Could you please add an option to switch aim assist off in the settings? I understand it can be cool on consoles, bu using it on PC doesn't feel ok...
It may be a mental thing l, but ever since I heard that there is aim assist, I cant sleep at night and I can fell my IQ going down every time I play.
No, but seriously, every time I hit a survivior, I feel bad for myself because I cheat and for surviviors because they get hit.
If the conspiracy theory that says "aim assist doesn't exist" is true, then please let us switch off the "camera move to hide lag" too, hiding server issues under it is not a fair move.
But I don't believe in conspiracy theories, so I believe that Devs will listen.
i agree, i sometimes hit a tree or something like that on console due to auto aim, this isn't no first person shoot, its dbd, and unless auto aim works on huntress like a homing missile than idc, also THIS IS A FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTION MODS!!!

this game is survivor sided and there's no way anyone can disagree. i basically only play survivor (i play killer sometimes for bps but even then i have an easy time because im a low ranked killer) and since the ruin nerf i escape basically every game because matchmaking is effed up and there's nothing killers can really do to slow down gens.. this is not cute bhvr do something about it. it's cool surviving and all but like it feels so unfair and basically every killer runs noed now.. like come on
THIS IS FEEDBACK AND SHOULD BE MOVED TO FEEDBACK AND SUGESTTIONJS!!!!!!
-
@hex_genrush i feel you, i play killer at red rank currently and get potato survivors except when im not playing doc, then i get bullied, and when i play survivor at red-purple rank and always get potato teammate so....
-
i'm sorry BUT THIS IS A SUGGESTION AND SHOULD BE MOVED TO FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS!!!!!! IF ONLY THE MODS WEREN'T BIASED AND ONLY SEEM TO MOVE POSTS THEY DIDN'T CATCH IN TIME AND BECAME POPULAR!!!!

maybe they could also add that hitting a survivor who has No Mither doesn't take any percent away from your power in blood rage mode.

While I do agree that it can feel bad to drop blood orbs because you're running no mither, the perk in itself is meant to be challenging and you're pretty much asking to be at a bad disadvantage just by running it. However despite all of this, no mither provides a great advantage against Oni which is the fact that you cannot be left slugged on the ground. Now, I'll provide three reasons why I believe no mither should be allowed to keep generating blood ;
1 : Sure you might leave more blood around which gives Oni his power more often, but what makes his power strong is that it turns him into the best slugger in the game and he can't do that when you have no mither as otherwise he losses the pressure he gained from his power.
2 : Oni's power is what makes him fun to play as, and in my opinion I also find it fun to play against unless you're on an open map. The whole reason you play a specific killer is because you either enjoy their power or you have a daily and when you make a perk nullify a power, you take away from the people who enjoy that power. Now while I can see you've made a compromise where you can still gain orbs from hitting a no mither player, you would also need to ensure this doesn't cause issues with other perks like deliverance & second wind (or any other perks that apply the broken effect in the future) and when paired with dead hard (when used for distance) you'd basically just deprive the killer of their power for a very long time which ends up not being fun. This is the issue Plague has where she's good but incredibly boring because of the fact that not many good players cleanse.
3 : It's just a game at the end of the day. While the logic may not be sound where you don't bleed with no mither but still produce blood orbs, there are many other things that don't make sense but are still in the game. When you start changing things just because you try to make the game make more sense, you take away from gameplay. Let's look at a few other examples where the logic doesn't add up ;
- Leatherface & Hillbilly cut you in half with a chainsaw yet you don't die.
- You can be hooked multiple times and still run around just fine.
- Paranormal killers in general.
- Clown's addon flask of bleach doesn't cause terrible harm to survivors or himself.
There are many more examples but I believe this gets to the point.
I can definitely understand your point, however these are the reasons why I disagree with such a change.
maybe if i produced blood orbs at half the rate then other survivors in the injured state would be fine, this would also still make since because your blood is thicker than other survivors, but i just see how many i produce and if i say work on a gen i can give him his full power from empty to full from just doing that gen, and hiding isn't an option no matter what i do because if he sees blood orbs he knows its me, especially if i'm the only "injured" survivor.

@SkeletalElite said:
Because your choice is to either stop using the perk that cripples you far more than it helps you even against other killers or to just deal with the fact that no mither is a perk that makes you weaker and provides no substantial benefit
it does, at the ranks i play at there is a lot of slugging, i have picked myself off the ground a lot because of this, they legit either forget or don't care that i can but i do. No Mither is fun and does not put me at a disadvantage, if anything it makes me a better survivor, it only hurts bad when i verse a Oni, which only happens maybe once every two days.

Why should one perk counter a Killer's entire power?
legit calm spirit for doctor legit counters his entire power. i am suggesting No Mither to give 75 percent of the killers power if he hits them with a basic attack to make up for the blood orb loss. no mither already counters one of his ultra rare add-ons.
-
why should i have to change what i like to run, if the fundamentals behind the problem make my argument valid? the way it works now is stupid and needs to be changed, it makes no sense.
-
they care about shoveling new content at us without fixing the fundamental problems with the game, along with basic game health.
-
OHHHH LOOK THEY MOVED IT AGAIN WITHOUT INFORMING ME YAY!!!!!
no wonder im getting no discussion with anyone.

