I'm sorry do you work for BHVR? You seem to come across from a position of authority here or is that just self appointed?
Hitboxes are not fine, the fact you actually say that speaks for your standards of what is acceptable in a game. You clearly have a high tolerance for poor standards. No stop recycling the same old bullshit, its not all to do with latency just run a quick youtube video of hitboxes in DBD, that's not all lag....
Like I said, I'll repeat again. They actually spend time banning people, what is the point of the end game chat? It seems like a HUGE waste of resources...
Infinite loading screens can be caused by many things, that is not the issue I do not care at this point. I do care that it is fixed preferably this year sometime, I wonder if it was on the cosmetic's level of priority list it would of been fixed in a heartbeat. But you speak on their behalf so thank you for your detailed response, but once again. I do not care, there is NO excuse for this absolute disgrace performance in a game that's not F2P but charges astronomical amounts for cosmetics.
So its not live yet? Well its still not fixed then is it?
-
My dream is that they fix the infinite loading screen, and plethora of bugs. One can hope, then maybe can actually see these expensive cosmetics in game!

I've been playing solo for the last 4 hours and i've been dodged in 9 out of 10 lobbies. Seriously, uninstall DbD and go play something else.
Some of you will say "oh, maybe they saw 4 survivors spawn at the same time". Some did, but MANY others saw me alone in the lobby, then TWO more spawning at the same time and then leave.
Seriously lobbydodgers, grow a damn pair. This is getting ridiculous.
Try playing a killer against a four man swf team, then come back here. "hint" You'll have a different opinion!
Try play killer? Dude, i'm a rank 1 killer every month, the hell are you talking about?
And everyone here has a six pack, a job that pay six figure salary, and a gorgeous top model boyfriend or girlfriend. Sure mate, ok! hehe

Adrenaline is an endgame perk, meaning that survivors gotta play with 3 perks most of the time. If you don't like it kill them before Adrenaline triggers, problem solved.Adrenaline is two perks not one, so get it right to be begin with. The ability to INSTANTLY HEAL and gain 5 SECONDS (up from 3) of original sprintburst is beyond ridiculous. The game already goes fast enough as it is, and with ruin being destroyable in first 3 secs of game, how can a competant killer compete against a 4 man swf gen rushing? How does anyone compete with that. Obviously you're the oracle, you tell me.

and AGAIN infinite loading screen FIX THIS!

And to anyone spending money on cosmetics, you're part of the problem why this game is still in pre-alpha stages.Ohhhohohooo, you must really not like me then.

I'm not like you: I can enjoy this game despite its flaws.
Naturally, i would like for them to be fixed or go away.
But ehh, i'm not feeling like making a complain-thread about it that will go nowhere anyway.Complaining is a method of trying to improve something, but I don't think anything will change either.
-
To clarify its not about easy games, its about being fundamentally broken in design. I don't care what anyone says, communication and coodination of 4 people is WAYYY too much information the survivors have. Its like having addition perks, if that was exploitable by killers you wouldn't be running to that defence I'm sure!
-
Clearly you haven't played killer to know, come back when you have experienced it. Most people commenting on this in favour of SWF REALLY need to play killer and stop being a coward.
-
Add matchmaking to the list too, why am I getting matched with people from China first......
-
I agree the ranking system needs incentive, but at the moment fix the foundation then the de-ranking.
-
And to anyone spending money on cosmetics, you're part of the problem why this game is still in pre-alpha stages.
-
Blame that greasy pizza faced paedophile Ochido
-
Just let the survivors escape, otherwise you'll be holding the game hostage. Honestly its getting pathetic...
-
Guys it's fine, a bunch of rank 20's have tested it internally and it's determined to be OP to remove this. So by the looks of it NOTHING is going to change about this killer. Well congratulations Freddy, you're no longer the weakest killer.
Would LOVE absolutely LOVE to see these developers go against average survivors with this killer, especially Cote. That would be one hell of a laugh. Anymore invitation's to play in Korea again?
Also fun is very subjective, inflicting the entire killer player base on your version of fun is not good game design. What the hell is wrong with designing a competent killer?

