Sure, its just advice.
He can do whatever he wants to do, but then he shouldnt complain when the killer does "whatever" to him aswell. -

I love DBD, i can stand many of its flaws but this is insulting
I play this game on PS4 and the framerates are goddamn awful, to that sum up the fact that the lobby waiting times for survivors are terrible, i cant believe behaviour is going to focus its efforts on a port instead of fixing their mess.
i say, if you cant manage to create a decent port for a console, why bother with another one?
As long as it sells, who cares.
I wish they concentrated on the PC version alone, maybe we would have more decent gameplay then -

They're not all going to be as strong as Billy/Nurse. They say this every time a new killer is out. They don't want a power creep, making killers more and more powerful and buffing old ones. There won't be any that strong, and with good reason.Nobody wants a killer stronger than nurse (which would be power creep)

Even when you use something as harmless as "Greatly Thicken Dark Mist" - Killer disconnects, lose purple mist darkener -.-If killer disconnects you should retain your offerings. Simple as that.
100000% agree with you, and if a survivor disconnects I wouldn't mind if a killer gets to keep his offering as well... only if survivors get to keep theirs if a killer DC's.
Sick of this bunk.
You forget that if the killer DCs, the survivor keeps his items and only loses his offerings.
However the killer will not only lose the offering, he will also lose his addonsTruth! Survivors think losing an offering on a killer DC is bad. If all 4 survivors decided to DC the killer basically loses (wasted) the offing and add-ons.
And the survivors get 5k each, the killer only 2,5k

Some hint:
It will be a non viable killer that will be demolished by SWF

The plan of nerfing selfcare was to slow down the game. This works for the casual and the only "just" survivors, because they will still selfcare even against Legion lol.
However, for the more advanced survivors selfcare became a "wasted" perkslot and this leads to survivors to rush the gens even faster, especially coordinated SWF groups who got 4x adrenalin. I was always running adrenalin and only pushed the last gen injured, but lately I push all gens injured as survivor. What's your opinion? Did the selfcare nerf helped you to slow the game down or are games even faster done cuz everyone is pushing gens injured? As killer I feel SWF games are ending even quicker than before if they have all adrenalin and noone selfcare. SC hasnt been nerfed, just like DS rework didnt happen and the hatch sloing mechanic has been dismissed
If you guys say that Doc got nerfed because of the changes on Nurse's calling then you must admit that SC got nerfed too since it's related to a healing action. Who says that? I certainly don't. Only stuff that changed in itself is either buffed or nerfed. SC wasn't nerfed as its values weren't changed. The Doctor wasn't nerfed just because a Perk he has the option of using no longer reveals Snapping Out Of It Survivors. His power wasn't changed. If anything in that equation, then Nurse's Calling was nerfed. I agree, but we got several threads of people claiming that Doc got nerfed because of NC. Maybe you didn't, but some others did say that.
About SC its values weren't changed but the healing changes affected that perk indirectly, which is why some people stopped running it.
Because it takes 8 seconds longer to heal? My what an atrocity, must mean the Perk is utter garbage.
And really, it's still omni-present in my games, there are at least 2-3 SCs still.
Well guess why, the ability to heal yourself is just mindblowing, no need to search for a teammate that can heal you (which is even difficult via voicecomms if you are playing with inexperienced survivors)

Still a worse tactic than not healing and keep doing gens. (of course you still need to be a decent survivor to afford being injured)
I'm so thankful for the healing nerf, seriously, made me see things from a different point of view and become more efficient.Which shows you how broken the gen situation is right now.
I agree with the healing nerf aswell, being injured needs to mean sth.

A simple fix,
1st DC=15 mins ban
2nd DC=30 mins ban
3rd DC=45 mins ban
4th DC=1 hr ban
5th DC=2 hrs ban
The devs need to face this issue, like it or not if they want to combat Dcing this is the ONLY way to stop ppl from dcing.I agree.
Mostly games implement this queue.
But still your numbers are low.
If i was the game developer i would start with 15 min, then 1 hour, then 4 hours and finally 1 day.
I doubt that survivor would DC again.
2 hous for 5 DC is too low.Games can crash, you can DC by accident and all that stuff.
Especially DBD which is a really buggy game cant have such high penalties for that reason.I think my numbers are fine and if you have to wait even a few minutes, people would think twice about DCing for stupid reasons (liek denying BBQ stack or sth)
You dont get the point, they have a system to detected which was a crash and which was a disconnect.
You think i will say that without knowing this issue ?
I would want to hear how can you punish dc ?, not in this case how dbd does it cause they dont punish dc.Where do you get this from?
Such a system doesnt exist. Only god can tell whether my PC crashed due to DBD or whether I just pulled out the power supply. Only god can tell whether my internet provider messed up again or whether I pulled out my ethernet cable
Not sure what you mean with the second part
They did went into specifics in one of their streams, i dont remember which so if you want try to find it.
And it does exist, me and other ppl that crash from time to time not often get a message like "Do you want to send this info about the crash ..."
The only time you cant tell the difference between a crash or a dc is when they go airplane mode.
Lets not show the world how to bypass their system. You dont grant the average DBD player a lot of intelligence if you think that "the system" cant be abused