I know almost no one uses No Mither, but if you added an option to bully Oni like that, maybe they would start to use it. But well, I dont know, maybe the blood on hit would suffice.
thats why i say they could test this, but like i said, the chance of you getting a full no mither team against an oni is like 1/10000000000, almost no one will play oni unless they have a challenge (future) or if they have a daily ritual.
-
@Archimedes5000 said:
What you says logically makes sense, BUT what if ALL surviviors had No Mither against Oni? It would mean that he can't use his power. Even if you made it so that injured people with no mither would give blood just like healthy people normally, it would still be a big disadvantage for Oni.
well this might happen once a month across the board, very few swf teams all run no mither, with the small chance that they get oni, if this were to happen he would still get blood from hitting them, maybe they could make it to where if he hits a survivor that has no mither he gets 75 percent of his gauge, i mean a swf team all running no mither is still a huge disadvantage, even with his power being "useless" (even though it can be used to traverse the map fast) what your saying makes no sense because this would never happen. i bet if you look at the percent of players that use no mither (other than for challenges or adept david) it would be between 1-3 percent if that.

I was trying to make a joke about how the perk is considered poor by most...
yeah but im looking for actual replies and feedback about this, not some joke. everyone has their favorite build that works for them, no mither just happens to be apart of mine.

im not???? i just find it fun for everyone if i dont kill anyone and still pip.

legit nice bait, troll.

@Rasinbran said:
It doesn't make sense how you leave blood orbs but not a blood trail? I'd classify this as overlooked when making Oni.
it wasnt overlooked, if it was then you would be able to absorb blood orbs, but you cant if you have no mither (with the add-on, see the section above) so they made this like that for a reason, maybe now that oni is out and not used alot they could look into this?
-
@TunnelVision said:
just out of interest, why do you use no mither?
I've only ever used it once and that was for the tomb challenge.
i find that when i use it im more careful then i usually am, it also makes it to where i always have resilience and dead hard always active, counters slugging (which happens almost all the time at red-purple ranks), and i just like it, i mean sometimes i get tunneled because of it but thats once in a blue moon, and i find i escape alot more often when i use it just because i am more careful and cautious. it really does help me for some reason lol.

yay i just got a rank 11 killer who obviously plays like a rank 1 as spirit, and i and the rest of the team was rank 1-4, pretty good job so far

Yeah but blizzard is well known for keeping the game healthy and stable. But they ######### up with new content or balances ... even more than Dbd. I mean... look at world of warcraft xD
i would rather have the new content and balances wonky then the games health, at least then i could play the game for more than 20 minutes without having to restart it, this is on xbox mind you.
-
@BenZ0 said:
Agree. I wish the devs would do a "project health" for Dbd. Means no new content for a few months but they full focus on qulity of life for the entire game. We have enough Killers and survivors so that wouldn't be that much of a problem honestly if we skip 2 or more chapters.
i experience almost 10-20 bugs each day, whether its a game error, or an in-game bug it happens and is very annoying, in a game like overwatch you see that bugs are isolated and fixed within a week, here it takes a little under a month. i just want the game to be healthy, its kind of like the game has no mither equipped and refuses to take it off.

I would be interested to see whats ppl most annoying or frustrating thing in the game. My moment is when you miss a hit as Legion in FF because of hitboxes or dedicated servers and lose your entire power because of that. That just gives me the feeling to just dc and stop playing for a while. I mean why do I get punished for something that is not my fault?
Anyway what are your most frustrating things? I guess many ppl will say getting hit my noed xD
when the devs are more worried about adding new content, and not focusing on older content that needs revising and reworking.
-
OK GUYS STOP ARGUING OVER THIS, THE PROOF THAT YOU NEED IS IN THIS SCREENSHOTS FROM PEANITS THAT IT IS BANNABLE

why is david hard? his were gonna live forever will help new players get more bp, kinda like getting bbq and chilli does for killers.

I literally posted a screenshot showing that bodyblocking isn't a bannable offence
look at mine where it is

ok guys can a dev please confirm or deny if its bannable, i mean a mod legit showed where to report it so its obviously bannable

But the Wraith had the audacity to do it before the gens got popped is concerning. And even if the survivors can get "reported" the killer can for not partaking in normal gameplay
yeah its considered griefing, which is not participating in normal gameplay which is farming, bodyblocking to where a survivor or killer cannot move, or throwing down all of the pallets just because you want to.
-
The instances of bodyblocking that are considered griefing are:
-Locking a survivor into a corner and going AFK, as either role.
-Standing in front of a survivor and not unhooking them, denying other survivors the option to unhook.
-Blocking other survivors intentionally to put them in harms way (sandbagging).

