So, I know this is old news. How do you interrupt grab someone unhooking if they are trying to mindgame you by rapidly cancelling the unhook animation? It's really bullshit. I had a SWF swarming the hook. One behind me, two doing that unhooking cancel bullshit. I can't even down the person unhooked because of invincibility frames. It's utter horsecrap. The time it takes for the first survivor to be downed and hooked determines the pace of the game. As long as 4 survivors are up (1 in chase, 3 on gens) the survivors are favored to win. The killer needs to hook a survivor and force someone off a gen (to go for the save) as quickly as possible which makes early game mistakes as the killer often times game losing. So, maybe I'm crazy, but this is what I'm seeing: There was the gas cloud slow down, which could be improved on with Flask of Bleach, all fine and good. After Darkness Among Us, the flask didn't seem to be slowing survivors down at all, and the Flask would put them more at what they were pre-DLC without the Flask add-on. I did search this but everything coming up is months old. I've not been able to play this game, as a killer, for months. What is the issue? Am I missing something? The longest I've waited on survivors to join is around 20 minutes. I usually only wait 10 at most. I just can't seem to get a single game going. After playing Left 4 dead 2 on the passing and the sacrifice it gave me an idea, the generators in that require you to gather gasoline cans, and they require you to go around the port in the passing and gather gas cans and make yourself vulnerable to attacks, and on the sacrifice you work on the generator until the last one, which leads to the end of bill. Let me get this straight. So a survivor goes to vault the window and I catch them, but mid animation the game decides "Nah, they can go" and the survivor vaults through the window. And then when playing the Doc, I shock a survivor approximately 2 second before they're able to reach the window to vault it, meaning they shouldn't be able to vault right? I'm curious if this is something that's actually happening, or if this is just a coincidental case of bad luck. I've had two crashes today. The first occurred against an obvious SWF duo. Both of them DC'd, and my game crashed almost at the same instant as the second one's DC. The second crash occurred after downing a survivor a second time as Legion. I see here a lot of discussions where survivors explicitly say it was not fun to play and they probably will dc against Nurse, Legion, Spirit. Here's what happened yesterday: Being a 50/50 player I decided to torture myself by playing SOLO survivor. As any good solo survivor I run kindred as I expect to get camped since most killers chase me for about 3 gens. I don't care about escaping I just want to be a good team mate so I run kindred allowing survivors to finish gens quicker, open the gates and get the hell out. Campers make the game less fun and I think they should be dealt with. I want to know if camping would be counted as an "exploit" or "trolling". If I can't report then what is there to do? Yesterday before the schoolgirl outfit came I was playing against the Spirit in Rotten Fields and I knew where she was at all times because her HAIR was peaking out ABOVE the corn. I understand that as with most games you would want the game to be balanced and everyone treated fairly. This does not occur when survivors are tunneled or camped. Anyone that disagrees with this can see the lack of rational thought in a survivor getting hooked and being camped and tunneled to the point where they only get 3k of bp and lose a PIP or even worse. i am so sick and tired of people ignoring me when I am hooked or downed. I was literally downed until my bleed out timer was half and nobody came to help me. So 4 games in a row the 1st person hooked just completely disappears. There’s no DC symbol, at the end of the game it doesn’t show they DC’d and they still have points instead of 0. When their hooked and saved their icon shows their still hooked but if u go over to the hook that their supposedly on there’s no body, there’s not even a hook. We all know how much seccond objectives affects gameplay. Like durning summer event, everyone had fun with flowers. I know that this idea is not good, it's just not bad ether. Idea for sabotage - make it that it would affect more killers rather only traper. for pig - sabbotaged gigsaw boxes would require less time to search. Not much... like 4 or 5 seconds. As a survivor main...this perk can be pretty brutal with the right team who knows what they’re doing. While playing solo, without a toolbox and maybe like (2-3) great skill checks I was able to complete a generator within at least 40 seconds. With two other people nearby me, that’s 20%.
