Alternate Button for Self Care or Unhooking

Self care gets in the way of unhooking too often. We need to be able to select a different button for one or the other.

    Try running at the hook as running denies all healing actions.

    Why are you trying to hook farm someone? Unequip Self Care if you want to do that, don't ask the devs to help your trolling.
