First "It's not impossible" just [BAD WORD] difficult, even if you slug the final survivor will most likely hide in a locker as far away from you as possible for two minutes, jumping on gens for 3 seconds then going back to hiding.
Second, don't try to undermine someone's point by underhandedly insulting them. Getting annoyed at a slow paced game (or any game you play lots) is understandable. Like doing anything if you put lots of effort into something and it fails it's agrivating, especially if you had no way to effect that reason. Now get your toxic survivor ass out.
He didn't insult.
4k should be a rare occasion just like 4 survivors escaping a match. They have done 2 generators and one way or another you weren't able to stop them. They deserve the hatch.
Get over with it.Honestly a lot of the times the ones who did nothing get the hatch which is bs

The more I play the more I realise how unfair the hatch is to the killer. It's probably the most broken function of the game right now. Hatch stand-offs can allow the survivor to literally go AFK until the killer hits them as long as they wear headphones or keep their sound up, where as the killer has to state at their screen for about 5-10 minutes waiting untill they attempt to kill the survivor. It's started making four kills impossible and it's getting to the point I physically get to angry to play killer because I'm cheated of a win every game I get three kills, which is most games. This post is ranty but it's true. Even if the killer finds the hatch first the survivor has won.I'm sorry, but when I have people on my team literally 2 hit within 3 seconds which I'm not even sure how that's possible and then 2 dc and i STILL get 2 gens done myself, I'm pretty sure I deserve the hatch and if not I will be dc'ing myself because you don't deserve the kill.

The power is sorta like the pig but the “traps” are through hitting survivors with your frenzy. If you tunnel while they’re in the borrowed state, the meter doesn’t go down, just like pigs. And if you use a frenzy hit more than once on them, it’ll take multiple hits to get them down.So I feel like this killer is pig but with a different power. Also, mending is faster than self care and triggers zero skill checks...
They should make the meter go down during chases. It's 100% stupid because the only way you can actually down the person you hit is to not use your power. Either that or make it that someone ELSE needs to mend you. Letting them go with deep wounds is a joke as it stands and chasing without your ability is also a joke.

Doesn't matter if it was or wasn't. When they were dodging to ensure it, they should have canceled the idea. So sorry, but you're the wrong one. Their reasoning of not removing now even though they admit it breaks the game is people will dodge until they get their friends.
My point is 100% accurate and stands.
@purebalance
You suggested that swf was created because of survivors lobbydodging, and that's wrong no matter how you see it. How can i be wrong about something that devs have confirmed already??
You might like or not, but you can't say i'm wrong lol. They confirmed it and it was probably intented when it was more balenced but due to excessive dodging to play with friends and the dreaded survivor rb attacks they relased a broken mechanic early
The point still stands.... they knew people were acting ######### or what they deem to be ######### that they're trying to block killers from doing now and instead of stopping the advent of SWF that they intended, they rewarded the bad behavior. So now they flipped and want to stop killers from doing the same thing that they rewarded survivors for doing.

The joining at once was a SIDE EFFECT of getting quicker lobbies. Its not a conspiracy to prevent killers that are afraid of swf from dodging.
Except it isn't. They literally said you will see all 4 at once and said nothing about the lobby filling instantly due to what they did. All that says is the new plan is to hold all of the survivors in limbo until it's formed. You're making up nonsense now which makes sense since you can't seem to use logic.

If that's a bug then using 360 is a bug. He was outside of your hit radius when you swung. Just like 360 it's abuse of the killer's swipe radius. Unless you're somehow claiming he shouldn't have been able to finish the vault which then you still wouldn't have landed the hit since he couldn't vault.
If they fix this "bug" which has almost nothing to do with the pallet other than being able to avoid collision on the other side, then 360 would get broken as well.
Also the being placed on the other side is ridiculous, but happens constantly with every killer and survivor with pallets. I've landed pallet hits where the killer is not in range and somehow they get put on my side and land a hit.

Hello devs, do a pretty good job so far already and add rewarding (same bloodpoints as in rankingmode) cassual mode without ranks to this game and bring us the fun back! You ban people who spend hundreds on your game for deranking and willing to play on rank they want, so plase consider this option, because as far as my survey goes, many rank 1 players would really like this one.
I was rank 1 last season with both survivor and a killer and im kinda sick of repetitive gameplay i see.
As a survivor i can witness tryharding killers with tunneling and camping hooks (hooks are 24m from eachother fix lol), just because they pip.
As a killer i can hardly find survivors to play with, because you made the game so easy to rank up with a killer, that there are so many killers ingame these days that you have to wait 10-20 minutrs for game to start.
Btw to the camping tunnel fix... it just doesnt work, ive tried it right after patch at rank 5 with cannibal and after playing and hardly insidious camping like 12 games ive ended with 1 depip, 1 safepip and 10 pip ups. Coincidence, or just pretty good job so far? I dont think so

lol so either you're stupid and would rather rank 1 players go in there to just farm for points or you're a rank 1 and you want to play against low level players.
If they ever make a mode that excludes your rank, it would need to award 0 BP. The purpose of rank in this game is to match you against players of your skill level.

