I know it's hard to believe, but there are people who play both sides, Stridor is fine.
It's not fine on Spirit if you wanted to hear that.
-
Emotes to help Solos? Of course!
Some useless emotes like crying, no thank you.
Killers don't need emotes.
-
Legion is actually a really decent killer, you don't need a mori to win as them.
Even tho their power does have some questionable drawbacks.
By taking mori you will never be better at the game, that's just an easy mod.
-
Stridor as a perk is fine as it is.

Almo, I have three questions about Legion balance in general...
I am curious about why Legion loses half their power during their basic attack... on an inherently non-lethal power? Is there a reason that still exists?
Is there a reason Legion has a 4 second stun? I would think that a 3 second stun would be decent for them, since they have nothing like the lethality of Nurse, who can have a shorter fatigue, or PH, who can activate their Punishment of the Damned from roughly a 1/5 of the meter.
And my last question is more of a what do you think of the concept kind of thing:
What if there was a secondary trap-like ability added to legion? There are four Members, why not make all of their presences known? Have the killer player set up a max of 3 ambush locations. When a survivor gets closer, they trigger an AI ambush from a different legion member who tracks them down in Frenzy. They will either get the hit, get stunned and walk away, or the survivor would get out of range. They would, of course, spawn behind a wall and have a TR, chase the survivor, and then despawn behind a wall if they fulfill one of the 3 conditions.
The Legion suffers from the lack of an ability to act on information they receive in a match. These traps, while not being able to down anyone, will still allow them to pressure in areas they want to, but not as oppressively as in a three gen situation. They still have to loop and down everyone.
You could even have customization for each one, so that way there would be a reason for getting one of each cosmetic type (one cosmetic of Frank, Julie, Suzie, and Joey respectively). There could even be monetization that way if you need a fiscal reason to.
Just a thought.
Don't even try to ask questions about Legion and his questionable drawbacks, they never respond to these kinds of questions.

No Jeff? :(
-
Also reduce the cooldown from 120 seconds at tier 3 to just like 20 seconds.
It needs to have a cooldown so it can't be spammed.
But why is the cooldown so long? You can still use it max 2 times per match...
-
I think his reload should depend on how many bottles he needs back.
So 3 bottles left, 1 missing = 1 sec reload
4 bottles missing = 4 sec reload.
-
I think only making it a guaranteed fast vault is good enough.
But I would still make some changes.
Hurdle
When you should do a medium vault it would be a fast vault instead, does have a cooldown of 35/30/25 seconds.

I love playing Myers. He is almost perfect as he is. Give him back his 6 meter terror radius and his immunity to Spine Chill and Premonition while in tier one, and he'd be perfect.
Oh, and maybe tone down the effects of the charge add-ons.
I don't think he really needs his 6 meter tr back, just buff the undetectable status to give immunity against Spine Chill and Premonition.
-
They should leave it as it is, but buff stealth killers to be truly Undetectable... Like old Tier I Myers used to be.
-
I loved playing the old Nurse, I also like playing the new reworked Nurse, even tho 50% of her addons are awful, and the recharge mechanic is garbage.
I would enjoy the reworked Nurse more if blinks recharged while charging blinks.

Werewolf when?

I don't believe he gets any faster speed wise. I think it's just vaulting speed and lunge. He also gets a big boi terror radius.
^ This. He only gets increased lunge range, vaulting speed and terror radius, and that's it.

