Entitled selfish people disconnect. You can counter Legion by stunning wit pallets, looping for as along as you can, I once had a Survivor find an awesome tractor loop on Autahaven that I could not catch him on, it was embarassing. But mostly your goal is to loop and run from that killer for as long as possible so that your teammates can do Gens. Legion is normally slow and I run him around for ages forcing him to use his FF on me, and none of them want to but realize they must.
Also if you're on console you can juke him really hard.

Possibly on a rare occassion. Sometimes we get costume packs temporarily available for Shards. But those outfits were from an event so maybe not. I mean Billy's Summer BBQ hammer and Kate's Summer shirt can't even be obtained unless you were in the event.

additional blinks addons of nurse
Absolutely busted, not only you cover much more distance even without range addons, but also you got as survivor 0 chance to win a chase. Remove it, it's healthier for DbD.Prayers beats addon of spirit
Seriously, this addon is busted. Getting free grabs at gens is stupid af. Takes 0 skill to use and has an reward like NOED. Even more than noed, cuz u don't even waste time chasing.
Yeah then remove insta heal add-ons and we are fine
One unbalanced thing doesn't justify the existence of another unbalanced thing in the game. Every unbalanced item/add-on/etc. should be reworked.
The total silence buffs the Spirit, you can hear her coming when out of her TR and everyone on a Gen knows she's coming and can grab you if she's coming to you. She might not but why risk it and look like an idiot? The beads is one of those rare add-ons that helps killers reach their full potential but isn't overpowered. It's very rare so not used often. But like many here, I also would sacrifice it to be an Ultra Rare so we can get a Very Rare Father's Glasses, because that just makes sense since Beads allow Gen grabs which are awesome and Glasses allow you to see blood which make up for crap tracking.

You on console or use a controller on PC?
For consoles and PC gamepads, two separate type of actions are both bound to R1/RB. Personally I circumvented it by setting the second one (for vaults and pallet drops) to Square/X, and the other one (repairs, heals, other actions) to stay at R1.
The game does not use the Square/X button for anything else so all you’ll need to do is get used to which actions are newly rebound to what button. So you change the button layout?! I'm on console

There cannot be strong "solo surv" perks simply because swf would use them 2-4x but with added efficiency because theyre "coordinated unlike randoms". Good swfs only group up as the situation requires but spend most of the trial spread out.Being alone allows you to focus but causes you to be reckless. If working on a Generator with no Survivors within 10 meters you have a 10% chance to have a moderately difficult skill check but repair the Generator 3/6/9% faster. Most Rank 1 Killers use Ruin so whoever uses this perk has Ruin and this difficult skill check, not everyone is good with skill checks so only people who are experts can use this efficiently. I know the Devs always want new players to come in with every chapter and this helps new Solo Survivors do Gens faster at the cost of that moderately difficult skill check from Overcharge which isn't as bad compared to his ''considerabley''.
You resent relying on others for help, you have a -25% penalty when being healed by others but can heal yourself 25% faster.
The Devs want to use their Self-Care change as it's own perk, here ya go. Hey @not_Queen I thought of this on the spot is this cool lolJust because you're alone, doesn't mean you're helpless. While injured press the active ability button to throw dirt into the killer's eyes stunning them for .05 seconds and blurring their vision for 1/2/3 seconds.
I say .05 seconds as a placeholder for basically stopping the Killer from swinging their weapon the moment you activate the ability, kind of like swinging through a pallet and getting hit. And the blurred vision is kind of like the intoxicated effect from Clown. I wanted something like Diversion which was an item from the world but something defensive but nowhere near as strong like Decisive Strike. This can be countered by Lightborn and the purpose of this perk is like Dead Hard, a second chance during a chase, of course since it's the ability button you can't use both perks. Unless you can assign them to two buttons and in that case it Exhausts you. These three solo perks help you with Gens, healing, and chases but all have drawbacks of some sort to promote being alone and Surviving alone.

Principally if the killer is using a Hex totem.
I play a mean trapper on the Game
I get just as many snapple trappins on The Game as most other maps. You just gave to be creative and learn to use the lighting and natural textures to your advantage. I also love this map as survivor, it's still one of my favsI love catching Survivors in the bathroom as Trapper, it's like "What do we have here"puts trap in doorway, ''we having a party''?

