Honestly, just anyone who was really annoying the hell out of me or is generally really good at playing their character. I tend to get extra satisfaction from killing Widows though ;)

I have a lot of fun as billy without addons, and old freddy was fun without them as well (haven't played new freddy yet)

It used to be toolboxes, but now it would have to be medkits since toolboxes don't feel as worth while as they used to be. My favorite item is a rainbow map, but I don't get that many overall and I bring more medkits than anything else

I've always thought that they should have been in with the Scream chapter, both have so much potential. I love those movies

For me it's:
1. Plague
2. Cannibal
3. Nightmare
All of the other killers are fun to play against at times at least

I saw the game and followed it before it was released, but I only got to play it for the first time around October 2016. This game has been through quite the journey and I still love it to bits :) I'll be here until it dies most likely

I feel that it might be best if it had a set number of outfits that you could create and save and then you could hit randomize with that

It's just gotten old with no real variations. You can only play on the same map for so long before you need some variants and this is one of the older maps that still has none. Don't get me wrong, I like it, it's fun to play on for sure, but it's stale.

Now that the rift has closed, do you have any data about how people did that you're willing to share? For example, the least completed challenge or the average percentage of the rift that players completed by the end, both killer and survivor side. Were people that bought the rift pass more likely to complete more of the challenges?

They all need them, but it was a pretty close pick between freddy and quentin

Kindred has been one of the perks I always use since the game came out, it's the only one I've used for this long. The recent change has only made it that much stronger as well, making this an easy choice for me.

I refused to use ruin to begin with, so I'm just kicking back and watching people try to burn the place down over a change to a perk. Calm yourselves, whether you like it or not this game is playable without a crutch perk.

My original main when the game came out: Meg
My current main: Ace
The other two I love playing: Dwight and David
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally fine with any of the other characters, but those four top the rest for me by far. Meg is small and reliable, David is gruff and sturdy, Ace is slick and sassy, and Dwight is tense and soft. That may make sense only to me, but that's what I love about them.
For killers I main Doc and enjoy Hag and Trapper/Billy on the side. Doc: I love a good laugh. Hag: I love a sneaky surprise. Trapper/Billy: depends on what I'm feeling like but that's when I want to hunt and kill. I feel like I would main mikey as well, but I don't have him.

I feel that the agent should have an increased endurance timer before being hit, but I like them other than that. The changes were good

When it comes to personalities then I'm def Bubba or Wraith, but when it comes to powers I am closer to Ghostface or Huntress

The huntress is free, you just have to go 'buy' the free dlc in the store.
I think the spirit is the strongest overall, but I have a ton of fun with the Doctor

If you're playing on ps4 then if you press the the touch pad it inverts everything

I like the idea of it, but it would cause a lot of filler posts and replies that would clog the forums up

It sorta skewed for me, I've been playing since the beginning and my hours are pretty evenly spread over it all. My console devotion is at 4 and I've played about as much on pc

My frames aren't too bad, it's definately playable. I cranked my controller sensitivity up all the way and I still wish it could go higher tbh. That's something I've wanted for controller on both console and pc for a long time

I have loads of friends that play survivor and it's what I find most enjoyable. I definately play killer, but I'm kinda in and out with how much I play on that side. Depends on my mood tbh

This one actually made me think for a minute, but I think Billy or Wraith would be the two that I would connect with most and have the best chance at begging and getting away with it

For me it's between the Trapper and the Doctor for physical pain and I would say Sprit for mental pain

I'm not really looking for discussion on why people might prefer something, just the raw info on what they prefer. I don't really want controversy in the comments since everyone has their own view on it all :P

I agree with that and that's what I was going to do, but I've been told off in the past for not making it a separate category and I was trying to keep it from getting heated at all. I merely want the info as opposed to the controversy that I was trying to avoid.

I'm really conflicted tbh. The map would be amazing, but there's isn't much potential that I'm aware of for a survivor and the killer in general would be difficult to make scary I think. I also really hate the idea of most of the community compounding with this one, there's a lot of immature kids there.

Ghostface, Shape, and Huntress are all the ones I sometimes actually get scared of. Trapper and Hag are also great for random jump scares

For starters, don't let yourself go down near the basement. It sounds obvious, but it's surprising how far you can run the killer even if you're not good at juking. Make sure you know the location of the basement and stay away from it in a chase
My second thought on this is that urban is good against all killers, not just hag. UE makes certain unsafe areas safe to hide in and that's a plus against any killer. Going against the hag while running it is just a bonus.
As for unhooking in the basement, either take the time to crouch (urban is a bonus), borrow that time, heal under the hook (we'll make it or a medkit is great here), flashlight if available, and Kindred is always a great information giver for the team as well. There are ways to deal with it, but honestly the best way is to prevent the basement hag from happening at all by stating away from the basement in a chase

I love doc, but I also don't think he's a top tier killer. A small rework would be welcome in my eyes, he's my favorite either way

Ohhhh! I think most of the killers could have an amazing movie, but I would personally be most interested in the Huntress. Her lullaby is haunting and could be used so well

Of course this is highly dependant in many factors, but overall I make them earn it. If they work hard and play well, I let them go. If they just walk around and hide in closets then I show them no mercy. Often I'll relent if they ask for kindness as well (usually by waving me over or trying to get the drowned person up in front of me if they have no hope left etc.) There's occasional farming in there as well, it just depends on the crew and situation

Mainly the balancing of objectives vs the flowers, against a good killer it could be pretty difficult to get everything done and I found myself choosing between objectives and flowers quite often

Definitely not, DbD was meant to have little communication between survivors and voice chat is the exact opposite of that. It's a whole new game at that point and people already use exterior vc, myself included. There's much more skill involved when there's no voice to give you information, you have to pick up on all the subtle clues and I think it's far better that way, not to mention that the game was originally more balanced that way.
There's also the pre game chat, but that's only beneficial for pc players. Others have to deal with it overall, but I actually never really felt a loss for the chat when I started playing on console. Of course there are great end chat moments, but I find that it doesn't really enhance the game as much as I had thought.

As much as I love licensed characters, their original content is always wonderful and I honestly look forward to those killers much more than the licensed ones. The dev team has an amazing set of people working on those concepts

I don't mind the idea of new emotes, but there's a very thin line between things that will be regularly used to anger people and things that are useful without giving too much info. I'm satisfied with the current set but I'm also open to new ones