oh my god these people XD have any of you moved out at all? comparing emergency numbers and a pixelated game as a reference to each other is I don't know insane?! how the hell is a pixelated game the same thing as an emergency number oh my god XDDDDD so what next arresting people for quitting. these people....xD
if you dont wanna understand thats fine, just accept it then plsIn other words, if people don't accept your views> @Oblitiry said:
Honestly smells like the OP made an alt to agree with himself constantly lol. He doesn't even try to type differently.
This is so cute ^__^
Oh dear, you've lived a very sheltered life that I actually feel sorry for you! Get out more mate!
I'm pretty good if I can simultaenously post two paragraphs at a time on alternative accounts. Anyway enjoy your little echo chamber, if you don't have anything constructive to put, or actually address in the slightest what I put with something with merit then I'm gonna go. It's a shame this happens, but that's the world we live in today. Full of entitled, precious milenials, sheltered and craddled, being told how special they are on a daily basis evidently really damages a person's ability to see beyond their own little world. Oh well! Get back to that anime guys I guess!.
-
Enjoy your game ban.
I didn't think it would be long for one of these responses, and It pleases me so greatly to bring to your attention that I'm not banned. I just thought I'd express my views on this recent banning update. It's called expressing opinions, and people have them, sorry!
I know this must be so triggering for you to realise that the world doesn't revolve around you, and your misguided, detached view and conception of reality. I'm guessing that's why you resorted to this petty little comment, right?

Having almost 700 hours, I have barely encounter any lagswitchers.
I have, however, encountered PLENTY of survivors who DC the second they get caught, the second they get hooked, the second their DS miss, the second they realize that they might lose their flashlight..
I've also met killers who DC if they bump into a wall with Leatherface's chainsaw, when they get slammed with a pallet, if a chase take longer than 30 seconds, they get DS'd..Punishment for DC'ing needs to happen.
Punishing people for using the in-game feature wait for it, that the DEVELOPERS provided! Just think about that and how ridiculous it sounds.
Punishing people for misusing the in-game feature sounds fine to me.
Still I have not seen this answered, why add this feature in game if you're going to get banned for using it? Seems quite silly and idiotic! Also as I said and will repeat, why not fix the problems that cause people for DC'ing in the first place rather than banning people for what will most likely be a problem that that developers themself are responsible for!
Because they're not using the feature properly. That's like asking why cops can arrest people for making false emergency calls.
That is not the same thing at all and you know it, as people's lives are not at risk here. Please tell me the correct usage of this in-game feature then?
It is the same thing and you know it. It's a feature that's being abused and thus people are being punished for it, period.
You're only supposed to disconnect when you have to. It's there for emergencies, like if you find a gamebreaking bug that makes it impossible for you to progress in the trial, or you need to drive someone to the hospital. Anyone who gets banned for disconnecting too often deserves it.So you are comparing an in-game leave future "misuse" as you put it to a misuse of an emergency number. I'm sorry but if you believe that then I rest my case as I don't have the capacity to deal with someone so detached from actually reality. Good luck!

Honestly, the things that make people DC are usually personal issues.Map, Killer Choice, Offerings, Being Downed First, Totem Destroyed.
This is the 3rd or 4th post I've seen being made trying to justify DCing and saying it's a problem with the game and instead blame it on things survivors do or things that killers do that "force" people to DC.
Why did the developers add the leave game feature? Please answer me that?
Good god are you for real?
It's the because every game does it, if a game doesn't have it they can simply close out of the game, it doesn't justify using it.I'm facepalming so hard right now.
If facepalming is how you response when you don't have the intelligence to provide a good argument, then you do you! Good luck.

Maybe they finance the development of dedicated servers with those skins.
Also, those are completely different departments. Someone who does skins, will never touch or even see the netcode.Sorry I wasn't aware you was a BHVR employee. Maybe you can pass this message on and actually get a good answer to ALL the points I've addressed I would appreciate that. Also the finance department need to better distribute their funds then don't they!

Most of what I actually spent the time to talk about in my original post has been completely ignored. I'm assuming because people don't have the ability to articulate a response that can challenge what I'm saying. Oh well the LOL feature is there instead for those unable I guess. Pretty good job so far!

I cannot accept that dedicated servers are not possible. Also this is not what I'm desputing, what I'm talking about is banning people for leaving games, using the in-game feature the developers have provided and punishing people for using it is beyond insanity. Especially considering the current state of the game, how unbalanced, unstable it is, what do they expect when people DC. Banning people for this is completely unethetical, and a waste of their own time. Instead as I said above. FIX the problems which cause people wanting to DC in the first place!
-
The problems that make people want to DC are primarily yours BHVR, punishing people for your failures seems to me like a terrible way to do business. People play games to have fun, not subject themselves to torchure, a lot of people brush under the carpet all the fundamental game design flaws this game has. You shouldn't punish people that won't put up with that, and would rather try getting into a another game.
