I think Any Means Necessary having a limited # of times you can use it damages part of the Perk's potential, even if it does definitely need a buff of some form.

The Buckle Up buffs look totally fine.

Dance With Me is a Perk I'd love to see buffed so it gets used more often, but making it essentially a better Quick & Quiet isn't the solution IMO.

I think the Distortion buff is fine, sure thing.

The Fixated buff also seems reasonable.

Would like to see Hope buffed but not in favor of removing the timer. It's not that significant of a buff at all but still opens up potential I'm not comfortable with. I would prefer the speed boost kicking in for a short time after every Generator gets completed, in addition to the extremely long duration once the Exit Gates are powered, for example.

The Lightweight buff is something I'd like to see happen.

Plunderer's Instinct doesn't necessarily need buffs per se but removing the chance of Commons as a QoL thing is fine IMO.

Wouldn't be against a Poised buff but really not sure about this effect, potentially permanent Scratch Mark removal even if it is just at the tail end of a match doesn't sit right with me. Maybe instead extending the activation conditions, like anyone cleansing a Hex Totem activating it, and if you personally cleanse a Dull/Hex Totem, remove an RBT from your head, successfully Snap Out Of It, use an Alarm Clock, cleanse at a Pool of Devotion, ecetera, it also procs.

No issue with that Resilience buff though it wouldn't do much to improve the Perk.

    Thanks for the feedback!

What if Dance With Me had a Cooldown of 40/35/30 seconds and 5 second duration. Do you think that would be good?

What if Hope was like this: After a gen is completed you get a 7% haste for 10 seconds. After the last Gen pops you will get a 7% haste for 40/50/60 seconds.

Yea, maybe I overbuffed Poised a little bit.

    My critique:

    - I would stick to Any Means Necessary having a cooldown instead of tokens. The cd isnt the reason the perk is not used a lot. Its just niche and situational and will remain like that forever. Same with Diversion.

    - Make BT farming not count towards "safe unhook" requirements (same for Deliverance, WGLF, etc), and its a fair Distortion change.

    - Better wording for Plunderer's Instinct: Dont receive Common rarity items from chest searches. Though honestly this perk is becoming... convoluted, and honestly its fine how it is.

    - As a frequent Fixated user, I am not sure about seeing others' scratch marks. It might be useful in very specific situations, but with so many tracks, it might be just a mess for my personal use.

Thanks for the feedback! But how would BT work if it was for the save Unhooks tho?

For Fixated, sometimes some random Blendette can leave Scratch Marks right next to you, so I thought it would be good if it showed you Scratch Marks of your teammates.

Poised. Leaving no scratch marks in the end game is pretty powerful. You would need to slap a duration on it, say, five seconds or so.

I know that this effect would be powerful, that's why it goes away if the Killer hits you.

But I guess if it had a 60 second timer it wouldn't hurt.

No you already have broken perks like bt ds adrenaline spine chill no need to be more op

Op? What perks from this list are op?

  • Maybe you should post this in the bug section.

  • How long does it take to crawl under that hole? It looks very exploitable to me, and can the Killer grab Survivors from those holes?

  • Because most Killers would just lobby dodge if there was a SWF-Indicator, but I wouldn't mind if that SWF-Indicator was at the endgame screen tho.

  • Spine Chill: Gives you non stop warning when the Killer is looking at you, also it gives you 6% boost to almost everything.

Premonition: Gives more accurate warning than Spine Chill on where the Killer is, then goes on a 30 second cooldown.

I think Spine Chill is the better perk here.

  • Yes it did, but it's just a april fools joke I hope.

  • What are you saying?! It's beautiful.

  • I like your change, but I think this perk should be reworked, because for it to work Survivors need to have an Exhaustion Perk, some Survivors don't use them.

  • I love this idea! Rewards players for hitting those Great Skillchecks, but now you risk the progress if you miss.

  • @Ksoni said:

Legion is fine, if one killer deserves a buff its bubba

Just because there is a worse Killer than Legion doesn't mean they're fine. At least Bubba is the best facecamper in the game, look at poor Clown, that guy deserves a rework.

  • Like someone reported me for using wallhacks as Legion because I found them in a locker, this doesn't surprise me that much.

  • You don't even have to try to be a rank 1 Survivor nowadays tbh.

