I agree with this. Body blocking is the antithesis of the core idea of this game. The survivor should just be moved a side if the killer tries to moves through them.
If you're really that against body blocking the easiest and most obvious solution is to hit the survivors. They will run scared when they are injured and if they don't hit them again and get a free hook :)

Maps track chests like other items. Aka reveal their auras.
oh duh I’m stupid I forgot maps were an item for a second :)

Lerys is so survivor sided it hurts, the game is survivor sided, hawkins is almost balanced with a slight survivor advantage. And lets see...DS, BT, Dead hard to start. plenty of other viable perks; if not op. Toolboxes are still really good with how fast gens go without them already. Medkits are still good, and stypic is still powerful.
You’re joking right? Inside maps are terrible for survivors
-
I agree I would like to have more viable killers!
-
i guess i just have bad luck finding hime then :(
-
this is literally a video game. if you don't like perks a killer is using just dc and find a new lobby and if you depip oh well play a few more matches and pip again

it wouldn't be surprising if you are actually useless to the team considering the majority of Feng Min mains I've met.
i do main as feng min how did you know! but i’m literally not toxic to any of the survivors only some times to killers :/ when they nod and fail to facecamp me nvm im dumb literally my name says it all

I honestly feel like Ghostface is going to become a better Michael Myers, to the point that Myers will be obsolete. Ghostface doesn't take a long time to get the exposed status effect on a single person, and he can do it to each individual survivor. He can crouch, hide his terror radius (whereas Tier 3 Myers' cannot), and is a 115 killer at all times. I feel like Myers is either going to need a buff to compete with Ghostface, or he's going to need a rework.
this is news i like how he online gets it on the one person he stalks so it doesn’t screw is all over

The 3 minute timer should begin when the match starts, not when the gates are opened or the hatch is closed.
BAIT
-
@Plu said:
Moris are offerings, not items, you can't really compared them.
As for the Hatch you should be able to open it even if it's via a key, otherwise it would be stupid.
same rarity for skeletons and your ebony moris even though you have three variations and they both change the game to a different extents so basically they are the same :)

There'd be no need to guess as it just means all Survivors can just do the same 'ol jump in Hatch together strategy knowing the Killer can't stop it.
same with moris NOTHING YOU CAN DO to stop that? how fair is that? Not At All

@TAG said:

How is it cool, though?
it would also give pressure to survivors to guess whether or not that hatch is closable or to go for a safer exit gate
-
@Vortexas said:
This is Bait Son.
Survivors about to get the hatch to open even with Zero Gen's done.
Still thinks killers shouldn't be able to do anything about Hatch.
no i liken the change of being able to close hatch but skeleton keys are still ultra rare so i thought it would be a cool addition i can see your one sided so i doesn’t even matter NO BAIT
-
@Dwight_Confusion said:
Probably some troll bait...
But no. The hatch has been survivor sided for over 2 years now. You guys should just get 1 gate that powers up when the hatch is closed honestly.
And I hope bitter murmur works with it, so I can just see where the tryhard trash/undeserving survivor is....
it wasn’t troll bait just had an idea but i can clearly see everyone disagrees so nvm on this idea

When I want skill checks, I play survivor.
i feel like killers don’t have as much to do. other suggestions on extra interactions?
-
@Orion said:
Killers don't get skill checks.
not down for something new?
-
@Cymer said:
But why?
What would be different?
Let the killer close the hatch and end the hatch standoff and give a 50/50 chance to get to a exit gate and power it.
This way it is faster to end the game.
spice things up?

