[NEW KILLER] New hints by Dave Richard
What is supposed to have said Dave Richard, is saying "Its watching" "chrorus". It totally has to do with a religious father or it could be a priest the Father of Campbell Chapel.
Who could watch us? A chorus? Totally the power that has to watch us is god or a priest with powers of sorcerer.

A friend of mine and I searched several maps and found a single common thread, which was a piece of a machine that showed up in two different maps in two different settings. In one setting, it seemed to be a weapon similar to an axe or a bat, but we eventually found a drawing of the whole machine.

Its a bit of a stretch but im gonna put my theory based on that here anyway;
A deacon is below the priest in terms of hierarchy and the name derived from ancient greek and means "servant". In the lore Killers have been described as servents as well. Deacons are often in charge of reporting (thus the watching), recruiting and welcoming members and guests of a church (in this case the survivors) and his lore could be directly linked to the Clown.
Im 99% sure the killer is a pirate.
This is implying Dave is talking about the killer and not the Entity about it watching them.

Or "It's watching" might mean something else.... Like just the word watching... Maybe WATCH.. like as in a wrist watch... Time?... A killer that has something to do with time.. a timer.... Someone showed a picture yesterday that looked like an old train station.... I was thinking a conductor... Time is important to trains stayin on schedule... Idk.
It's not Father Campbell because Sally killed him. Maybe since the killer is "watching" us it could be connected to The Entity?

With the chorus hint they could also be talking about a musical conductor, just a thought.

@azazer I took a look on the last clear frame on the video: For me it looks like the room behind the doors has two picture in them and either the door opens by itselfs or the beeing that did it isn't visible. It might be that at least the shadow left from the door is the arm. But still, if you look through the door, it looks like a normal room with two pictures in it. At least that's how I see it.
EDIT: I took a look Frame for Frame and really nothing seems to move behind it. I'm 100% sure, that there is only the room behind it.

Don't know if anyone has said this yet, but the foreground walls look to be made in the oriental paper wall style. Interestingly the background walls are seemingly sheetrock or some modern wall material. This could suggest that the killer will be from an East Asian background. The presence of art makes me think the killer will be Japanese as the Japanese are well known for having a long period in history where art flourished.
Then after combining the themes of darkness and Japan together, I'm going to assume that the killer might be based on either a Ronin (a dishonored or wandering samurai [swordsman]) or the killer will be based on a Ninja. Honestly, I think a ninja is more likely as no one seems to have been able to spot this killer yet. Besides we don't have a stealthy ranged killer yet so a ninja could fill that role.

Probably because their personal Twitter accounts aren't strictly work related as, you know, it's their personal Twitter.
So it's likely a ghost/stealth killer in the Wraith/Freddy/Pig class.
Could also be a very short killer or crawling...but the footsteps sound heavy...
Maybe the killer has a power that makes them completely invisible like Freddy but is as slow as hag but can also attack while invisible unlike Wraith/Freddy.
With loud directional footsteps for balancing? I'm just trying to think of a stealth power they haven't done yet with Pig/Wraith/Freddy.
Maybe the map is just haunted and this isn't the killers doing? Lol