When did they say that? Can you link?
i cant remember but it was said when you could bodyblock survivors in the basement, idk things could of changed by now but im pretty sure its still bannable, if anything for a day or something.

do it

Hello, people of the fog. In the recent update The Legion has recieved a couple of nice changes but I still feel that there is still more room for improvement. So here's my suggested changes. I feel that theese changes would make The Legion a lot stronger than he is currently while simultaneously making him more fun to play as. There is no need for ALL of theese changes to be implemented, but I feel that The Legion needs at least some of them, if not all.
feral frenzy
- Increased movement speed from 5.2 m/s to 5.28 m/s
- Reduced fatuige time after frenzy from 4 seconds to 3 seconds
- Now can be activated when the power gauge is filled by 50% or more
- Missing an attack in Feral Frenzy will remove 50% of the remainder of the power gauge
- Hitting a survivor who is already afflicted with deep wounds will significantly shorten The Legion's fatuige
- Frenzy power gauge is no longer reduced when landing an attack outside of Frenzy
Deep Wounds
- While suffering from deep wounds survivors cannot heal, repair, sabotage, search or cleanse until they mend
- Mending is now considered a healing action
- Mending now has skillcheks. If a survivor misses a skillcheck a portion of their deep wound timer is removed
and their mending progress is reset.
Add-on Changes
- Julie's Mixtape: Slightly decresed the amount of power gauge lost when missing an attack in Feral Frenzy.
- Joey's Mixtape: Moderately decresed the amount of power gauge lost when missing an attack in Feral Frenzy.
- Frank's Mixtape: Considerably decresed the amount of power gauge lost when missing an attack in Feral Frenzy.
- Cold Dirt: Considerably desrease The Legion's terror radius while not in Feral Frenzy. Considerably increase The Legion's terror radius while in Feral Frenzy.
- Stab Wounds Study: Moderatly increases the ods of triggering a skill check while mending. Mending skillchecks' success zones are considerably reduced.
Let me know what you thing about my suggested changes. If you yourself have anything to add I would love to hear your suggestions. :)
like all of it except it is considered a healing action.

It's not bannable because the other survivors can repair all the generators and open the exit gates to trigger the End Game Collapse and put a hard limit to the game.
It's on OP for delaying the game by purposely not opening the exit gate after finishing the generators.
no the devs have said its bannable if you body block for over 30 seconds, the only reason to bodyblock is if you think they have borrowed time or something along those lines.

i feel we should nerf nea, since SHE IS LITERALLY EVIL INCARNATE

Unlimited removal is stupid and makes no sense, but the other things are matchmaking problems so you have to wait until they are HOPEFULLY fixed
unlimited removal is stupid why?? all they would give is 30k bp, not even more than each of the tutorials.

IM WITH YOU, BUT SHOULDN'T TAKE AS LONG AS THEY'RE TAKING, IF I'M BEING HONEST
TWO ######### YEARS IS BULLSHIT!
-
im playing killer, went from rank 15 (decayed) to rank 3, and only played doctor, used spies from the shadows (lvl 3), bbq (lvl 1), shadowborn (lvl 3) (i would switch this to light born if i saw 2 flashlights, considering the fact that almost 75 percent of the time, the first time they go to flashlight you at pallet, they sit there and waste so much time i get an ez down), and pop goes the weasel (only lvl 1), i was just trying to save up BP to prestige doc again so these were the perks i had, and i would usually use add ons that increased his static blast, and increased madness inflicted by static blast, usually yellow, but sometimes purple, and then i would prestige and usually have only the same perks. so ruin is not required, most killers just have used it as a crutch and need to learn how to apply alot of pressure without it.

THIS IS WHY I STARTED PLAYING KILLER (MIND YOU IM RANK 2 CURRENTLY AS KILLER) BECAUSE OF BS LIKE THIS, THE RANK REWORK NEEDS TO COME FASTER THAN CHAPTER 15

as long as i pip i could give 2 shits if i live, or if i get the 4k, but you know killing a toxic 4 man swf is very VERY nice too.
-
but only for the first day, after that it gets annoying.
-
how many people dc each day
-
as a survivor, resilience, that extra 9 percent vault speed, along with having spine chill for another 6 percent to my vault speed in a chase (since the killer is looking at me), i can always get a fast vault or medium vault to work in my favor.

They scream in T3 only when they miss skillchecks.
And Shock Therapy does not make them scream, only Static Blast
no, i have been playing doc since his change and they do scream when you shock them with shock therapy, along with being in tier 3 for a certain amount of time and not trying to get out of tier 3, im not lying thats how it is, so stop trolling and do your research. maybe everyone you go against has calm spirit on, but i personally only get maybe one or two people with it 1/10 games (in red ranks)
-
lmfao!
-
@DocFabron said:
I personally find it to be ok. But I won't argue with it being a lil bigger.
yeah, i just find it to be very tedious to use, it being a little bigger would be nice considering the delay on being shocked.
-
@Archimedes5000 said:
1.There is 1 second delay between releasing Shock Therapy and it actually hitting the survivior, you can use this time to escape from the ability radius (11m) or to start vaulting to make the shock pointless.
2.You can Snap out of it BACK TO T1 and its easier to do so
3.You scream only at tier up or when hit with Static Blast, the latter has 60 seconds cooldown and a few seconds charge time.
1 and 2 ok, but 3? you scream every like 30 sec in tier 3, and also when hit with shock therapy, not just when you tier up and static blast.
