Having just got into this and now picked up a few expansions to round out the killer corral. I was thinking what killers do you think would be good inclusions. On my list so far are... I normally play this game solo but sometimes I play with my friend who label's his Dwight as "toxic" after watching a couple of No0b3 videos on YouTube and trying to act like him. Because of the rift, I am actually playing more survivor atm and man, why are survivor mains complaining? The competitive scene on Dead by Daylight is something often mocked by casual players as they see the game as just that, casual. You shouldn't have to travel the entire map to stock up on your traps and lose 2 gens in the process. the traps are too easy to spot and counter, probably the easiest killer perk to counter in the game. If you're not playing against new players you can pretty much guarantee you're not going to get any kills. unless you spawn well in an area you can trap quickly you might as well quit the game16 comments 291 views last activity

Dead by Daylight is only fun when the Killer makes it fun. Killer "camps", "tunnels", mori's, uses NOED, hooks or chases survivors, or heaven forbid stay around a hook when a survivor is hooked and the gates are open, then game is not fun and Killer is "toxic". No ED rewards killers for having no map pressure and punishes Survivors for being altruistic in endgame. In theory, No ED should secure one kill in endgame because it's too hard for Survivors to save the person that gets downed once the gates are powered and they should just leave. so the temple map has been made smaller but there are sooooo many pallets right next to each other, not only do i think it has the most pallets out of all the maps but theyre placed so you can run from one to the next, to the next without being in much danger, maybe some bad rng but need to be looked in to. I feel like we've got already enough characters on both sides to stop for at least one chapter, and instead focus on balancing stuff, adding new core gameplay to both sides, and simply fix what is wrong. I'm really curious and figured I'd ask some survivor mains. About 40-50% of my matches regardless of if I 4k them I almost always get positive comments in post game chat as the survivors talk about how much fun they had. It's not something I ran into much on other killers and I also don't think I've ever gotten a toxic comment on pig despite playing her a majority of my matches. I find it very unfair that the Legion is able to climb over pallets yet DS has been nerfed... this is making me feel very unhappy about the game along with many friends and other players i have bumped into through matchmaking. the ONLY reason i bought the laurie and the shape dlc is for ds... very annoying. Been playing the new update all day, and when survivors want too gen rush games still end in 5-6 mins. There simply isn't enough time for someone like Leatherface or Deathslinger too pressure gens unless they 3 gen. Plus BHVR buffed perks too simply make the gen nerfs completely void, making the whole thing useless. I mean, when I'm playing killer I can absolutely destroy the survivors in one game giving no chance at all and than be completely humiliated in the next game losing all gens in 5 minutes, not being able to hook everybody, be teabagged, clicky clicky, pointed at, everything you can imagine. Does anyone actually wear the brown, yellow, and green charms? I personally dont. What's the point when you can only get them in the rift, and that same rift has sleeker more rare charms to show off? I rarely run Decisive Strike anymore in red ranks and I've been noticing an alarming number of game with no obsession, which means other people aren't either. We're in a meta where killers need map pressure and have no problem with slugging, so even if you get tunneled they'll leave you on the floor. He seems extremely overpowered. We just played a round and killer was rank 16 doctor. He wiped the board. I’ve never healed and had to snap out of it more in a game. He seems faster, pallets don’t drop with him, and that static blast was stupid strong. We’re rank 5-8 so it was weird how good this doctor was. I'm sensing some people are tying to downplay how bad the key is (the hatch opening kind), not that the killer can tell what kind of key it is, so it will always be assumed a key in game is the hatch opening kind (and most are). The sounds of the cloaking and uncloaking animations are clearly different from each other after this patch so any decent survivor can tell whether he is actually coming out of cloak. Has anybody checked whether he uncloaks slower now? Don’t get me wrong, I love Nurse and her aesthetic and she is still by far the best killer in the game...but her skill cap is so high that a majority of players are not willing to play her. Honestly why would you put hours and hours into getting bullied as Nurse when you can play Spirit and pretty much get the same results? Nurse is better but not by much. We need to stop letting personal preference about perks get in the way and try and look at both sides of the story, it won't be easy but It's the best we have if we all truly want a balanced game. So.. Did BHVR literally just up and Uno-Reverse Dwight's backstory?.. His backstory literally says his Boss drugs him and leaves him in the woods, but in the cutscene they have Dwight drugging his boss and making him go crazy? I made two games as survivors to see if changes was so bad. 10 minutes for a rainbow matchmaking Then red ping 300 ping. Often you can play even with a lil lag. Dont care just want to see map changes. It was a nightmare killer teleports, hooked but beside it. A missed dead hard, on the ground but still exhausted.