  • I would suggest you to buy Ghost Face, because you can buy Deathslinger with shards (so he's basically free), also I heard that Deathslinger is trash on console, but I'm not sure.

  • You can see people with Killer Instinct (The orange web thing) when they are in your terror radius, so 32 meters from you. (Without any perks or addons)

Also it takes 12 seconds to mend yourself and 8 seconds if a friend comes and mend you.

The problem I see with Legion and why people don't like them is because Legion is just boring to play against, he gets a free hit, then you need to mend for 12 seconds (without addons) and that over and over again, but after they end FF they are just a boring M1 Killer, nothing special about them.

  • I think you don't know what the old Legion exploit was...

What you suggested was the reason why Legion was changed in the first place, because you could exploit the chase mechanics by going backwards so that Survivor will go down with 0 counterplay, they would bleed out, you technicaly wasn't in a chase with them, even tho you were following them by going backwards.

If people want Legion to be good, they need to rework him at least on level of Doctor rework.

  • I think only Zanshin Tactics should show the Breakable Walls, for the Survivor it's kinda useless when using Windows of Opportunity.

  • To the topic, everything you said I agree with, buff Legion, change Freddy a bit and change BNP.

  • Frank's Mix Tape is the most broken addon in the game, poor Survivors don't stand a chance against Legion with Frank's Mix Tape, if they don't mend you will just down them in maybe 2 minutes, hope they will nerf it soon.

It could just be an after effect from the rapid resolution changes.

That's why some games ask that you restart your game to get the full change. This game doesn't do that since it doesn't have to, but you can see it would be beneficial if you do. It COULD be a bug with the lighting after you rapidly change the settings, but it could also just be the resolution clashing with the previous one mid-change, which isn't as uncommon as you might think it would be.

It looks like that there is a blue source of light, and it gets deleted when visiting the store and then changing the graphics.

    I'm not 100% sure tho.

  • I like the idea behind Deja Vu giving some kind of bonus when repairing those 3 gens, but lets be real, anybody can hit those huge Skill Checks, and this wouldn't make me to use it. I would give it a 2x more bloodpoints for repairing those 3 gens instead of increasing Skill Check success zones.

I love the Idea behind Huntress Lullaby tho, it's like Haunted Grounds, it punishes Survivor for cleansing those sweet totems. But I think it should give Survivors some kind of warning that this perk is in play, like haunted grounds does. (Spawns two hex totems)

I really like the Key ideas, it makes sense and gives the Killer a warning that it's going to happen. Good job! (Also I know that the Broken Key is the lowest in rarity, but I think it should have the most amount of charges, since it cannot do anything on it's own)

    ... Answer from similiar post.

    BBQ Counters 101:

    • Hide in a locker
    • Be inside 40m radius
    • walk one way then walk the other way
    • Distortion
    • Off The Record
    • Ignore the aura reading
    • Oh also im not sure if this works but - Hiding behind a generator(?)

So tl:dr bbq has a lot of counters.

    Don't forget:

    • Standing still

    @TheDiz said:

It's a useless perk right now and BBQ is meta and needs a hard counter. So sick of everyone saying that they use BBQ for the BP when in actuality they use it for the aura finding since Hillbilly always beeline to you if you aren't near a locker..Billy needs a cooldown like every other killer in the game otherwise...

Also I think Sole Survivor already does counter BBQ, the problem with it is that if you get 3 stacks, then BBQ will not have an effect at all. (Since everybody is dead)

  • I thought that this was always the case, that you need to be in a locker to hide your aura.

I don't have a problem if it hides your aura while entering or being fully inside the locker tbh.

They should be revealed since it only counts if they're in your TR not if they can hear it.

But Unnerving Presence doesn't work while Oblivius I think, isn't that the same case for Legion's Killer Instinct?

  • I really like the No Mither change, I also like the auto recover option, but I'm not the biggest fan of the Monstrous Shrine change tbh, maybe Monstrous Shrine could give a Survivor some debuffs after unhooking? Maybe decreased action speeds until healed or something like that.

  • @escape_plan said:

When i place all portals can i just continue to place them (oldest will be cancelled like hags trap)?

No, Survivors needs to Destroy them, then they will be placed back again in your inventory.

So if you place all portals, and Survivors decide to not destroy any, you will be stuck with 0 portals to place and need to use only the ones you already placed.

