Dude believe me I have tried many things to not get the salt and then realized what I was doing wrong.
Nothing.
People are useless and have no skill so they need to blame somebody or something to cover how bad they are.
Whatever you do, you will get salt because it is not your fault but theirs, so just do whatever that makes you win the game.
Easy.

The most boring killer is hands down the legion.Other than him, I don't know. If the team is bad, going against spirits and nurses is just frustrating because you do everything you could do and then the next person gets downed in like 10 seconds. I don't find them boring though.
The most enjoyable killers to go against is hillbilly and huntress.
Lmao, you serious that [BAD WORD] possy killer? the huntress aka broken hitboxes? yeah instachainsaw billy is "fun", the only fun killer to play against is pig and scary myers.
Please for the love of god, fck off if you don't know how to talk to people.
Why am I a killer here? I am a solo survivor and I rarely play killers and even then I just play the clown. I almost never touch hillbilly as well.
My play ratio is less then 9 to 1, 9 being the survivor.
Lmao, you serious that ######### possy survivor? Pig aka the worst killer? Yeah scary myers who can't catch up is so fun.

Believe me I have played too many multiplayer games and online games and got accused of hacking.
The only time I got banned was when I really cheated and that was 10 years ago when I was 12. I don't think anything will happen to you as long as you don't really cheat.
-
Everybody says that their games are fcked up etc. but honestly, gameplay wise, I haven't noticed anything at all.
Survivors play a little bit more cowardly but that's about it. I haven't even been left on the hook as well. Killers play normal too. I guess it is just my experience and I am lucky by the look of forum complaints.
-
I mean we can discuss but they are not going to nerf SWF.
A reasonable change like survivors not being able to see killers' loadout came after 3 years.
Not to mention that punishing people for wanting to play a multiplayer game with their friends is a terrible business practice.
You can argue that devs are throwing their principles away for money etc. but it doesn't mean anything to me honestly. I doubt it means much to them either.
I don't see any nerf coming for survivor friend groups any time soon.
-
No, mories are cheap stuff just like keys that boost one side.
If anything they should be nerfed along with the keys.
-
For ages people said that combat straps for the pig, and the stitched bag for the trapper should be baseline. I wonder why they gave the pig her combat straps but not the trapper his stitched bag.
I mean are they afraid of breaking the balance? Really? Devs have to realize that when they make a change, people should have a reason to play with that change. Is the trapper with stitch bag gonna be more powerful than nurse, hillbilly, huntress, spirit? No, why do we wait then?
The same can be said for perks too. Technician got a 'buff' and that buff made the perk more consistent across its tiers. It is still useless af and we will never see a change to this perk because it recently got a buff. I have no reason to give up my bond, borrowed time, adrenaline etc. for this perk.
I really do wonder when they will realize this.
-
No, current borrowed time is a great perk. By sacrificing yourself, you can save one of your teammates. I have died countless times so that I could save my teammates.
What I would like to see is a self borrowed time perk for you when you are on the hook. That is just my opinion though.
-
I agree with you, never understood why they had to move it.
I would be so glad if they moved it to its old place.
-
Just let the killer kick whichever generator he wants to kick with the perk.
It is not that of a big deal as well. It removes 25% which roughly means 20 seconds.
This perk shouldn't have a timer.
-
@Brady There is almost no difference between the old system and the new one shardwise I believe. Even then, the new system is slightly better.
In the past, if I am not mistaken, it was taking about 550 shards for a 2k teachable and 750 shards for a 2.7k teachable.
To earn 550 shards, you needed to play 55 perfect games.
To earn 2000 shards, you need to play 50 perfect games.
7 games x 600 exp give you 300 shards
to earn 2100 shards you need to repeat that 7 times.
So you have to play around 49 games for a teachable.
The only thing that was nerfed was bloodpoints.
In the past, 550 shard teachables were giving you 250k bloodpoints If I am not wrong.
Correct me if I am wrong.

