It might be one thing that the devs support streamers that deranking by DCing. But now fog streamers even use MLGA and admit that on stream. Excuse me? Is BHVR actually aware of this? I mean fog streamers are basically the flagships of DBD streamers and should act as role models, dont they? Not Sole Survivor. I can't seem to find any counter to it. At all. With the exception of SS... And telling anyone to run this trash perk is like telling a Wraith or Mikey to run Distressing...(unless you're purely farming BP) It took them how long for Calm Spirit to help counter The Doctor... but.. We got 4 perk-slots since DBD was born. Now, with x2+ perks, we still have that 4 slots . Applying maths of equivalency, we should have around 10 perk-slots , not to mention, a set of 16 new perks will come with the next two chapters ( a x3+ more perks in total since DBD was born ) The solution to this math imbalance is the logical increase of perk-slots. Which is worse, honestly, Bloodlust after 30+ seconds of looping or... Nothing But Nurses, all day, every day? Nurse is the ONLY killer that doesnt rely on Bloodlust to stop looping. The only reason why other Killers get used is because Bloodlust allows them to reduce the loops too about a minute. Even if you dont down them, they have to do something OTHER than loop. Jendenise just explained on stream that she deranks by playing the game till the end and then DCing in order not to hurt her mates. She also explained that she doesnt get banned for this because you only get banned if you DC in 40% of your games in a month. I never thought about WHY. For killers, they have to constantly pump points into a killer to remain relevant on it since addons are lost between games regardless of how well you do and for some reason the devs seem to be balancing their killers around the addons as opposed to making awesome, strong killers who get slightly better with addons. In a similar fashion to what's done in many other online games and MMOs, I wonder whether BHVR are thinking about putting in some "boosters" for bloodpoints or experience gains. One particular example I have in mind is Warframe. In Warframe, you can spend Platinum to purchase Resource Gain Boosters, Resource Drop Chance Boosters, Affinity (experience) Boosters, and Credit Boosters. ...low tier killer. Really, I think she can aspire to be the new worst killer. She can sprint slower than Billy, she needs to charge her sprint longer than him, her sprint is like 3-5 seconds, and she has a big cooldown for it, when she ends sprinting. I think adding owl sounds and wind sound effects would add more to the game. It's a small little change that would make the trials feel a bit more realistic as currently they just feel like levels without any realism. Other sounds would be great as well, like distant howling, distant thunderstorm, etc...