You mean the last perk? That makes sense actually but they don't have to be SWF for it to be powerful, it can be the new 9% if you're working alone instead of together.
I mean the 2nd and the last perk. Both perks would work great for a coordinated SWF group that wants to rush gens.
In general: The gens in this game are done too fast. We don't need any perks that help survivors with repairing even faster. There is a reason why Leader will get changed so that it won't affect gens anymore.
Well my post isn't necessarily about the perks in the video, I used this fan-made chapter as an example of Solo Survivor perks.
I thought you also wanted to talk about these specific perks since you mentioned them.
Ok. I wrote in my first post that I don't have anything against perks that help players who play solo. If anyone comes up with a good perk idea, I'm all for it.

I love making perks. -
I've seen this mentioned before and it would be cool to have scarecrows around the map but I don't think teleporting to them or having them reveal Auras would be original and it would be like Hag.

This is badass, simple and very aesthetic. He could be smoking normally and his power sets him aflame. Cosmetics could have his charred skull peaking from his mask.
-
Just M1, it doesn't effect the power
-
I find it interesting you chose the bugs from the film instead of his theme of Judgement from the game for his power.
Illumination is kind of like Alert but I don't think it works very well for the Killer. The situations you hve for the Aura only happen when you're either in a chase, where it's pointless, or are nearby but then you already know they're there since it's a Gen. The new Surveillance coming up does this well.
I like Angel's Wings, we don't really have any Killer versions of Exhaustion perks so this would be cool, it would be the direct counter to Balanced Landing.
Tormented would be awesome if the 15% increase is only to action speed and not movement speed, we alrerady have the 5% Haste. This is like a more powerful Fire Up and the only real thing that makes it a totem is the 5th Gen which sounds awesome. Everyone just getting hurt at the same time like that, must sound beautiful

I think get it, lets say the Killer and Survivor is at the Hatch and Trapper hits Meg, she can't jump into the Hatch for 3 seconds allowing Trapper to chase her and potentially down her. If he can't catch her she just jumps in, and probably gets grabbed or hit at the Hatch again and can't jump in.Yes. The 3 seconds makes it so the killer has enough time to hit someone in injured state and then again in dieing and then pick them up if the survivor just stands on the hatch. This suggestion is pure to get rid of the stalemate only survivors can win.
This would make the hatch skill related instead of the mockery we have now. A Survivor with self-care or Dead Hard could win this with skill. But a Survivor without those would have to work harder, be sneaky, be patient, do Gens, etc. This puts the Hatch in the Killer's favor instead of 100% Survivor sided if fully healed and basically Survivor sided if injured and manages to get close.
This could work, I would like to see it in action and see if it's fair in practice.

Genrushing is just as dumb a term as tunneling. If i finish a project in a week when the limit was 2 weeks, i rushed it.
Genrush is certainly not a dumb term.If 3 Gens get done within the amount of time you find one Survivor or hook one Survivor that's Gen rushing. Yes you failed at finding them earlier and yes you failed at downing them earlier but the fact remains that you now have less time to play. You can git gud of course but that won't change that the Survivors are also GEWD and know how to do Gens while you chase one person.
1 person's skill is outmatched by the skill of 4, getting better can only go so far.
I'm not complaining I'm just explaining the Gen Rush. I haven't had a problem yet myself thankfully.

So I know this feeling and it hurts, I don't like camping, it makes me feel uncomfortable but I do patrol to see if anyone is nearby. I usually run BBQ or Devour to incentivize me to walk away from the hook and get rewarded, though sometimes the Survivors are like yours and you can't leave quick enough to get out of range.
I use those altruistic Survivors against them, if they start swarming the hooks, SLUG them. Don't hook them just SLUG 'em. Punish them for being greedy and stupid, Leatherface is great for this of course because of the snowball potential.
I think you'd get a kick out of Basement builds man I really do. Use Leatherface, Trapper, or Hag and only put people in the Basement. Their Altruism will be their undoing, use Insidious if you're having a really bad day. Start the match by running directly to the Basement and wait there the entire match, usually someone will eventually go down there for that sweet alluring chest and when they do you scream like a madman and swing that saw around and wait for the ensuing swarm of idiots.
-
Play Legion if you want some adrenaline-fueled chases, play Pig if you feel like sneaking and tormenting Survivors. Both are strategic stalling killers but very different.
-
Just having a built-in Random Killer/Survivor and Perk wheel would do this job.
-
I got that achievement with Spirit and Devour Hope, the great thing about Spirit is that everyone assumes she is using Haunted Grounds and might not break your totem if they see it. In my match that is exactly what happened, once they realized it was Devour Hope they were screwed because I started snowballing, and it was on Grim Pantry so it was a small map.