I'm killer main, but when I want to try my luck at being a survivor, encountering these players makes this game so bad, especially since they're rewarded for such terrible play style. It's a trash play style.
Stop defending it.Most players who camp either don't know about the change or don't care about the change. The emblem penalty is so small. I've gotten higher penalty laying traps as a hag than when I camped a Dying Light for a full hook just to see.

The irony that killers say that looping is a unskillful thing to do, but yet they say tunnelling and camping is a strat.Oh no the survivor is trying its best to not get hit and survivor (killer proceeds to keep chasing this survivor instead of breaking off to check gens and go for others) 3 gens pop on and now killer finally catches the survivor and then proceeds to camp them because of a stupid excuse of 3 gens going off when they could've avoided it by leaving that survivor.
But I do understand when a killer has no choice but to camp at the end when gates are open but some games you'll get those killers who are purposely coming in with intentions to camp ppl and when survivors realize they'll gen rush and leave and then killer will complain about gens going to fast.
You know what.... I'm done.
Camping is unskilled too, nobody claims different.
Tunneling is just how you choose your target, it has nothing to do with skill or unskill. So you say its the killers fault that the game is designed the way that a survivor can loop for several gens? Yeah how could he dare chasing that survivor, he better uninstall
If you dont understand that this is exactly the core of the problem, then im done too

Tunneling is technically unskilled in a way as well. The injured unhooked person is going to need time to heal. The person who unhooked isn't on a generator. By the time the other one heals you should get the healthy one down and be moving on to someone else. Instead, you chase the injured one and sure IF you get them you're closer to getting them out of the game, but you have 3 people on gens in the meantime as opposed to 2.

Ive been seeing weird complaints about tunneling lately. Like yesterday, I had a guy tell me that I tunneled him. When really, I left the area after hooking him, but came back when i saw he was unhooked and he ran right to me, hooked him in the basement, go to leave and his friend literally jumps down as im coming up. He unhooks him, and i turn around and hit him... nothing. Borrowed time. i chase him, hit him again and when I go to hook him he disconnects then sends me a bunch of nasty messages about tunneling.I CANNOT stand this. I usually point in the direction of the killer if I see them trying to run that way after I unhook. I mean they're walking into the terror radius and still keep going as I facepalm.
-

Instead of punishing killers for camping and tunneling, how about give them an incentive to play otherwise? There already is incentive. It doesn't work. So now we need some visible punishment that isn't super harsh. A -100 BP flashed on the screen every 3-5 seconds is plenty. Tunneling sucks, but that's on the person who unhooked you to at least give you a chance. If I unhook someone I'm always prepped to take a hit for them because if they can't escape with me body blocking and the cd animation from the hit, they deserve to be hooked again.

In his movies there have been several instances where the victim is running from him, they round a corner or turn around and he is right there in front of them. It usually happens when they are running from him.
I can think of two instances off the top of my head (in part VIII). Obviously, we never actually see him teleport since it happens when the victim looks away.
Maybe "teleport" is probably not quite the right word....It's not exactly a teleport like nurse, but it is about the only thing I can think of (in terms of powers) that might be viable in this game.
Shifting? I’ve played the F13 game before, so I was going off that. And since he just kinda... appears outta nowhere, he’s like the Spirit- in a sense.
Yeah, shifting works and sounds better than teleporting lol. It's just one of those things I think that works in the movies but might be hard to put into a video game without making it seem out of character for him. Part of what makes it work in the movies is that you don't ever actually see him do it...just the before and after lol.
I would be all for them to try though.

Leaving my teammates to die. If I feel like I have no other option, I will leave my teammates behind if they have been downed and are on a hook. My teammates have told me "Just let him kill you and save me." or things like that.
Is this okay if there is no other option that involves both of us escaping? For the most part, I have to look after #1...If you did next to nothing and the hooked person did most of the work, you owe it to them because you'd be on that hook otherwise. I constantly have had games where I've double pipped and got left on the hook on my very first hook while 2 others just leave. Like literally did 3 generators solo and done about 4 hook saves and they just leave without the killer camping. Utter nonsense. If the person you refused to save has more points than you even with you getting that 5k, you didn't deserve to escape.

only circumstances where I WILL go back :
- I've already got enough bloodpoints to pip.
- that particular person saved me at their own risk.
- the killer is obviously not camping them
- the killer has shown a lack of skill that pretty much guarantees a safe unhook and both of our escape.
that's it... otherwise, I'm out.
Bloodpoints and pip are not the same. You can have a ton of BP and done unsafe hook rescues which demolish your Benevolent emblem(-55% for each I think). Also landing pallets gets a ton of bold as do other things that don't contribute to pip'ing.

