would encourage players to stick around.
It's an excellent strategy that Survivors reward 9 times out of 10 because they've become convinced they should be able to ignore the Killer's presence in almost any situation.

"lol I just abused something I know is broken and needs to be fixed to give the Killer a ######### game. Baby Killers get triggered so easily, roflmao."

Yes. The Entity would either starve (since I know for a fact there's no way out, I'd have no hope) or kick me out because I'd have no hope.

Already tried, Survivors abused it. Camping is a legitimate and officially endorsed strategy with well-known counters. You may not be excused from using those counters.

Tells me you don't play much, ever since the pallet changes this happens frequently. Oh and on a side note I think it's cute how you claim you're a survivor main yet you're consistently on these forums pleading for killer buffs and general killer white-knighting.
Yeah, he can't be a "survivor-main" if he is not a 12 year-old whiny idiot, who just wants to have easy as [BAD WORD] games as a survivor, I guess? This is your definition? Does survivor-main can't be rational?
Most aren't, unfortunately.

Lastly, there isn't a "lack of moderation", the mods just don't cover enough timezones.Look at the game, you can DC as many times as you want, no punishemtn
You can hack for several months before they do anything (maybe even more, dont follow this stuff anymore)
Griefing and exploiting wont get you banned either, you literally have to stream it live such that they do sth about it aftre a yearI was only referring to the forum. As for the game, we'll have to agree to disagree.

Let's agree that it's not a variation or dialect. But a different language.
My wife is from Catalonia and when I met her parents for the first time, I almost didn't understand anything, because they were used to speak Catalan between themselves. Back then I spoke Spanish but only a little bit Catalan.Maybe it's because I speak languages closer to it that I don't really see much of a difference. I'll trust your judgement.

A lot of people “brag” with P3 because it’s the only way to distinguish oneself from well people without P3.And camping is worse than looping in my opinion. The killer can choose to disengage from a loop and look to chase someone else. A survivor cannot choose to not be camped.
The Killer should never feel forced to let a Survivor go free, because there should never be a situation where a lone Survivor has the upper hand against the Killer. On the other hand, the Killer should always have the upper hand against a lone Survivor.
-
Because:
a) Latency
b) Two events can occur simultaneously -
It's a good perk for punishing cocky Survivors who don't leave as soon as they can. It puts the fear of the Entity in them, and that's a good thing.