  • @Th3Nightmare said:

Can you make the perk really balanced?

It is so simple that, if at the end of the game if you are exhausted, it does not give you the speed increase, but the heal does, easy?

and if you don't have exhaustion at the end that all five generators were repaired, you get both effects

    Its so simple.

One thing I would do to Adrenaline is that it will permanently exhaust you when it activates, so you can no longer use any other exhaustion perk in the end game.

  • No, In my opinion he's the most balanced Killer in the game, he does have a bit of everything, He does have map pressure, Shred to help him in a chase, stealth for a few seconds after teleporting, the only thing he's missing is an insta down ability.

I don't know why people don't play him that much, but I do, and I think he's the best Killer BHVR has done in a long time.

  • How would he put Survivors on the hooks tho?

  • @Raven014 said:

As a Julie main, I agree with a lot of the upper ones, except I think the cooldown for frenzy after use should be lessened to 3 seconds.

I don't think Nasty Blade needs the nerf though.

The rulers are only good because the base recharge is horrendous.

Stab Wounds study should make it so running no longer stops the bleed out timer.

Franks Mixtape should be fine (need to test it to see if that's good.

Fuming Mixtape... I assume you mean all auras? (Not being able to see gen auras is a part of the kit.) I would rather it allow legion to frenzy for an indefinite amount of time, then have a heftier cooldown.

I meant this addon rework without any basekit changes to the current Legion, I will be making another discussion about what basekit changes I would give them.

I don't think Stab Wound Study should make the DW timer go down while running, that was the problem with the Old Legion if I'm correct, and I don't want that exploit back.

I meant Gen Auras, I think @Almo said in one discussion that not seeing gen auras is a bug I think.

  • Tested the second question, YES... it works.

  • It does have a condition, if you want to keep it you need to walk.

  • I get so many Preschool maps, I got Preschool 10 times in a row one time, but that's maybe because there are 5 of them. (Which I don't understand why)

  • Demodoggogorgon, Demogorgon but with floppy dog ears.

  • @Milo said:

Seems good... one question tho why did you make stun duration tiered?

I thought that having a timer like 20/25/30 seconds would be too little, so I made the stun tiered. (But if I think about that, the timer stops when in a chase, so having a tiered timer wouldn't be that bad)

  • @YaiPa said:

seems decent, kinda worried about that multiple decisive option and you know, chases are so busted in this game, I wouldn't base anything over them.

Yea, you're right about the chases, I thought if I want to make Decisive Strike a true Anti-Tunneling Perk it should activate more than once, since you can get tunneled after every unhook.

  • He does have a 40 second cooldown I think, and for every sleeping Survivor it reduces by 15%, wake up and he will have a longer cooldown.

  • @Carpemortum said:

Awww has someone not realized the sound prompt when you are being aimed at yet?

Or how to look around while they're holding M1?

    Shame...

I'm just curious, there is a sound cue when he's aiming at you? If yes I never noticed.

  • For the People, the only useful perk from this chapter, Off the Record is the laziest designed perk in this game and Red Herring is ok for what it does but I like Diversion more.

Gear Head does have too many conditions, one of the worst perks, Dead Mans Switch can be maybe used only twice and it's effect is too weak or can do nothing and Hex: Retribution could be better. (Like perma Oblivious until the Hex is actually destroyed so it's worth for being a Hex)

  • I like the Idea, but I think that the Heal requirement should be removed completely.

It isn't that gamebreaking effect that it needs to have 100 requirements, also it can be activated only twice, sometimes not even once...

Do you realize how contradictory your post sounds?

”Yay, BREAKABLE WALLS will make strong loops worse for survivors!!”

    ...while also saying:

”Ugh, why do I actually have to BREAK these walls??”

It wasn't meant to sound like that, I thought that Breakable Walls would be an option, not a must if you want to actually play that tile.

  • I 100% agree, I loved the idea of Breakable Walls at first, I thought that they will make the stronger loops less time consuming for the Killers, but instead they made them god loops and forced the Killer to break them in order to play the tile normally...

I hope they will learn from their mistakes and fix them. (But they usually don't, so idk)

  • Don't worry, you need to wait for another year to get a Cosmetic that you can by with Shards.

Although I'm not Peanits, and far from Peanits, personally this would be an improvement but it would definitely be situational. If you're not in a chase it's useless.