Yeah, I think it's still broken. Shame, as it's one of my favorite perks.
i used to use this perk all the time until i found out it doesn’t silence like it’s supposed to but the 50% helps with ruin
-
@adamn said:
i agree. keys should be powerful and the killer should not be able to close the hatch if the key is a skeleton key. if it’s a dull key, they should be able to.
that’s a fair change
-
@Cymer said:
Why not?
All survivors can leave through the hatch. Should he just stand by and wave?
Even if some try to abuse this by triggering the collapse the rest of the survivors still can open the gates and escape. The only downside is, they cannot repair gens anymore and depending how the endgame collapse influence pips and points they will lose some meaningless numbers.
i can’t tell whether you agree or disagree

still faster than our basic running speed

@adamn said:

well then just bring deerstalker. deerstalker shouldn’t even be a thing if survivors are so loud anyways. what’s the point of seeing the aura if you’re screaming? better yet what’s the point of iron will if the killer slugs??
agreed to the highest extent
-
this change would also make deerstalker (for people who slug) a more viable/used perk
-
@Mew said:
No thanks, as having a p3 claudette in the grass making no sounds on dark maps like Sheltered woods would be too much of a pain in the ass to find (especially if they have tenacity).
that’s why i mentioned deerstalker would be an easy counter
-
Give him a good speed boost when using his chainsaw with the same recovery time as Billy when bumping into objects/direct hits on a survivor.
i think his chainsaw is pretty fast as is
-
@Kagrenac said:
Adrenaline is fine. It rewards the survivors for doing their job which is a good thing. However the speed at which gens can be done makes it more powerful than it should be.
do you know the times on repairing gens?

@Incirion said:
They have not. At least they weren't any smaller when I was playing earlier tonight. Perhaps the killer had the Overwhelming Presence perk that cuts skill check sizes in half?
Thanks for saying that cause i forgot that UP affected that i didn’t even think of that

@Coriander said:
I haven't read all the comments here, but the problem with looping pallets is that they were meant to block or stun the killer momentarily and then you move to the next one. Once survivors found out they could stall by running in circles, that became the most viable strategy, as wasting the killer's time so teammates could work gens was even more helpful than using pallets to actually lose the killer (thus letting them find someone else and stop progress).
The issue remains that there's really no way to 'remove' the ability to loop without taking away pallets, changing Bloodlust, altering movement speed... they don't know what to do, so for now it stays like it is. No one has fun running in circles, even if you are evading the killer, and imagine how frustrating it is for them, time and time again, each time they chase a new survivor. I'm certainly not trying to take away any defenses against killers, but some sort of change to reduce the repetition in running around a single obstacle might be for the benefit of everyone.
Not trying to sound super toxic but i love looping the killer. I get some sort of adrenaline rush questioning whether or not i can make it to the pallet

@FengMinEqualsWin I always operate on the assumption that everyone else is going to be attempting to play optimally. In this meta that means looping, thus if I drop a survivor because I'm being looped then that just means not only do I loose the time from that chase but it also means I haven't solved the problem as the next survivor I find will loop me instead.
Without a Killer who can bypass the issue you will inevitably get looped.
For the record I play Spirit, which is both a Killer who bypasses the issue AND a Killer who can be juked making her one of the most fun Killers to play as or against.
I really do enjoy chases with spirits cause i’ve seen many good mindgaming spirits when they fake use their power to trick you
-
@BBQnDemogorgon said:
@FengMinEqualsWin Because it won't help. Most survivors do it so you'd just be wasting time going for another person who is going to do the same thing while the one you left hops on a gen.
I think i’m a decent survivor when it comes to chases but i’ve gone up against many GOOD killer mains so it’s not impossible to down a decent survivor
-
@NuclearBurrito said:
I want you to try to lose me rather than stall me.
Using a loop spot to gain distance for a juke is fine.
Looping me just to stall me for your team is extremely frustrating.
That being said keep doing it, you aren't playing for my enjoyment so if my annoyance is a reason not to do it then you are doing it wrong. The fact that such a strategy is optimal is a problem for the devs, you should absolutely keep using it in the mean time.
Not trying to to sound rude here but i don’t be get when killers loop for a long period why don’t they just leave that specific survivor. I’ve played killer here and there and if i’m getting terribly looped i leaves that survivor

Survivors should not be buffed in this way. Their stealth gameplay should be improved if so (but honestly - it is not hard to stealthy juke the killer), whille exploits like looping should be removed.
Destroying the killers is not the way to go, especially compared with enormous buffs for survivors' most cancerous perks.
how is looping an exploit?