Nobody wants to play a match having the gens fly in the matter of 3 minutes which is disgusting.
Give the killer an edge against these SWFs on Coms. Just an edge in general whether the survivors are friends or randoms.I can guarantee you that "Nobody" is not correct, there are a lot of SWF that like it when the gens fly by and I cant blame them, they are just playing optimally.
Its up to BHVR to fix that, the survivors are just doing their best

Since this game has around ~20k players active you can't give out bans for 1day or 3 days.
You have to understand that the games like CSGO and other big games do a longer period since they have a massive player base compared to DBD.
Max punishment should stay at 2hrs, this will discourage the players from dc, not making it impossible to quit if you have a problem irl.I prefer waiting a bit longer and then having a proper game.
There are way smaller games than DBD that still manage to punish DCing properly., thats just a lame excuse -

You are able to report people who constantly target you and purposely ruin your game play. This is a console ban rule. So, killers who have issues with certain survivors can’t constantly target them, and that’s a form on bad behavior. However, killers can lobby doge by seeing Our name. Survivors game NO way to avoid killers that they have issues with. We report them, and NOTHING happens.,Console ban rule?
Do you care to elaborate? That would be new to me

And then, all the toxicity, rl death threats, constant DCing isnt properly punishedon PC, so why would that be different on console?
THe devs now have the possibility to bann players on console aswell, doesnt mean that they do it

I for one would immediately trade DS for NOED, I never used DS. I would definitely like to see both gone. NOED is countered by totems, sure, but is far easier to obtain than DS. It appears for every killer in RNG bloodweb. Survivor needs to first purchase Laurie, then level her up for the trainable perk, then they get RNG blood web.
But yeah my point is there is no point arguing about one without the other while both exist any threads like this are meaningless.
Every commited player has access to DS, its really not hard. You can literally buy laurie, get her on 40 and get DS on your main character in a single day

You asked Master, but let me throw in my two cents as well.

In theory, it would be nice to have Casual and Ranked Mode. Realistically, I think the player base on consoles is not big enough. I'm not sure about PC.
The problem I see with Ranked Mode: The current heavily unbalanced state of the game. Killers can only play Nurse and survivors will bring 4 DS, 4 insta-heals etc.
It is an interesting topic, for sure.
Cross platform could immediately solve this issue aswell (even if I dont belive that its an problem)

Disclaimer: This post is very opinionated but reply with your own opinions!Im sorry but when I look throught the “balance fixes” or whatever its called category, all I see is killers complaining about slight advantages that survivors have. Im honestly hoping the devs will read this so they dont get convinced to do any of these.
-The Hatch.
I see a lot of salty killer mains on here complaining about the hatch. First of all, killer is already very overpowered. Removing the hatch would make killer even more unbalanced. Sure, the idea to close it was good, but thats basically a game over for survivor. Unless, they can clutch (assuming) three gens. Also, this is targeted toward specific killers who think theyre gods at the game but complain about hatch. If youre so good at the game, you should be able to track down the hatch, and grab the survivor. Perks like insidious would help. Also, you could just kill the survivors before the gens are done (its not that hard) plus, i dont think that you would want to wait around for an immersed survivor whose probably sitting in a locker, waiting for you to DC. If you really think that hatch is a free win for survivors youre wrong. Im sorry but you are.-Infinites.
Infinites are patched and it is basically impossible to infinite. Killer will get bloodlust and get you. Killer is so easy, and i can easily counter infinites. (im a trash killer)
I know my infinite point wasnt as in depth as my hatch breakdown. But the overall lesson is that killers need to stsrt getting used to not winning and grow a pair. ( y e e h a w ) 🤠
Also, i know the devs will most likely never remove the hatch, but if theyre thinking about it, this is to persuade them not to.
classical 5-post stuff
Im not gonna bother
