If the Survivor is Oblivious, will they be shown by the Killer Instinct? Since they are not considered in Legion's Terror Radius...

    They should be revealed since it only counts if they're in your TR not if they can hear it.

    But Unnerving Presence doesn't work while Oblivius I think, isn't that the same case for Legion's Killer Instinct?

    It doesn't work. If a Survivor is affected by the Oblivious status effect, it counts as if they aren't in your Terror Radius. As such, the Survivor's location will not be revealed to the Legion.

    The same applies to terror-radius-dependent Perks.

    That's correct, Unnerving Presence works off of your current Terror Radius, so using it without a Terror Radius is a bad idea.

    As for The Legions Killer Instinct, that too doesn't work when your Terror Radius is masked, since the power itself only reveals the "spider-web" notifications when they're within an active Terror Radius. That's just going off of the powers description though, it doesn't say anywhere that it only works with your base-kit Terror Radius. But since Unnerving Presence has about the same conditions as Killer Instinct... It's safe to assume that it's the same requirements as well.