- Trapper. It's fun disarming traps.

- Hag.
I've had the complete opposite. Most Myers have camped when I've played followed by Wraith, Billy, Pig, then everyone else.
The pig camping is the one that gets me. Why put a trap on their head and camp? I've even seen them do it with MYC. Then the Wraiths I've seen with Insidious..... and Freddys with Insidious. Like I know were supposed to get the bp and a 5k escape, but I never do. I'd ask if its pc or console but as I've recently found you're on ps4 so I dont know if it's my connection or what.
But I'll always take a killer dc and lose points. It's worth knowing they quit on us XD.
There's an exploit killers have found that I have a thread going where mods and devs are just plain ignoring it. Basically when a killer dc's you get to keep your points, items, and still get the 5k survival added to what you already had. The exploit makes it look like all 4 dc'd when they didn't so they lose their items and get 0 BP and in some occasions which seems like they've fixed lose 2 pips. I play on ps4 and most of the time that a killer dcs I get this exploit happening than the normal way it should work. They've clearly fixed the pip problem so they should easily be able to award the BP and keep the item.

CakeDuty said:I've met more sweaty killers than sweaty SWF groups. So many killers with strong addons, mories who like to tunnel or camp. Sure, I occasionally also get met by a premade who can get pretty toxic in pregame chat and during the trial but I've met way less of those. This stuff always happens around rank reset.
That's kind of the thing I don't get, why is it that people wait until when they're facing easier players to use the strongest abilities. That's like buying an armageddon scroll and go by back to the first area to blow up some goblins.
They get beaten at home or never get asked to the prom.

I'd say no mostly for the reason he's completely invis when standing still and would be way too strong for camping. If they got rid of the complete invis while standing still maybe.Ummm I've seen Wraiths standing still. All you need is to move your camera around and you can still see them. Unless they were moving slightly and couldn't tell.

No. Wraiths don't need anymore buffs. You received a huge speed buff already.
A LOT of Wraiths camp. Don't think survivors aren't watching when you hook, cloak and walk to a corner and wait.Honestly if you're going to camp as Wraith don't cloak. I love when camping Wraiths cloak because it means I'm getting them off and I can more than likely take a hit for them rather than taking a hit then unhooking.

I really enjoy playing freddy but I honestly think the mechanic is freaking awful and makes him inefficient at end game.Which is weird considering all of his perks were end game and his end game is pretty bad.
Yea but from my standpoint I love playing as freddy, but I hate playing against him, it just isn't a fun mechanic, and I hope it is slightly changed for the benefit of survivors while still keeping it fun for both sides.
I actually like playing against him except I tend to get potatoes who literally can't see that they're in dream transition and get downed in 2 seconds. If he's chasing me, usually he gives up or spends the whole game and we win. There are those occasions where I'm the second person chased and the first person got hooked after using 50 pallets and I get screwed which is why I'd rather he just chase me from the start.
The bad thing about when I play Freddy is I seem to get those overly altruistic teams and I'm basically forced to tunnel as I'm not even like 10 feet away before they unhook.
I do have to say one of the better perks of using Freddy is they cannot body block which a lot of people ignore. And you can't get flashlighted as easily(or at all if they aren't in dream? Not sure).
It could be nice to have a hook condition when playing freddy wherein they wouldn't spawn too close to gates.
He is one of the killers that the gate hook is just really bad where someone like LF really loves that hook.

I think they should have it that he can insta down survivors if they've been in the dream world a total period of time. Sort of like pig trap, but not death. So if he put you in the dream 3 times and each time you were in for 30 to 60 seconds for a total of about 2.5 minutes, if he puts you in again and you're in for another minute you're exposed whenever in the dream and it resets back to need 10 seconds the next time.
I don't recall his kill methods in the remake, but he did some ridiculous stuff to people after he stalked them for a while.

I mean if you couple blood warden, remember me, noed, and maybe TOTH or bbq, you could REALLY ruin someones endgame. A lot of time wasted opening gates, and healing longer if asleep, as well as instant downs and scattering them to no escape one by one. It's not a farm session, but its entertaining as [BAD WORD].
The point was any killer could do what you just said and Freddy is worse at it. I mean Freddy practically needs NOED considering someone can open the gate with you coming and you get them in dream and they'll be out whereas other killers can stop them from opening if they get there physically in time.
