So I just got out of a game where a toxic Pig played a haddonfield offering, the pig the downed me like normal, masked me then hooked and ran away. Pretty normal. So, I compiled a few clips/screenshots of the games I have played within the past couple weeks during this so called "test" (despite it seeming permanent rather than temporary). I get around 60 ping to the servers on the west coast and my internet is good so I'm not quite sure what the deal is. Just like the title says. Spine Chill is the best survivor perk in the game. I say this because of the multiple uses it has and the amount of time that it will be in use. DS and all other exhaust perks are are extremely beneficial don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that they aren't good, but compared with SC they are used under very specific situations.