I would be fine with safe unhooks awarding 2 tokens while regular unhooks award 0.I think this is a pretty neat idea. WGLF is a long standing problem along with BBQ DC tokens. I don't understand why the devs don't take action to make the game better. It wouldn't even affect the balance.
Give killers stacks for DCs.
Give survivors the ability of getting tokens from healings and 2 tokens for safe, 0 tokens for unsafe hooks.
It wouldn't hurt anybody imo.

Secret Offerings: (Ultra Rare: Survivor)Iridescent Quality Parts:
-Generators will spawn as far as possible from each other.
-SecretMemorial Flowers:
-The hatch will spawn into the trial faster than normal (AKA you don't need to do as many generators to spawn in the hatch).
-SecretSecret Offerings: (Ultra Rare: Killer)
Withered Flowers:
-The hatch will not spawn into the trial.
-SecretLost Toolbox:
-Generators will spawn closer together than normal.
-SecretIf you add withered flowers, you will welcome free hostage scenarios especially with your new suggestion.
Basically, I will look for the hatch that didn't spawn in the entire match God knows how much.

I have many different solo survivor builds but this is the most used one.
Bond
Windows of opportunity
Iron will
PharmacyI almost never change Bond and Windows of opportunity but I swap the last two perks.
Other perks I use
WGLF
Borrowed time
Adrenaline
Detective's hunch
Aftercare -
P3 claudette
Baby dwight (his default costume)I can't decide which one is my main. I play them equally nowadays. It was claudette in the past though.
-
I want beard options for the guys.

I think something needs done to help new players who start the game, with more killers survivors being added the grind is to much for newbies. They need help getting perks quicker.Devotion rewards are fine as is, 5000 shards lol is never happening, never. Was he serious?
Season rewards is a must, dont care what the reward is but just something each month to target. Bonus bp would do me.
I kinda feel like they are going to do something about it. More and more people started to talk about this perk grind and devs themselves talk about it here and there.
I don't know when they do such a change though.
-
DS because I think that the perk is really unbalanced and overpowered.
NOED because I think that it disrupts the stats too much and gives a false sense of balance. I know people will use 'the killer main btw meme' but I say this as a killer not as a survivor. Trappers, wraiths and leatherfaces use this perk and get 3-4ks because of it and it looks like trapper is as good as hillbilly or nurse statwise.
No other perk should be removed or reworked imo.
-
These ideas are great, I wonder if the devs will think about adding them.
Values could be tweaked a little bit though.
-
No it wouldn't get many people playing and choosing other survivors.
IMO, boil over and technician are really bad and instead of them, I would use claudette just to get self care. It would make people play meta survivors like claudette, meg, dwight etc.
Even if something like this will be implemented into the game, their worst perks should be chosen but even then, meg and claudette don't have any terrible perks at all.
-
I used to underestimate pharmacy too but it is a very good perk.
Although 'infinite healing' sounds dramatic and OP, you actually don't need to have that infinite healing which comes with self care. In dire situations, you can easily heal yourself 2 times with the green medkit you get.
Also, healing with a medkit gives your team an extra 16 seconds basically. Healing two times = 32 seconds.
I use bond so it seems to me that using pharmacy is overkill but sometimes I do it anyway. Detective's hunch and pharmacy are the two perks that I found very useful even though I underestimated them in the past.
-
I am all for bloodpoints.
In hallowed blight event, I was able to get moar bloodpoints.
In BBQ event, I was able to get even much more bloodpoints.
For me BBQ>Hallowed Blight>Moonrise
-
Feng is terrible in terms of clipping.
I love her basic outfit but it clips too much. If it wasn't the case, she would be my main. Until they fix these issues, I am kind of against physics.
-

