The pallet speed is only buffed if you are facing it. You still do the spin when you run through it.

Currently I don't know, I will let you know if there is extra content from a cash purchase as soon as I can. Estimated time 1:15 to 1:30 EST.

Honestly, the main drawback to the Spirit is the necessity of well-executed haunts. To make the most out of her power you are going to want to either use Predator to have more precise scratch marks, or Stridor for louder grunts while invisible. Aside from these two perks, you are going to want to probably use Heart Lockets as an offering as props like grass, bamboo, and corn are great at revealing survivor locations.
-
Yeah, I remember the game where I got Adept Myers. My strategy was to initially try stealth but that failed horribly. What you're gonna want to do is rush them. There's nothing to discuss, you have a knife, they don't, get crazy on them.

Did you participate during the PTB and provide this feedback at that time?

Yeah, Rancor seems good but you still need to find the obsession at the end. As for Haunted grounds, I want all killers to only use Haunted grounds as their hex perk for a month. This way, survivors will see a Ruin totem and run away in fear.JoannaVO said:@Peasant said:

Hard to say, many perks offer something new, survivor and killer perks. But I think I love the perks that give the exposed effect (so Rancor and Haunted Grounds) the most

Honestly, prestiging Freddy is the best way to play him. He needs his rare add-ons more than other killers.George_Soros said:Nah, I just spend it all on Freddy. Is that wrong?

I mean, I have money saved to buy the dlc in hopes of getting a unique outfit. As for bloodpoints I'm at a low 450k. Then again, I am a peasant.

So I want to buy VR glasses but is dead by daylight fun in VR? Like Michael pulling you from the generator in VR xd.The thing about that is, survivors are locked to the third person so I have no idea how that would work for you. However, the killer might be a unique experience until you remember that killers are locked to a FOV of 87(roughly) without perks.

The Entity is everything. She's the ground you step on, the trees and rocks you hide behind, the hooks you get skewered on, the air you breathe, the rain, the snow, the walls, the basement, everything."She"?, "SHE"?!, did you just ASSUME her GENDER?!
-
@xmenfanatic The basement is likely directly adjacent to the Entity in the spirit world. It is my strong belief that the basement is not an actual part of the realm but rather a doorway to the Entity's realm as it is always moving around.
@xxaggieboyxx As for lore forget Benedict Baker, he's a simpleton compared to Vigo. Vigo is mentioned throughout the game as a whole and is highly speculated to be the creator of the hatch. Vigo is also the original owner of the first "Engineer's toolbox". On the store page to purchase Auric Cells, there is another Vigo quote where they comment on the purpose of Auric Cells, something that Vigo can definitely be connected with as:
- They most definitely created the hatch.
- Their 1st offering lets you decide where to spawn in the trial/generate your Auric Cells into the husk of a survivor.
- Their other offering affects luck and makes you question if Vigo made the lips with cells, took them from survivors, or took them from killers?
-
I think you guys are underestimating the potential of two killers.
You could have 1 killer run all hunting perks and have another person running basement perks. This would mean that while the Nurse or Huntress is on the prowl the basement killer would guard the basement. Then, after a chase is won they temporarily switch so that the basement build killer can collect the latest catch.
You could have the killers do direct co-op so when you hear the heartbeat two killers start chasing you at once. If you try and loop you'll run into the second killer. Imagine the madness of having to dodge a blinking Nurse and hunting hatchest at the same time.
On maps like Azarov's resting place, the killers could split up with the middle of the map being the survivors' only sanctuary. Or both killers could stay on one side and destroy everyone who stayed.
Some of the meta combos would be:
Nurse + (Literally any other killer [Doctor Especially])The other killer scouts and upon finding a survivor would signal the Nurse to begin the attack.
Leatherface + Hag (or Trapper + Hag)Each hook would become a prison and the basement would become Alcatraz.
Trapper + HuntressIf you get trapped the Huntress will down you via hatchet, this gives you less time to escape. If all of the traps get destroyed he can help the Huntress by herding you towards her.
I'll be honest, I want this game mode implemented as soon as the developers have some time to spare the resources.

8/10 thanks. But may I suggest a font colour that will help with making my eyes bleed? Perhaps #FF00FF?

