Bill is a PC exclusive and unless Valve allows it, he cannot appear on consoles (we get his perks tho.) Just one more indicator that they do not intend on doing cross platform anytime soon.

I like Legion. Keep in mind depending on who you want for your Legion you might have to double pay. Susie and Joey you have to buy. I used shards for Legion, then bought Susie (Then bought Joeys mask for her
). Never buy what you can get for free with a (little extra elbow grease.) -
I endure with popcorn and iced tea and the ability to recline while playing instead of being hunched over a keyboard. I don really care about the graphics in this game, and my connection is strong enough that I rarely have any lag. I PC game as well, and have a decent rig, this just isn't one of the games I play on PC. Besides its much easier to mute all messaging on PS4 anyway when Im dealing with sweaty tryhard teenage trolls.

Survivors are more brazen when they cant be insta-downed. If you can get "Make your choice" it will give you incentive not to camp, and make them a bit more wary of hook rushing. Also, just keep swinging, you'll wound a few, maybe even down one, but get into the habit of slugging people and not just hooking them all the time. Let them crawl around and act as bait for others, slug the helpers too. Its fun, trust me.
I have a rhythm I use that works out fine:

Hook 1,
Slug 1,
Hook1 ...It slows the game down and you will see the piss taken out of your survivors pretty quick this way.

Player 2: NO YOU BE NICE FIRST!Honestly, there is one way to reduce your toxicity/stress levels involving the game and that is by treating it like a game and not some measure of your personal worth. I play and win/lose I laugh and have nothing to prove to anyone. They screech, I laugh, they don't know me and I dont know them. Whatever. I have made a few friendships with this game, but I don't expect it. People are too obsessed with "Winning" in a game where really ... what are you winning? A higher rank that means nothing? The only time your performance means anything is during events and that's laughable, spend enough time and you will get those shinies. Nothing truly matters in this game. It as a over glorified (and wonderful, i DO love this game) game of tag. Its not an Esport, its not an MMO, its just a game of tag/keep-way with monsters in it. Just have fun people.

I know I could tell you this and it really wouldn't matter buuuuut~
Ranks mean/offer you nothing.As for the gameplay experience my sweet-spot (Meaning i will purposefully derank to stay in this tier) is 10-5, as both killer and survivor.
4-1 is a bunch of over-tuned, gen rushing, cookie-cuttered, add-on abusing, teabagging, nodding, nurse/billy/nea/claudette infested toxicity. There is only one thing that separates rank 1 from everyone else. Longer load times, and occasionally some people like to mess around because there is no incentives at rank 1 really.

I think it would be better, similar idea, copy most of what you said ... but ... you push a Killer/Survivor roulette button and the game chooses perks at random from what you have already unlocked. Sometimes you get good ones, sometimes you get useless garbage, but you still get the equal chance to earn more rewards.
Lastly, one small "problem" with the "normal" plan when I level/prestige, I specifically only pick the most useful perk handed to me then focus on getting it to rank 3 ... My survivors and Killers tend to have smaller perk pools because of this. So I would handicap myself for this system, Im not sure I like that idea.

You would also run into the times where someone is shouting "HEY OVER HERE!!!! THERES ONE OF HERE!!!" and bam, you just got ratted out by your buddy ... Here comes killer ... and then here come a new post about how the voice chat function should be banned.

Oh god no .. this would be annoying ... Community is too toxic (I mean that in a loving way too) for this. I don't need little billy crying about how many times I slugged him, killers meme spamming and screeching while chasing me or any of that nonsense. 3rd party chat is fine, you talk to who you want to talk to. Keep the game silent so I can enjoy the music and sound effects, and not all the swearing, fart noises and other garbage that would come with this.

