Totally missed the loadout on my phone. My bad!
Now that i think more about it, i´ve seen some weird matchups lately.
Maybe they altered the MMR to not only face players of the same MMR but from a wider range too. I´ve even just watched a streamer talk about this. But why would they do that?
Loadout can totally tell who's the newbie. Especially when all 4 of them had no Purple perk.
High MMR for Killer is a pain. But Low MMR Survivors is also a problem. I was nice enough to recognize I was at low MMR as Spirit, and decided to put BP perks and play without using power, those matches were painfully boring.
Imaging they vs some Killers just got beaten from a toxic squad then put everything onto these newbie Survivors, I dont think any beginner wants to play this game.

Whats wrong with those images? Grades only serves as indicator on how much someone played since the last reset.
Grades have nothing to do with the MMR which is hidden.
The Loadout.

The mmr made the balance issues more visible. Now the devs need to decide what to do with this kind of information.
You cant balance a Killer when its possible to have 2 teams like these
Believe or not, I didnt tunnel/camp on both match. And 1 newbie died with 5.000 BP
You can only balance between 2 sides IF these 2 survivors team have equal strength, which is 2 newbies from the Left go to Right team, 2 veteran from Right team go to the Left.
But for that part, I would demand Survivors to have something to defense again tunneling & camping. Because only the Right team can punish tunneler/camper.

(was a myers + someone else brought inner counterforce so no, COH got no use that game)
Have you try Iron will, Lithe, Quick & Quiet, Dance with me?
The number of times I make a fast vault then disappear from the current title, look back and see Killer still mind game himself far behind is fun.
-
Let me introduce 1 aspect perk build
- Sprint burst, Fixate, Urban, Tenacity (all movement are faster)
- Ironwill, Urban, Calm spirit, Spine chill (Blend)
- Ironwill, Light, Dance with me, Quick & quiet (a fast vault and guarantee disappear)
- Sabo, Diversion, Red herring, Any mean (makes alot of noise)
- Bond/Empathy , Kindred, Aftercare, Blood pact.
-
We need Hardcore anti cheat.

I join the game since Feb 2019, which was Chinese new year event. Can you image that theme was the first one I heard in the lobby? I got so much hype because of that.
Sadly the year later, the theme only stay at Menu screen, which is....I only hear it for 5sec when the game start then get into basic Survivor lobby them or Killers' one. Further more, I remember its used to be perfect loops, not you can hear the cut and replay.

Playing like that will just result in a killer nerf.
Yes, because tunnel/camping into Noed is the most easiest way for 2K. Any altruism happen will result in 3K. And when 2-3K is so easy to achieve, they will nerf Killer further.
The best way is just play the game...normally. I mean getting beaten.

Killer mains are actually wholesome, they didnt complain about me not opening the Red box.
-
I dont know why they afraid to make perks that counter Exhaustion stronger. Exhaustion is optional for survivor. Plus its 1 perk to counter 4 perks per match at best. Survivors can have 1 of 16 perks to counter 1 of 4 Killer perks (Small game to Ruin for example).

Win = Still High MMR I’m just amazing at this game
You lose = l2p
You win = you're not at high MMR so your opinions arent valid.
The number of times I got flexed like this is beyond believe.
-
I grinded so hard to make 1 aspect perk build for each survivors, so nowaday I play multiple survivors, not just Yui
- Meg: Sprint burst, Fixate, Urban, Tenacity
- Clau: Ironwill, Calm spirit, Spine chill, Urban
- Kate: Empathy, Botany, Desperate measure, Pharmacy
- Jane: Quick Quiet, Head on, Inner strength, Deception
- Steve: Diversion, Sabo, Red herring, Anymean
- Jake: Mettle of man, Sabo, Empathy, Breakout
- With Yui is my optimize build: Small game, Kindred, WoW, Lithe
ect
I have so much more fun playing survivors since then.

The timer for Nwo does not start until they touch gate switch which in turn notifies you that they are there. Not to mention 90% of time you are already in a chase when last gen pops. I have yet to see all survivors be able to hide it out. You only need 1 survivor to draw the rest out.
The perk is surely weak vs 4 survivors, but too op for 1 survivor. I think it should work as the more survivors in trial, the longer to open Gate. Perhaps hit each unique survivor gain a token, each token +8sec for total of 32sec. But if a survivor dies, lose 1 token.
This way, if there is only 1 survivor left, they still have a slight change, as the time adds only 8sec for the last survivor.
-
Nowayout, they can just hide before the time running out.
Remember me, they have to go through 32sec at gate. If there is only 1 survivor left, its a certain death.
Beside, remember me is easier to earn than NWO.
Remember me just need to remove obsession ignore the speed penalty. And have M1 each survivor to gain 4 stacks to avoid tunneling. Perhaps have +8sec as default, add 3sec for each stack up to +20sec
-
I think this is a problem in game design:
Killer can 2K either 2 hooks or 10 hooks. Which is super easy to do so, if you camp/tunnel with Noed of course.
Survivors have 2E in average, means on survivor side, 5 Gens should be done every single match.
Now if you bring the conditions above, you can see Survivors "have much harder time" to achieve.
The objectives on both side have to be changed. Where a long chase,no tunnelcamp can benefits Killer more

