Wow so these perks went from useless to very annoying perks to go against. When playing survivor it feels like you literally cannot let go of a gen or it will be blocked and tell the killer where you are. It's almost like a different form of BBQ but with gen slow down attached to it without auras. The Boil Over is being abused by SWF in main buildings with upper levels or areas with no hooks. Hello I wanted to add my own thoughts into the void. The only other perk like boil over is Decisive Strike right? They're both about you getting off of the killer's back faster. Decisive strike has only a single use, many restrictions, a very specific requirement to activate. With the new update to Boil Over, the perk went from a 75% increase in wiggling intensity to a 100% increase. However, someone use Iron Grasp to counter it by reducing wiggle intensity by 75%. Personal comparison between pre and post Boil Over update with Iron Grasp feels very similar/the same. Oh boi. I just had the most lovely of matches with Clown on Pale Rose against one of the top sweaty, toxic SWF group I ever played and just want to rant a bit. I had more of a meme build with Franklin Bamboozled, Tinkerer and BBQ and used two green add-ons for increased AoE of the bottles and +4% speed reduction. So the Devs have made it very clear they do not wish to remove tiers from perks, despite 99.5% of the community asking for this to happen. So I came up with an alternative idea (Sorry if its been suggested before)! When you unlock or purchase a new survivor/killer, the perks that are associated with them should automatically go into the next blood web you start! I've been thinking about the way Gen regression are lately and have found a huge design flaw imo and it's the fact that they design them as if they are going to be used with other regression perks. This leads to single regression perks been practically useless aside from ruin which you still normal run in a combo. I just bought Elodie and I've been playing around with her perks, and jesus, I did not expect this much of a juggernaut. I've played... 7 matches with it so far? In 4 of them, I've been able to bonk myself free. One game I even did it twice. Anyone else sick of map offerings? so far tonight I’ve been sent to RPD, Ormond, Badham, The Game and RPD again, and I haven’t even been on that long so far…pain. I don't understand why this killer is so OP and nobody says anything. The turns he makes are absurd, practically impossible to escape. And why doesn't his power have a cooldown? Honestly facing any player with the least skill with this killer is very frustrating. A killer with high mobility and easy damage. This happens often as killer. I assume it's game desync but sometimes certain players seem to be able to cause it. You go for the hit, it looks accurate but then the player jumps to the side and it's a miss. More and more frequently I'm getting games where people are bringing in the offering for RPD equipped with builds consisting of flip-flop, boil over, unbreakable, and no mither.