Because this Freddy is from the remake, Nancy in the new Universe isn't at "Dream Warrior" status. She never will be due to poor handling of writing (no one wants to see a franchise based on a pedo.)
Nightmare on Elmstreet would need to be rebooted AGAIN and left ambiguous over the motivation his (Freddy's) child-killing like the old series, and thus Nancy's power/usefullness could scale accordingly... Nancy was borderline useless in the new universe because shes supposed to be the lil vic in the tower. Boring. Quentin had the smarts and the skills to survive, Nancy was just meat.

As always, every time the nurse is OP convo pops up, She's free .. Hop on her and see if you can get a EZ 4k ... If you can, then go back to your "Nurse is OP" rants. If not ... well something else has to be a factor right? If you are facing a god nurse, just know that person has put in the time to use her. There is no shame to losing to a nurse. There is shame in being a sore loser however. BTW Nurse is almost unplayable on console.

Im playing legion - Both Gates are open, I have scored no kills (I wasn't trying very hard to begin with), Im standing on the open hatch. 3 people have left. There is one stupid claudette duck walking toward the hatch. Im spinning is circles slashing at the air. A smart person would just go for the open door. Noooooo, she wanted the damn hatch. She touches the Susie blender. Down she goes. I pick her up and hook her.
Proceeds to trash talk, rant, and derp out over chat about me being a camper. I salt my popcorn with her tears.

Both are meh in my opinion. Coming from a wraith perspective:
Bamboozle - Gives some interesting chase and corner options. As long as Im not being gen rushed, I would have some fun messing around with people who want to use stealth-vaulting and vault-juking as their strategy.
Save the Best for last - I'm pretty accurate and don't miss my attacks. If im missing, its intentional. I will purposefully do wiff swings when I want the survivor to change direction or make a stupid mistake. I never saw a point to attack cool-down perks.

Huntress = My goodness there have been quite a few Axe Murderer movies in the past. The bunny mask is a nice touch tho :chuffed:There is a reason home grown villains will out number licensed ones. Less royalties paid out, less headache, more money for devs.
If another liscensed killer comes out I will be happy, but Im not going to expect it. Period.

Its not recognized as a exploit by the devs and is working as intended. So yes, its legal. No you cant be banned for it. Survivors can still burn the symbol with a flashlight ... or just trip the trap and hide. Since it can be conuterplayed, it is not considered broken, just frustrating. When hag is running this add on she is at a huge disadvantage anyway. It trades the ability to teleport, to being able to block and stall. The devs have also commented in the past that the like to see how players use powers and perks in creative ways. If they consider it too abusive they will change it. This has been around on hag for a while, so again you can guess its working as intended.

Report and wait. There has to be an investigation, which they WILL do. Logs are held and recorded, its peretty easy for them to find out if a complaint is legit. You just have to be patient. If mods trigger banned everyone on hearsay then reporting could be abused horribly which causes all sorts of problems.
Regradless, I'm sorry this happend to you and hope you find nicer people to play with in the future.

All of my gripes aside.
I love this game, I want it to last another 5+ years, it helps me deal with my depression, ptsd and more. This has been a truly enjoyable experience for me so far. Keep pumping out the quality trailers, updates, events and so forth guys! Thankyou! Good job!

Spamming clicks is going to get a lot of hate. I tunnel every time it happens. If you are going for saves, I don't care, you are playing the game how it should be played.
WHY is click spamming toxic? Its like a little brat tugging on you, making screeching noises and they wont stop no matter how much they ignore you. Most clickers are trained loopers as well, experience killers know when they are being baited, and will laugh if they down someone who click spams and cant loop. Clicking is distracting as is always in the back of the killers mind that a blind may be around the corner.
That is NOT to say you SHOULDNT do it .. I'm a killer main, play how you want to play. Im not adhering to some stupid honor code and neither should you. Clicking the flashlight is just as viable a tactic as camping. You do you. However don't whine when it blows up in your face. IF you cant back up your trolling with some skill, stop trolling and you will get targeted/camped/tunneled less.