I couldn't get the exact color you wanted, but you be hard pressed to find a combo more annoying than Lime Green + Hot Pink.
-
-
I don't know what's funnier, the fact that you two spawned together, or the fact that the killer is Leatherface and the basement is right there.
In all seriousness, this is an unintended bug. Generally, survivors will spawn in one of three patterns. In pattern one, one survivor will spawn near the killer (not usually that close though). The other survivors will spawn in a pair a moderate distance away while the last survivor spawns tremendously far away.
In pattern two, not much changes except it's the pair of survivors that will spawn far away and sometimes the second survivor will spawn near them as well.
The final pattern is the same as the first except everyone starts alone.
I've just noticed these patterns throughout my time on Doctor.

Right now it would appear that we're all stuck with our current Usernames. I don't think there's much stopping from just creating new accounts with different names though.

What ever happened to stealth?kingreaps said:In my opinion the clowns is a bit to over powered because he is way too fast and there is no counter to his power with is speed being extreamly fast -
Eh that map actually is decent for spotting Claudettes. There are a few clear lanes that usually generate letting you two see each other's silhouettes if you are far enough apart. Then there's the fact that Claudette's hair sticks out of the fog. Finally, due to the presence of bamboo there is less cover that Claudette can make good use of. All in all, you should be able to spot most stealth Claudettes.
-
When playing Claudette be mindful of the fog. There is a bug that causes her hair to sharply contrast the fog, resulting in a floating hair effect that is highly visable.serabeth90 said:Claudette because I like playing stealthy. I have been playing Kate a little bit more because I am a beginner survivor and like her windows perk. I ended up getting her green and brown top, brown hair, and long jeans to make her a bit stealthier since that is how I play, and while she'll never be as stealthy as Claudette, I have felt the difference a little in that I seem to be a bit more difficult to spot. I wish I could remove the necklace with the bright turquoise pendant, though, because it's kind of like a beacon that can be seen from afar.

@LightsOut88 "gen rush"? What else are survivors supposed to do?
-
@Supernaut
Honestly, you shouldn't be worried about toxic clothes. It all comes down to the person wearing them.
For example, I have seen most toxic Fengs wearing the red new year's shirt or the facemask set. This being said, not every single Feng wearing these clothes are bad.
I have seen plenty of toxic P3 Claudettes, but I have also seen plenty of helpful ones too.
The only real cosmetic with a genuine toxic reputation is the Death Garden mask. Aside from AngryPug and his fans ruining it, you have to remember that two of the three Runner roles in DG are essentially just "bully the Hunter". So those folks are usually malicious, aside from them it's all relative. -
You got bullied at melee range, as Huntress? Time to teach you her master strategy: The Melee Hatchet.Utna said:So I had about 5 games as a killer today, not all of them optimal of course, but I guess I reached the average 2 kills per game and that's all I ask for.
But the last match I played as a huntress was truly sad. I don't know if the survivors was on voice comm or whatever, but each time (5-6 time at least) I was about to guet someone on the hook, all the other guys (yeah all 3 of them !) body blocked me to hell until I was obliged to drop it. Save for the first 2 hooks right at the start of the game, I had NOT A SINGLE HOOK for the rest of the trial ! Of course I tried to drop the guy I was holding and chase one of the 3 guys crounching under the hooks, but once I caught one of them, they where healed and back again for party ... and body blocked me again.
Seriously this is getting ridiculous: how am I suppose to play this game as a killer, if the survivors have the capacity of negating my attemps to hook them ? Turns out they where kinda chasing me and not the other way around !!!
Maybe those survivors might think twice before throwing themselves on the path of the killer if they where that simple perk:
When the killer have a survivor under his grasp, all other survivors are exposed whithin in a 3/5/10 metre radius of any hook.
The hatchet throw cooldown is shorter than the standard attack cooldown. If the survivors get in your face use a hatchet throw followed by a melee attack to quickly down them.

Eh, just enjoy it while you can. Eventually, we might get a Japanese menu theme with the spirit until Halloween comes at which point you'll have the Halloween theme.
The Clown theme will be gone forever soon enough.

Massive cave system that is dark and eerie.
Maze:
Classic horror setting, lots of twisting and turning corridors with dead ends, windows, and pallets built in. Boil over will become the killer’s worst nightmare. The ultimate challenge for experienced players.
Abandoned mine:
survivors and killer alike will need to use the overhead lights to navigate this pitch dark environment
Airport:
Narrow hallways, multiple catwalks leading inside of planes. Generators are in 3 of the 7 planes. The rest are in the main building.
Old Western Town:
similar to the Myers map which it’s name I still can’t spell, except it’s like an 1800’s town.
Construction site (murder town):
Lots of unfinished housing with multiple walls to hide behind, turning them into a maze like structure interior wise.
I highly doubt a lot of you would like the airport idea. But I’ll throw it in just in case. -