List I think Boon should be changed:
- Blessing time reduced to 10sec.
- Each Boon has a difference range. ShadowStep & Peno range increased to 32m, Coh reduced to 8m
- Survivor can hear a Boon is blessed, but Killer can not.
- Boon emits sound as low as Hex.
- Once snuffed, the perks gone permanently
- The more Boon perks affection when survivors are in range, the more Blue effect on their screen, make them harder to see.
This will make Killer hard to find Boon, but in return, the perk is gone if snuffed. So it would be equal to Hex, high risk, high reward.

The best way to get survivors to be friendly and appreciate you is to beat the ######### out of them and then visibly spare them. Then it's all sunshine and item gifts and people offering themselves at hooks. Take it from a pro: leaving someone downed on death hook instead of hooking them, or doing your best deer in headlights impression so that guy can get the flashlight save he's been ineptly hungering for all match, just gets you tbagged at gate and "LOL GGEZ BABY KILLER"d in chat. You've gotta go a step further and set them back on their feet, or drop them in front of a totem or gen, or maybe pick up a bunch of slugged survivors and arrange them in a pile before wandering off so someone else can pick them up. You have to deliberately kick those "this is not normal killer behavior" bells.
If you allow them to think that they outplayed you when you were deliberately making subpar decisions, like letting people go because you felt bad for constantly running into them, or pretending you don't know someone's in that locker, they'll shrug it off at best and laugh at your ineptitude at worst. People just don't expect the killer to be nice with the current state of the community and it won't be the explanation they jump to unless you shove it in their face with bright flashing lights.
This is correct, those first day I play Killer, able to double hook, then only slug but not last hook. There were a few that didnt even know that it was me sparing them, but that was only minority.
There was even a time that I pretended to not reach to hook in time, dropped them, and they tbagged at hatch. But that wasnt enrage me, its just funny for me.
-
Im sure a newbie Dwight with Tier2 Bond and Tier1 Leader perk in loadout, with his teammate Meg with only Tier1 Sprintburst. VS a 3000h Pinhead / Artist who happens to have low MMR because they first pick the Killers...wants to play this game again.
-
If you want Blood warden activated easier, pair it with Rancor, obsession usually pre-open the gate, doom the other 3.

I don't know if Yun-Jin is looking Jane for her body or because she's like, "girl, STOP TO BE TOXIC".
As usual, your drawing is awesome (I mean, @C3Tooth). Last time I've seen a good Bloodwarden, I was against a Pyramid Head. He opened the door (but I didn't notice it was him), then he hooked a Dwight. I saved the Dwight, I went to the gates, and we both saw the barrier. Pyramid Head went to us and we all stared at the barrier as the EGC timer was ending. Of course, we died.
But man, it was so funny looking at the barrier. The Killer went to us like, "sorry guys, you're dead". It was also an awesome end game chat were the Killer, Dwight and I agreed about the fact the end game was actually fun. I don't mind being sacrifized at all if everyone is having fun. (Or the majority at least, as the two other players were silent.)
Edit: typo.
She's looking at something she will never have
Also thanks everyone!

It would just be more oppressive at end game because the killer can’t wait it out and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Im up for DS stun to 7sec, but it disable the moment 5 Gen done.
I dont tunnel and current DS punishes me more than tunnelers.
- They eat DS? No problems, 5sec doesnt hurt, they will continue to tunnel because survivors no more have DS.
- Me not tunneling and not eating DS, doesnt matter, Im forced to eat DS when Gates are opened.