Generally, since Legion every single killer is bad designed but with oni being the expection.
Spirit - unfun to go against and bad designed (at least strong tho)
Legion - unfun to go against and weak (mid tier at best)
Deathslinger - unfun to go against and mid tier at best
Plague - unfun to go against and mid tier killer
Ghostface - unfun to go against but at least kinda strong ish
Pyramidhead - unfun to against
New Freddy - unfun to against but at least super strong
Like idk, devs are creating so bad designed killers...
Back then: Billy fun, nurse fun, Myers fun, Huntress fun and then it kept going down hill. They are losing ideas and since they force themselves to create 4 new killers every year there is just bullshit created.
What about Demogorgon? I think he is great!
-
Legion, I really like them!
Also I love playing as Demogorgon!
-
Sounds good, but doesn't make much sense, or any sense at all.
I think decreasing his reload time from 5 seconds to 3 would be fine, or maybe the reload speed would depend on the amout of bottles he has left.
3 bottles left, 1 missing - 1 second reload
2 bottles left, 2 missing - 2 second reload
1 bottle left, 3 missing - 3 second reload
0 bottles left, 4 missing - 4 second reload
-
Item, maybe...
Survivor power, that would be a no from me.
-
I think Freddy is too cheap, I don't enjoy playing as or against him.
-
Ghost Face moves at 90% while crouched, his normal move speed is 115%, doesn't matter if in stealth or not.

Quick question regarding the new power description does legion still play like normal legion as the power description sounds like no stuns from frenzy even the loss of power due to basic attack is gone from the description
It's exactly the same Legion, just the power description got changed, they still didn't mentioned everything in this description tho, like the power gauge loss on basic attack, or that you cannot see Scratch Marks and Blood Pools...
-
@gatsby said:
Makes more sense than the old description where it said Frenzy was a "deadly rage"
It's weird that they don't mention that you can't see Scratch Marks and Blood Pools while in Feral Frenzy...
Also they don't mention the loss of the power bar on basic attacks...
Maybe a hint for a future buff? -

discordance is pretty good on legion. If you don't use it you should use some tracking perks.
I'm more of a agressive Legion, I use mostly chase perks.
My build is Bamboozle, Enduring, Spirit Fury and BBQ + the two fatigue addons.
-
I'm a Legion main and I don't use Discordance, also when playing against Legion you as a Survivor need to know when to heal and when to stay injured and do gens, so many times when I injured a Survivor with Feral Frenzy they will just heal up again, instead of doing gens, giving me time to kill them all.

Thank you kind stranger for clicking on the quote button, without you I wouldn't be able to read this discussion, because the op deleted it.

We need this!
-
She's pretty good!
Rip Spirit mains since the last patch tho
-
In his current state I would put him in the mid B tier.
But if his reveal worked correctly I would put him in the high C or low B tier probably, without addons his cooldown is huge, he doesn't have any mobility, most of his addons aren't even that good.
But he does have the best stealth ability in the game. Can sometimes insta down you. Also I really like the hit and run Ghost Face strategy.
So I think he's one of the better killers.

Maybe this is only because of the license. At least I hope so.
Legion... I get why the body and head aren't separate, but the knife, cmon!
-
His reload got nerfed, he is now slowed down even when the reload bar is finished, you accelerate to normal speed after the reload animation finishes...

I made a post yesterday saying how the devs keep on adding more restrictions to perks so they aren't too powerful. However when the perk becomes too weak they don't make any effort to change and leave it in it's useless state for months. Stranger Things came out 9 months ago and not one of its perks were buffed since its launch.
You're right, but it's not only months, it's years, probably even from the games release, look at Monstrous Shrine or No Mither.
So many great ideas were thrown at them, but they are just not doing anything...

Yeah I've made the point a lot on here that they keep adding killers and perks to the "list of needing reworks/buffs" faster than they can get to them in mid chapter patches. They are literally self inflicting their own problems and making the pile larger, faster than they can deal with it. If they would just listen to us and make them decent coming out of the PTB we wouldn't have to keep doing this back tracking every time.
Or maybe they could just listen to the feedback from the PTB, since that's the point of the PTB afterall...
EDIT: I just read your reply again and you already said that, my bad...

That's such a let down :/
I don't know what's the point of making bad perks if they will need to buff them in the future...