Pig's strengths are stealth and distraction.
STEALTH BUILD
Monitor & Abuse---Get closer before crouching(don't use Ambush at Gens IMO)
Rancor---Helps with seeing where Survivors are
Sloppy Butcher---slows healing and goes great with
Nurse's Calling---sneak up on healing SurvivorsDISTRACTION
Hex: Ruin/Huntress Lullaby (use traps after Ruin is destroyed but use traps while Huntress is active
Sloppy Butcher
Thanatophobia
Distressing
Survivors are distracted with getting rid of your totem, getting off traps, slow healing, and with the huge TR hiding from you on top of it.BONUS END GAME
Rancor
Remember Me--kill Obsession to make gate take longer to open
Blood Warden---in conjuction with NOED you seal the exit gates and when this wears off is a great time to use your traps
NOED -

I like the 2 key thing, it's the same game but different rules, makes sense with the title.

Looks like it's common enough for Bug Reports. I don't use keys but I can see how frustrating that would be.
-
Slender Man's abilities remind of what the Doc can do, make you insane.
I was thinking about his pages, I know Mister said they could be an Objective to leave his world but technically the Gens are replacing the pages and serve the same purpose. I think it would be cool if 8 pages were scattered around the map and Survivors could collect them for 1k points(like you get from cleansing a Hex Totem) but the flip side is that doing so reveals their Aura. And this is exactly how people get the attention of Slenderman anyway, the more they research about him the more power he has over them. Collecting the pages reveals your Aura and that helps him in chasing you. But that would be just a side power and not the main power, no idea what the main power would be.

Broken. It would promote a LOT of tunneling. It's not that difficult to keep track of who's had one on their heads for a while. Honestly I'd prefer a rework of the one that gives you aura reading of the person who just took a RBT off. Keep the Pig able to see Jigsaw Boxes, and then give the aura reading nd alert whenever a person takes the trap off. Make that then the Ultra Rare.Either that or have new Rule Set 2 allow RBTs to respawn under the timer of what it takes sabotaged Trapper Traps or quicker to respawn at the location they were removed.
I only have 1 of those add-ones, the Purple one you mention. Any tips on using it in a build? Having this as an Ultra and the Rules Set as base would be cool. And it fits in with Amanda's MO, even if people won their games she still killed them.

I really like to run ''Stake Out'' for points because you get 150 for Great Skill Checks and that perk gives you Greats for every Token you have. It helps me get Greats normally too because I want to get that Great without using a token it's also great at teaching. You should or can use Detective's Hunch with Maps because it's easier to track Objectives with it.
I barely use DH anymore. Usually, I can track the objectives on my own/I'm stealthy enough to find other items by myself. Stake Out is a perk I consistently use in my builds as it can counter Ruin and as you said, it helps and teaches me to get Greats without using the perk to consume a token. I usually get my 4 tokens and 'save' them when I need it, for example, when I'm at least 75% on the last gen, I can use my tokens to complete the rest of the generator.
I'm not the only one who does that, awesome. I don't usually see people run Stake Out in my games so it's cool other people use it for those reasons.
-
The idea is really cool, it makes the totems an extension of yourself, it's like Spies but for totems. If this only effects Dull totems this would be cool because it adds another totem that doesn't notify the Survivor that you have a totem. There are only 5 totems on the map and this would take 1 totem leaving 4 to show the Auras of Survivors and the proximity is small so it's not OP, running Spies with this could actually make it really powerful because you know someone was near the totem then when you get in range maybe they'll scare some crows.
-

Yeah it having a really fast burn rate coupled with the 8m range really hurts it, this is why I don't use Maps. But the awesome thing about it that I like is the 150 BP, add this to Detective's Hunch and doing Gens just slaps you in the face with that juicy blood.
I would like to use them more so this would be a great change, right now I just use Med-Kits and Tool boxes because I can't use Flashlights properly and don't live long enough for the key to be useful or I'm the last one alive, or go through the Exit. But the Map is just hard to use because of the burn rate.
-
I forgot all about Open-Handed, I was using it for Alert but then Alert got buffed so I didn't need it anymore. I'm a solo player and hope we get a new Survivor that has Solo oriented perks soon but this is cool.
-
Bloodhound
Monitor & Abuse
Discordance
Sloppy Butcher I use this build to get closer to Survivors before activating Frenzy since Frenzy expands your TR, Bloodhound to track in chase and Mangled just to distract them with healing.I had a REALLY good match with this
Remember Me
Rancor
BBQ & Chili
I forget the last perk but basically with this I was able to juggle BOTH Exit gates, neither of them got open because I was forcing them to Mend and when they weren't Mending, the Gate took longer and the 4th couldn't get the hatch because BBQ showed me where they were going, and they DC'd to spite me XD because of it.I haven't tried this but I think it would be awesome.
Huntress Lullaby
Unnerving Presence
Thrill of The Hunt
free perk slotUse Irridescent Button on this and your TR effects the whole map so everytime you go into FF you could potentially make Gens all over the map explode.

