Type "1" if you think killer is to easy now
Type "2" if you think killer is balancedand tell us, what you play: Killer, Surviver; Both
I´m first,
1, Killer
killer is easier depending upon the map, loop, gen, and pallet spawns divided by how many survivors are competent swf.
And rank in general.

There should be a box in the options that you can check to disable itSO MUCH THIS.

Pharmacy + Ace in the Hole = Guaranteed purple medkit with sometimes two add-ons every game.

- Nurse. There's little in this game that can get my adrenaline flowing like a proper Nurse game.
- Shape. Especially the early game.
- Spirit. It feels extremely satisfying to mind-game a Spirit and get away.
- Hillbilly. The pressure a good Billy can add to a game, thanks to the sheer map presence he got, can make games clutch as hell.
- Clown. Feels great outwitting a clown at his own game, making his gas useless against you.
-
I only like the feature where you can spoil what hunter you'll be playing in the lobby.
-
What Pop Goes the Weasel needs is a token / charge system, where you get a token everytime you hook a survivor. Rushing away from a hook in order to take advantage from PGtW's short timer only causes more harm than good.
-
I like seeing some variety in survivors. Giving them passives would only cause a stagnation of variety as certain passives are far more meta than others.
-
Pumpkinhead for sure.
-
I'd assume so.

Until leatherface shows upA mode like this would actually benefit Leatherface a lot. Survivors accidentally bodyblocking each-other out of panic and stuff, in comes Leatherface in a frenzy.

I only use moris for dailys that require them. Never been fond of using them.
-
Learn from your defeat and improve. Its very common for new Nurse players to get royally ######### over and over again until your muscles get used to everything and you stop thinking and just.. act.
-
More on the survivor side than Killer, to be honest. If there was less pressure on killers overall, there'd be more fun overall.
M1 simulator isn't fun and having more to do as a survivor would mean that killers might let up with the tunnel-heavy meta and take some risks. Sadly, they're just playing optimally with the small time they have per game. -
The game's such a massive grind so it has been nice with a little bonus BP on the side.
I still think they should boost the amount of BP you get per game, or lower the cost of unlocking things in the bloodweb. -
Bond, Iron Will, We'll Make It and Lightweight, usually.
-
Can you please show actual platform-per-platform statistics on killers/survivor ratios, on sacrifice/escape at different ranks, on killer effectiveness.. etc?
You all seem VERY scared of showing actual, interesting data to your audience. You usually merge stats from all platforms into one, thus ######### over all data within.

Why is the last survivor immediately sacrificed if hooked?Back in the day, the last survivor didn't die immediately on the hook and this was, as per tradition with the toxicity connected to survivors, used to waste 2+ minutes of the killers time by struggling until the very end, making games extremely ######### boring.

You know the best way to stop a hatch standoff?Leave the hatch.
Because the survivor won't just keep standing there, enlightened by his victory..
Survivors in general are douche-nuggets. -
The game would also feel less of a grind if we just removed the "each perk has three levels" thing and you unlock the full perk whenever we get it in the bloodweb.
-
Fire Up is one of those perks that'd need to boost close to all variable stats in order to see a place in the meta. Like, it'd need to boost things like movement speed and successful attack cooldown etc.

How about "just break the totem"?This is the sad truth, I think.
If everyone just took 10 seconds out of their game each to break a dull totem there'd be far less "NOED OP PLZ NERF" threads flooding forums all over the internet. -
@Mister_xD said:
just give bonus BP for it.
this perk is supposed to be a hard mode for survivors, so i dont think it should be buffed, but instead reward you for using it.This is the truth.
-
It's true for ME though. If I could show you how much I've used X perk in percentages over all of my games, I'd screenshot it and show you for proof.
-
Myers is one of the few killers that can still trigger that moment of adrenaline for me. There's just something unsettling with him just standing there, menacingly.

I have 3 options in how I'd like SWF to be dealt with:
1: mark SWF participants clearly.
2: filter SWFs out of lobbies for killers and survivors as an option.
3: increase blood points for killers vs SWFs proportionally to how any SWF participants are in the match.
One, two, and/or all 3. Pick one.1 and 3 together would be awesome. I rather not choose an Opt-Out option unless it was the last resort.