I'm wondering if it's getting changed to Oblivious instead of Broken.
Sadly not, it was a mistake... :(

@Cancan71 said:

But not only did they say it applied oblivious on the 4th anniversary stream, they also said it again on the new spotlight for the next chapter. I doubt that they made the same mistake twice. It seems like it was intended to apply oblivious but was changed very late in development.
Look in the comments under that spotlight video, they said that it was a mistake.
I still think that Oblivious would be more useful than Broken.
But still, few days after the chapter drops no one will use that perk, so why bother.
-
Does it last only for 3 seconds like any other exhaustion perk? Or does it last for the whole chase? Because if it is the second option that would be kinda broken.

I guess if that's how you chose to interpret it. Having people injured all the time is a pretty big deal. That's not even mentioning that if you decide not to heal, you still need to stop and mend. Mending isn't optional.
They're not being reworked. If the killer isn't your cup of tea, that's fine, but there's plenty of people out there who enjoy them as is.
I don't want to rework Legion's power, but maybe some small buffs, like a complete addon rework, because their addons are garbage.
Also maybe decreasing the fatigue to 3 seconds? There is nobody who likes getting decisive striked every time they end their power.

So we basically had 2 recent hook techs. One was tapping to unhook and the being able phase to the other side and the other one (which was really dumb ngl) was the one standing inside the hooked survivor. I thought the first one would come back because it was actually a really cool tech but neither of them is working currently.
But I can remember the devs saying that they wanted to bring back the hook tech. Someone has more details about this? Did I misunderstood them?
You probably misunderstood them, because I never heard that the devs wanted that glitch back, that's probably why it is fixed now.

Mathematics answer:
Mending 13 sec+ self care 32 sec= 45sec
Legion power refresh base time= 20 sec
Additional time to do gen if 4 stack thana=80sec*12%= 9.6 second
4 stack thana is op, please nerf because it take 10 second more to do gen so that I can self care which use 32 sec in the corner to buy some time to legion
Mending takes 12 seconds.
Add +4 seconds to the recharge time because when the Legion is in fatigue the power doesn't recharge.
Also 4 stacks Thana on tier 3 is 16%.

I'm surprised so many people think demo is balanced. I mean, it's not that he isn't but I think he's pretty weak and easy to go up against unless the player is really good.
HillBilly is a really strong, simple killer and so is his counter. He's also my favourite to go up against because he plays well with my playstyle. He will never need a nerf or a buff, he's pretty perfect in terms of balance.
I would say that his base kit is balanced, but I'm not sure about his addons...
-
I like a more agressive Legion, rather than Gen controll Legion, so I'm using:
BBQ - Bonus bloodpoints, also you can start chases very soon right after you hook a Survivor.
Bamboozle - I'm a big fan of the increased vault speed, also this removes the Survivors' "counter play" of just going back throught the window right after you vault it.
Enduring - Extremely good pick for Legion, since most Survivors are dumb and just camp pallets against a Legion in Feral Frenzy, so this punishes those Survivors. Also it reduces your fatigue if you get stunned.
Spirit Fury - Combines well with Enduring, also can make some Survivors dc if you manage to dedicate them with Feral Frenzy through the pallet and then Spirit Fury for a quick down.
EDIT: Also for addons I'm using the Cold Dirt and Joey's Mix Tape, because I hate to get Decisive striked every time I end Feral Frenzy...

If they overhaul rework legion i will actually ######### lose my mind. I paid for legion not for some fake survivor who got changed numerous times because devs thought he wasnt fine at any of his states during his lifetime.
Well everyone's going to love or hate meg because she is a free female survivor with very good beginner friendly perks excluding quick and quiet and because there can be 4 of meg at once.
Please, with all the small buffs incoming to legion, make the next one miss penalty removal like in the spotlight. I've been asking for this about almost a year now no kapp. @not_Queen
I wouldn't mind a small rework like the Doctor got, also I would be really happy if Legion got a 3 second stun, I don't wan't to get DSd everytime I end my power...

I got the exact same message
