I literally started playing survivor because there have been 4 days straight where I just couldn't play killer. I JUST got my first killer game today during the blood moon after going through an entire prestige for a killer while waiting. It’s been a minute since a played. Decided to hop on for the Blood Moon. Kinda feel bad for killers because it’s easy to do 1 gen, and fill the rest up. I started running Empathy, Empathetic Connection, and Autodidact. It’s worked surprisingly well. I see where they are, and they can also see me while injured. Skull Merchant is Fine—Survivors Just Want Easy Wins Drones aren’t OP—you just refuse to disable them. I never used Lethal Pursuer because I find it to be worthless, but I tried it with the blood event, I'm trying random perk combos. With it, I'm catching SWF groups cheating. Almost every match is against a SWF group and almost every match with Lethal I'm watching Survs cheat at the start lol I just watched a dudes aura fly across the map and onto a gen. With all these future changes to help new players… why totaly ignore Shrine of Secrets? That's like trying to stop fire in your house but you only focus on your chair in the backyard. Shrine of secrets is outdated by a mile. Every 3 months new perks get added and you just get random 4 perks from ANYONE (not even DLC characters only) for a week. I am not the most knowledgeable on maps. But I had a feeling for quite a while these last few map updates iterations do follow this trend. I generally feel like I see these double pallets loop more and more. This new dead sand map seems to have a lot of these loops like the new thing with 2 short pallet and 2 short windows which is less safe and mindgame heavy. I’m running Pop and Scourge hook. I’ve noticed that after two times of use on the same generator the entity will then block any further use of those perks and make my gens hits basic. Has anyone been experiencing an increase in ping on the Oregon servers? I went from 30ping consistently to 50-60ping now and then sometimes if I get the old Oregon server I get 30ping again. These new servers are really bad it seems 🤨☹️ Are we going to get a Vancouver west server? Why are the servers for people that play on west in San Jose? DBD has lots of strong perks, also lots of incredibly weak perks. Nightlight is a popular DBD statistics website that tells you lots of about perk usages. I think monthly the developers should try and rework or buff at least 8 perks. 4 killer perks and 4 survivor perks. Here is currently the 8 least picked perks. Perhaps since this event, Kaneki's Blood Web has been set up with an extremely low rate of Fresh Coffee appearances, sometimes only 3 or so even after spending Blood Points up to level 50. I think the new abandon system is great. But it's still painful when someone go next or early DC instantly at 5 gens after realizing it's a killer they don't like or after getting 2 tapped. Most of the time for me, the killer and survivors agree to continue playing the game normally with a bot but it still feels miserable to not be able to go next scot-free. So I was just curious about your experiences going against the new killer. So far he is down right slaughtering me and my teammates and people have already started to give up once they get hooked. We rarely get more than two gens done (by "we" I mean my soloq team). I admit I'm not a very good player but getting stomped like this feels unusual tbh. We have yet to see it in action, but for me this is one of the most exciting changes I can remember, lol. I know there is some kind of bias in play, but I feel like well over half the time I let go of a gen I get hit with a ninja skill check, and it's the bane of my survivor existence (well, maybe behind teammates going next left and right). Every other mobility killer has to hard commit to their dashes in a way that makes there room for punishment if you mess up. So why does this Killer get to cancel his dash with zero slowdown or recovery? What even is the point of playing Legion or Wesker? As a survivor, I'm seeing killers run this perk more often recently. But I'm not really sure how to counter it. I'm getting absolutely destroyed by this, especially when coming up against high mobility killers like Ghoul, Nurse and Blight. I believe this should’ve been thought thoroughly before releasing. Killers like wesker, nemesis, onyro, and singularity(might be more) make it hard to get the blood cans especially onyro bc you cannot drop the tape. Maybe next time make it where we can hold blood cans and their items or make them unplayable during the event. Got a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X and an RX 9070 XT, Windows 11 latest version. I have DBD set for 90 FPS, vsynced. Quite often I get 5-10 frame stutters where nothing moves. It's messing up my ability to do skill checks. 😄 Just wondering if anyone here has any advice beyond the usual "update windows, update drivers, restart the computer" type stuff, as I've already been through them. :)4 comments 1,361 views last activity

Genuinely there is no reason for Hex perks to exist at this point. They’re supposed to be glass cannons but you forgot the cannon and left them as glass. Just remove all hex perks and change them in some ways so they can be non hexes. Devour Hope is the only Hex Perk actually worthy of its Hex category honestly. I’m in Central Asia, and my ping is always around 130 ms. The closest server to me is in Hong Kong, but even that gives me 100 ms. Germany’s server is worse, about 150 ms. I’ve tried internet boosting tools and VPNs, but they didn’t help. Is there a dedicated server in Central Asia? I really don't know why the game had to turn out this way, but the game is lacking the fun of the chase with these OP killers that move around the map in ungodly ways paired with ungodly perks. I think it is safe to say that the game has allowed killers to get their first hits way too easily. You have legion, ghoul, and knight who are able to get free hits so fast and easily.