They are working on the Endgame, no idea what that measn but hopefully it's comething that solves this problem. I hate Survivors who don't leave, and it doesn't do them any harm to stand inside the Exit gates, the Devs can say it's dangerous to stay in the game with the Killer but it's not true. They can Tea-bag and get hit then run, they can get hit out of the exit, they can run around the Exit and try to get you to hit them and never leave because you miss then leave when you finally do land a hit etc. I hope they do something because it's ridiculous that mindless fun like that is promoted in a survival horror game, it should be a funny good time all the time for Survivors, it should be a rare occasion because it's supposed to be scary.

To be fair, Nurse got the victorian dress and soon the Valentine's Day one. In terms of killers, they all are pretty even in cosmetics... except for licensed ones, obviously.
Right forgot it's Nurse that is getting Valentine's Cosmetic. Thought it was Hag xd.
So trapper and Hag should get a new skinHell yeah Trapper and Hag, Trapper got his Platinum mask from the Game Awards but Hag hasn't gotten anything since her Medusa outfit. I want some swampy Hag and Boggy moss Hag, hell a bandaged mummy hag would be cool too.

The Spirit.
Her skill cap is high like Nurse's, but I believe she has less counterplay when using optimal, raw gameplay.
She has more mindgame potential like the Nurse but with less counters.
She has map pressure as well
The Ability to end chases quickly
I can go on, essentially the pros and cons are the same. I mean she can't see survivors, but a good spirit learns how the environment moves around her during phase walking. i.e Grass, auditory triggers, etc. From my experience, Spirit has performed better than any Nurse. People do know how to play against her, but her mobility with invisibility outclasses The Nurse.
Also, please remember we are all sharing opinions here.
Ok cool, I wanted to check if this was a troll post but you provided an awesome alternate Killer. I love Spirit, I play on console so Spirit is the console's Nurse. She can't go through walls like Nurse but the fact you don't know what Spirit is doing means it's difficult to counter, can't counter a move you don't know and such.
-
A good Nurse can be outplayed by a great stealth team of SWF, this can beat any killer but you're talking about Nurse and how she ''literally has no counter''. Not being seen is a counter, if she has Whispers she knows sonmeone is in the area. Well that's one Survivor, the other 3 who should still be sneaking should be doing Gens. When the first person is hooked don't go for the save immediatley, wait until that person is almost at stage 2 so someone can get Gens done while not being seen. Save the Survivor and keep hiding, trees, bales, jungle gyms etc. If a killer can't find you they can't hook you. If you get found then run for as long as you can, use that fatigue against her, predict where she is predicting you, like Spirit.
If you nerf her she'll be like trash Nurse on console where barely anyone plays her and those who do all agree that she is more difficult to learn than a PC Nurse. Hera bility and core mechanics are so different than other killers she's like Legion, any wrong change can make them completely OP or weak as Freddy. If you give her 1 Blink and she needs an add-on for 2 Blinks she's a normal Nurse and you die because she is OP. If you give her a charged timer to use her 1 Blink then she needs a higher movement speed so the Blink isn't more harmful to her than helpful because that 1 Blink will always get her to miss since they know she's using it and bam she wasted it. Give her an add-on for 2 Blinks with that setup her problem is gone and she's like normal and OP. She cannot be nerfed without breaking her, the only way to ''fix'' her to be fair like other killers is to rework her entire power.
-
If she's not the best, who do you think is? You discredit Nurse but offer no replacement, bad argument right there.
-
I think it has to do with view distance being shorter for console.
-
This would make my fav skillcheck build actually playable. I like to run Huntress Lullaby with Distressing and Unnerving so the skillcheck is barely heard and it's small. This would do the same thing and because it's directly tied to your TR it doesn't need to be a totem because the effect goes away when you go away, just like Unnerving Presence and Coulrophobia.
-
Can't use the hatch if the Gen is on it