-
I love both but I would go with Feng.
I just want to see the new female survivor. The last two were males so I really am curious with that they will come up with. We'll see in less than a month I believe.
-
Somebody get bodied by one of the worst killers in the game?
-
You can't keep up with the game especially as a survivor.
People mention this a lot but devs seem to not care honestly. I don't understand what could have happened if they allowed us to get 2 or 3 per bloodweb.
-
I think we need cosmetics that can be equipped with other cosmetics like this particle effects. They need to open up a couple of more cosmetic slots and come up with good ideas to fill it up.
It also means more profit for them too.
-
Yes and no.
The first skill is expected from the survivor side, not from the killer side. This is why in low ranks, killers can stomp survivors easily because if both sides don't know how to play the game, the killer has so much more advantage.
And then survivors learn how to play the game. At that point killers have to git gud in order to win.
Killer seems easy but you have to know when to start a chase, when to end it, when to slug, when to commit, keeping an eye on if there are bad or good setups, how the survivors play and read them etc.
The problem is that sometimes that first skill from survivors doesn't even come even in red ranks and you pretty much 3k-4k every match with a couple of exceptions.

If the matchmaking system they were talking about really was implemented then that's normal. There's no killers with vacant lobbies near you so the matchmaking broadens the search. I wouldn't doubt that this is the case considering how many people play survivor atm.Isn't that a really bad idea though?
Nothing changed now. In the past, people couldn't find lobbies and wait for 10 minutes. Now we can find lobbies in 3 minutes just so that we can dodge them because of the ping. Wait for 7 minutes to get a lobby with a good ping.
10 min=3+7 min

I really don't know.
My two mains are Meg and Claudette.
I started to play more Dwight now though. I think I am gonna go with Dwight.
-
Healing, sabotage, unhooking, cleansing, opening exit gates etc. are already easy and fast to do. You can only see its effect when somebody opens and exit gate but that is about it. Waste of a perk slot imo.
In the last few days I see many threads claiming how OP prove thyself is but it only makes a 15-20 second difference honestly. It might seem like a lot but in reality, if you equip we'll make it and heal somebody with it, you are going to save 16 seconds for your team. Not to mention that you could save that 15-20 second by working on different generators anyway. So the perk is only good for bloodpoints.
If you have to choose one, choose prove thyself and equip bond. Pretty much every game you will max out the objective category. If you have bonus objective offerings, you really get a good amount of bloodpoints.

Ive noticed that the wait times for queues has deteriorated a lot over the past two weeks. You would think they would increase with an event, this is why I think its more related to glitch/bug more so than player activityWhen killers were not able to find enough survivors to play the game and said that it was because of a bug, I asked the same question.
If the lobbies are bugged, why as a survivor I get insta lobbies but as a killer I have to wait?
Now, lets change it
If the lobbies are bugged, why as a killer I get insta lobbies but as a survivor I have to wait?
I think that there is just not enough killers for survivors to play.
-
Console queue times were bad before the event, people have been complaining about it in the last several weeks.
Also @Orion is right. Even though both sides can be #########, this post game chat belongs to the survivor side. Killer wins? Survivors ######### talk. Killer loses? Survivors ######### talk. Killer camps or tunnels? ######### talk. Plays the game normally? ######### talk.
Sometimes killers ######### talk too but in my experience, if 1 killer ######### talks, 10 survivors ######### talk in return. Playing killers on consoles is already difficult, most probably they don't want to put up with bullshit.
-
I think they can implement this as a rank reward and as a cosmetic to buy.
Rank reward should be different and more glorious imo.