Spirit: BBQ and Chili, Enduring, Spirit Fury and Haunted GroundAre you playing her as a killer who just walks into pallets and hope that you get hits with spirit fury or something? She can be played perkless as she relies more on mind-games to get kills than pure chase potential.
A clown would benefit greatly from Enduring + Spirit Fury, together with Bamboozle, as it'd make his chase game even better than it already is. -
Aesthetically, I think Spirit is the most well-made killer.
Mechanically, probably Nurse. -
A multiplier would be nice, the game is enough of a grind as it is anyway.

Just add in game voice com.
Remove all the indicators that have been added during the last year. That's it.
In-game voip will just turn DbD to F13 and that was a horrifyingly ######### experience, especially for the guy who played the killer.
I personally think that any buff to solo will also buff SWF, because of how it works. Without third party software to chat with each-other, a SWF is basically just four random survivors in a group in terms of power. Adding that third party advantage will make the squad's power spike to greater heights, boosted further with the solo survivor buffs.
-
It's one of those add-ons I was surprised over not being red rarity. It's really strong for what it does but it's hardly optimal. Like the scratched mirror for Myers.

There should be a filter option in the game to weed out who you do and do not want to face as a killerLike a SWF opt-out option? ######### yeah!

I prefer Bond over self-care.

Get additional reward at the cost of longer games? Yeah, I kinda liked that.

So you're playing a four man SWF and you're unable to punish camping? The second you, or your friend, on the hook says that they're being camped.. you should all just have rushed those generators to punish the killer.
Its your own fault for being super altruistic.Actually a 4 man SWF should be able to easily free the person and escape. More than likely at least 1 is going to have a flashlight. 2 distract or take hits while the third unhooks and body blocks the escape. Also more than likely at least 1 has an insta heal.
Point still stands. From OP's whining, it sounds like he and his friends got wiped trying to save their pal more than a few times and is now taking to the forums to express his emotions.
Yes, getting camped and facecamped sucks but you don't REDUCE the amount of campers by feeding them points through over-altruistic saves.
You should hear me ranting when someone kills themselves or dc's due to a camper "Oh yeah right punish the team because he's camping rather than stay on the hook and punish him for his stupidity"
I ######### hate that ######### #########. Be a man and help your team by staying alive.

When you leave phase, you retain the phase movement speed for a short duration which can be used to make your lunge longer. There's also add-ons that extend that movement speed duration, thus increasing the lunge range potential further.
-
Well aware, @Wolf74 just said that WGLF should only give tokens for safe unhooks.
Safe unhooks AND taking hits for others should grant tokens. -
@Wolf74 said:
Just no. WGLF should only grant token for SAFE unhooks.
Stupid unsafe unhooks should not get rewarded at all.Taking hits for fellow survivors should grant a token too, I think.

I'm destroying with Spirit at rank 1 right now and generally get 3-4k unless I totally mess up then I'm lucky to get 1 or 2. Mostly it just boils down to mastering a killer that suits your playstyle, learning where good and bad spots are, who to chase who to ignore etc.Spirit is the killer I've done absolutely best with at Rank 1. Even better than Nurse but in my defense, using Nurse really upsets my stomach as I get motion sick from playing her..

As long as survivor mains threaten to bombard the game with negative reviews like the entitled douchebags they are then Mathieu and the rest of the dev team will continue to cater to pedochido and the rest of his cancerous fanbase.Pretty much. As long as the money comes flooding in, the devs don't care one bit.

I think a lot of things in DbD would benefit from LESS RNG.

Sounds like the average merch store experience for me. Always been trash.

Are you referring to survivors DC'ing or killers DC'ing?
Anyway, there is an automated ban system for those who DC more than a certain % of their games. -
You also need to account for waiting times. Currently you need to wait anywhere between 5-30 minutes for a single game as a killer, so in terms of bloodpoint / hour, killers gain little in comparison to survivors.

Heh, at least its only Leader and not BBQ that's bugged, am I right?

As someone who suffer from corn-o-vision, Rotten Fields is particularly bad for me.