-
Adaptive Cannibalism looks more powerful than Devour Hope because after hooking the 4th Survivor everyone is dead on hook since they are already at stage 2 and stage 3 is taken away.
Boogeyman's Locker would be a great fix for Iron Maiden instead of being it's own perk, reveal Aura in locker and trap them for several seconds.
Territorial Claim would be better than Make Your Choice since it reveals the Aura and they are Exposed, might as well just give MYC an Aura.
I also came up with your Basement perk but I named it ''It's A Trap'', everyone came up with reasons it's too OP, I think they're silly so this perk is awesome.
Malfunction would be better than Bloodwarden because instead of blocking the Exit it closes the gate. Pairing this would Remember me would break the game.
Entity's Folly looks like it takes away the Red Stain when you upgrade the perk to 3 with no in-game requirements, might be too powerful, I don't know, I'm sure others will come up with reasons.
I love your Petrifying Presence though, it's the counter to Tenacity which is rarely used and this is just awesome.
-
Haven't been able to try it yet but I want to use Irridescent Button with Unnerving Presence and Huntress Lullaby. Your TR effects the whole map when in FF so you could potentially explode Gens every time you go into a run.
But I like to use Remember Me, BBQ & Chili, Rancor, and either Sloppy Butcher or Thanatophobia.

One problem with Thanatophobia is that it is the fear of death, not blood or being injured. So this whle thing about people being injured makes little sense, I mean I get that when you're injured you're close to dying but when a Survivor dies, the perk is weakened because the status effect is lowered and not kept. It makes no sense.I think it would be risky but what if the perk did harmful things for injured Survivors, like normal, but different or more extreme harmful things when a Survivor dies?
But anyway, for your change it's cool, I like that Great Skill checks are gone, that's new. The reduced skill check is cool too because it would go well with Unnerving Presence and Huntress Lullaby. Also adding Ruin with this would make a small Hex Skill Check and that's always powerful.
Well, I think the devs just chose the name "Thanatophobia" to be snazzy. And it does make sense; Survivors are injured by the Killer, and if the Killer has managed to hurt a Survivor, that means that said Survivor, and by extension everyone else, is one step closer to death. Hell, the Perk does trigger when Survivors are dying or hooked, the two health states in which Survivors are capable of dying.
But there are no lasting effects when someone dies. Dwight just saw his buddy Claudette get impaled by the Entity and he isn't shaken up about it, no someone actually died and he got some of his skill back.
I guess they just don't want to give permanent debuffs to Survivors when their buddies die; losing a member of the group in Dead By Daylight is already greatly slimming your chances of survival unless a large number of gens are done.
Besides, a lot of Perk don't make sense. How come when you have No Mither, you never bleed but can still bleed to death?
No Mither no problem, unless you're laying on the floor lol
That was funny, I never thought about No Mither and how it's contradicting XD I getchya.
-
The perks are cool, I don't understand the last perk though, ''sensing a Survivor'' sounds like Whispers, if it's an Aura it would make Whispers and Stridor obsolete. Her power is kind of simple, keeping a Survivor in place until they get hit, and she has a maximum of three coins, no one can win against her because when there is 1 Gen left she can trap all 3 Gens and freeze everyone in place. I'm sure Survivors can free each other but it also notifies the Killer, so she'll fly over there and if no one is there she'll trap it again and again until she catches someone. Someone will literally need to die in order to do the last Gen.
I really enjoyed the film Darkness Falls, once I saw tooth fairy I immediatley remembered the film and then you named the film lol. I think her power should be shadow related because that was the whole theme of the film, being in the dark allowed her to kill people. Maybe she can radiate a black miasma, make a trail as she flys around the map or even explode a huge portion of darkness over an area that does thing to anyone who goes in? Kind of like Clown but not much else can be done with cloud abilities.

This would be better than what we have now, the status effect thing is almost pointless because the addons are timed anyway and they aren't that detrimental, and the Exhaustion cannot be used efficiently because you recharge when you don't run, and at tier 3 it's 40 sec, 40 seconds of doing a gen or sneaking. But what if, we take your idea of just nullifying the status effect for a short period to it SWITCHING to the person who has Vigil? Someone is Exposed from MYC or Rancor, EW3, etc and you run by it is taken off of them and put on you. Someone is Exhausted and they run into 8m of you, bam you're Exhausted and they are recovered. The tiers could reflect how long you're effected, 60/45/30. Or maybe should this ability be it's own seperate perk, it might not fit the idea of ''Vigil''.
That would be a nice perk idea, but I think it would be too risky to use. Too dangerous for the killer, unless the perk gave another bonus. Maybe it should be another new perk?
Probably a new perk yeah, it's kind of a masochist or selflessness perk.