Nurse is rough on console. I have her up to 25ish now mostly because I don't dedicate myself to playing her:
And that's the thing. Nurse isn't built around casual play, you have to dedicate yourself to learning her.
You are going to have to go through that training montage, practice blink drills, up your sensitivity, etc. One of the things that always helps me is watching other people play on twitch/youtube and analyze their play-styles and incorporate tricks I like into my own. Try finding some Nurse mains and watch how they play.
While some people will tell you not to camp because it "doesn't help you improve" Ill explain why: If you cant blink chase, track or otherwise harass your survivors you are only going to get that 1 kill at most. Survivors if they smell that you are a newbie nurse will just get that person of the hook anyway and you could end up not getting any kills at all. Camping just isnt good with nurse. Tele/proxy camping ... after you have learned how to properly use her power DOES work wonders.
Lastly, this is just an observation from me, I dont use any kind of tele-distance-themed addons. These seem to always screw up my timing, I try to play with out them.

Well the Trigger can be Cancer and tends to be Toxic so I try not give it no Grief otherwise I think people would see me as some entitled brat.
Besides there are no toxic killers only toxic players.

I have had so many people blow their DS at the beginning of the game, I down them again and they rage quit. DS is only as good as the person using it, it really doesn't bother me as a killer.

I have said it once and I'll say it again. Legion is a troll:
You can rank and pip with no kills.
You run around like a spastic child ping ponging through survivors.
You slow the game down, just like pig, to the point you can run other things than ruin.
It feels like the devs created this abomination as a joke about to all the salty survivors complain that killers are unfair tryhards, by creating a killer that is a troll-y try hard who will still "win" even when they "lose."I support Legion in its current form, because it rebels against the rest of the Killer format. I can play Legion and "shrug" my shoulders at a 1k and smile because I'm still getting a "ruthless" killer because I made survivors lives a living hell.
Legion to me is a love letter to forum whining ...

NOPE! Susie works excellent as a killer ... she fits several tropes, trust me. I wont get into them because going into cross genre and sub genres seem to trigger people on these forums. However the "innocent killer" or "cute killer" does exist in other horror media. I would even go so far to say that Susie is probably the most dangerous; because if you look at her attire, choice of weapon, etc .. she is the most creative out of the lot. Her Mask and her weapon looks like it was made in an arts and crafts class. THATS AWESOME. I could easily see her turning on the Legion if it didn't fit her personal ideals. If you do some digging around you can find some very popular "cute girl slashers" in mainstream media ... Susie fulfills this role.
Still a "what if" of Susie flipping to the good guys side, does seem like a good story ... However I LOVE her as a Killer, I could see both Susie and Huntress getting along just fine under certain circumstances.

I agree its BS that it stays at 1% like that ... That's why moonwalking is a thing atm, its the only way you can make sure the power actually down people. However im not playing legion as a killer anymore since you can rank without a single kill .. I'm playing it as an obnoxious troll since that's how it seems the devs wanted it to be played atm.

I think its funny, I havent been able to successfully do it, I always lose my prey .. but Legion is a buncha trolls anyway .. so im gonna play it troll-y until they fix it (the right way.)

Legion is not OP, they are just good a manipulating numbers and ranking way too fast for mediocre gameplay. There is a charm to Legion to be sure, kinda this dirty feeling that somehow you are cheesing the system even though you know you are not that good. Like a buncha rebellious little turds, giving the middle finger to the rest of the killers, and just screwing around not treating the game seriously at all. That is why i like legion. IT IS NOT A GOOD KILLER ... its a little troll ... and that makes me smile and laugh.

Legion so far is a pip-ing machine that doesn't need to get kills. That being said, I have also noticed that Legion slows the game down just by existing (kinda like pig.) Adding other time wasters (Ruin, Sloppy Butcher) only makes this worse. So if you aren't ranking and BP farming well with Legion, I dont know what to tell you ...