-
Jesus it really hurt me and believe me I am not exaggerating.
It was painful to watch.
-
People are exaggerating when they say how bad the event is. It isn't a bad event, It just could have been better with a couple of changes imo.
The first change could be more envelopes per bloodweb, especially survivors can't keep up with the game. If we had 2 or 3 per bloodweb for level 50, there wouldn't be as many complaints since everybody would start to run them.
There are other changes that could be implemented but this one is just crucial. Without an offering, there is not even an event bloodpoint wise. Also as a killer, odds that you will destroy 1 of the 2 lanterns after your hooks is minimal since survivors can easily take them even if you know the places. If there were 7 lanterns this problem would be relatively solved.
I wonder if they are going to make a change for that. More envelopes wouldn't kill anybody.
-
@DexyIV said:
!<Otherwise, the game hasn't broken because of the event similar to The Hallowed Blight and people are playing the game relatively the same as before. It just might as well not have been a thing. Nothing really to complain about because of it beside the loss of BP gain from it.
I really wish they could introduce bloodpoints for completing generators and hooks. That would be really neat imo.
-
They really should consider adding 4.5k bp for generator. I am kind of surprised they didn't go with that in this event.
Also, there should be more envelopes in bloodwebs. One is not enough at all.
-
Haddonfield
Any survivor who knows what he is doing can loop the killer for ages. If you have balanced landing, congrats you have unmindgameable loops as a killer, you are gonna get ######### on.
-
@MojoTheFabulous said:
It wouldn't be the same as Legacy as that is something over default clothing but this Lantern thing is something around your character, giving you the freedom to wear whatever you like. Assuming it'd be implemented as a new 4th slot for cosmetics for both Survivor and Killer.
i can already picture an electricity eFFect for the Doctor.
OMG, that would be lovely, I hope it gets implemented as well

@TrAiNwReCk said:
I play solo survivor on PC and never wait more than 10-15 seconds for a lobby. Jokes on anyone who thinks solo survivors are being slowed down at all.
I play both killer and survivor, but survivor is clearly favored in gaining faster progression. It's not a complaint, just a fact.
I don't know, when I started to get long survivor queue times, to check whether it is just me or not, I went to twitch and saw that streamer survivor queue times are long as well. For the majority, I believe, queue times is bad for survivor right now.
-
When killer DCs, survivors don't get event progress as far as I know.
I think when the killer unplugs instead of DCing, survivors don't get any bloodpoints, I am not sure though.
-
@Arroz said:
Do you remember the hallowed blight
? it was killer side, I remember you need to touch that thing.. and while you get chased for 5 minutes the other survivors was fill they bottle
finally a survivor side event. The only killer sided thing in that event was bloodpoints, as a survivor, since you completed the event objective, you were not able to fill your serum and get extra bloodpoints. Killers were always able to get extra bloodpoints as long as they hooked survivors on the event hooks. Getting blight was far easier for survivors.
As @ShyN3ko explained, you needed 1 completely perfect match in order to fill your serum as killer.
Also being survivor sided doesn't mean much right now honestly, I have never had lobby issues as a survivor but now for the first time I have it. And I know that I am not the only one who has lobby issues, I checked streamers and they are waiting for lobbies too. An easier objective for killers would help everybody.
-
@JammyJewels said:
Tsulan said:Play killer and tell me how many points you make per match.
Now compare that to what you make as survivor.Btw, only 1 survivor needs to escape with the lantern.
Played Killer. Got all 4 lanterns they had spawned in and hooked each survivor three times. I’m no pushover when it comes to killer, but even so it still seems to be a double standard, as killers complain when survivors destroy event-based hooks and yet destroying the Survivor event objective is totally fine?
The difference between them is that survivors don't get points for destroying the hooks. They did that just because they didn't want killers to earn points. I mean you can say that they were trying to save teammates but we all know the intention behind it.
Now, killers destroy the survivors' objective because they share the same objective, not because killers don't want survivors to get a lantern and earn event points.
These 2 situations are totally different.
-
@Arsoul said:
Dunno about you, but I usually let that survivor get a gen or two and the hatch when this happensWaste of time, as a survivor, if a killer tries to do that and insists on it I just DC. Just kill me.
As a killer, I try to finish the game as soon as possible. Blame the game not me.
Never understood why people care so much honestly.