To follow the trailer, I would make Victor to be the first one attack and Charlotte to down. In gameplay, Victor is the first one to attack has too many downside (lose control Victor) over having him to down survivors (can down multiple survivors, can track blood)
Controlling Charlotte:
- M1: basic attack
- M2: Press M2 to make him stand still. Press M2 again to order Victor to follow her. If he's further than 16m away from her, he will run straight to her, reveal kill instinct if there are Survivors on his path. If he's in 16m radius to her and there is also a Survivor in the zone, Victor will auto run directly to them and show Charlotte killer instinct. Victor will not attack if you controlling Charlotte.
- 2nd ability: Unbind Victor and control him, or change control to Victor
Controlling Victor:
- Hold M2 to charge pounce, M1 to attack. Success pouncing a survivor will make them injured, unable to do anything even drop pallet / vault windows. Victor can not down survivors.
- Charlotte will follow Victor in 50% speed and will homing to a Survivor if they're too close to her, Charlotte will attack Survivor if in range (similar to Zombies)
- 2nd ability: change control to Charlotte.
The shift between controlling Victor and Charlotte is almost immediately, but it takes alot of time for Victor to respawn again.
-
I think the best change to Boon is each totem can only be blessed once.
Have ShadowStep & Peno range increased to 32m, while Coh decreased to 8m. Make them have to heal right next to the Boon.
-
I want a Killer perk that M1 survivor will cause the bloody effect similar to Deep wound that dimmer your sight. There is no regression bar, its just stay there, requires another survivor to clean up the bloody effect for 4sec.

I think it would make Exhaustion decreased while you're running and recover faster. I mean each Boon equal to 2 perks...
Pretty much it would force you do snuff the Boon before continue chasing, which is a free escape.

Here is the thing we all know the major issues with CoH and Boons in general so here is my idea to somewhat balance them.
BOONS IN GENERAL
1) Area of effect changed to 15m. Let's face it 20-25m range is just too big still. For example the two totems that can spawn in the main building of Mt Ormond can cover roughly the entire building and some of the outside around it. Setting up a 2nd Boon near it can cover a huge area. (And yes I know BHVR uses sets of 4 but I cant stand it I like a good stable 5)
2) Boons have 2/3/4 tokens, every time a player blesses a totem they use up a token. No token no blessy. Risk vs Reward is non existent with current Boons as they can be replaced infinitely, so making them have tokens will give more risk and reward.
3) Make Boons easier to find for Killers, Giving it a direction sound will fix it right up.
4) Allow Killers to BREAK totems instead of sniffing them.
CoH CHANGES
1) Healing speed hard cap. We all have seen the videos of the 7 sec heals back to full. Setting a hard cap to healing speed will make it more manageable.
2) Increase the rate and difficulty of skill checks. Healing that fast should make more skill checks happen not remove them.
These are just my ideas to make them a bit more balanced and not so OP.
Coh is powerful even if it has 10m radius. But it would make 2 other Boon useless.
Other 2 Boon requires you're in chase or dying in Boon area to make it work. While they're chased inside Boon radius, Killer can hear the Boon and snuff it out.
For Expo, dying near Boon make the perk pretty much useless, Killer can snuff it the carry you, or just hook you, they will never leave you on the ground with the Boon nearby, unless there is another survivor trying to flashlight save you and buy you time for the Expo use.
Shadow step is annoying (especially Spirit), but other Killers are manageable.
Coh, as long as you stay away from Coh (lets say the Coh near to a finish Gen that Killer will no longer patrol there anymore), the Boon will stay forever. Which is an unlimited Medkit supply.
-
@VikingDragonXii said:

Ok my dude please understand 14-24 secs to bless a totem is NOTHING to a survivor when he has 3 other teammates doing Gens and drawing the killers attention.
Killers dont have time to patrol "known" totem spawns so a survivor is safe to re bless a totem. Just dont be stupid and wait for the Killer to leave.
The Noise that Boons make is not directional so knowing where the Boon is actually located is hard unless the killer is lucky and downs a Survivor near one.
The most simple way to use Coh effectively is, do a Gen that has a totem nearby. Once you finish that Gen, especially a corner Gen, you can bless that totem and it lives forever.
What is killer gonna do?
- Chasing near Gens area to put pressure on multiple survivors and failed because of Coh on the other side of map?
- Find to snuff that Coh and lose a Gen?
Boon problem isnt just the powerful effect it gives (4 Self care + 4 We will make it). The Boon brings the totem game into Survivors' favor, which should be heavily on Killer's favor as before.
-
@Johnny_XMan said:
Personally I don’t like the idea of having to bring a medkit to get a use out of it. It feels too restrictive without taking away the actual issue.
For me, the problem I have as killer is when I snuff it and by the time I turn my back it’s already been re-blessed. I think a better downside would be for the entity to ‘curse’ the totem ( I.E. give it a cool down) once the killer snuffs it. So the survivor (or any other survivor with a boon) cannot re-bless that same specific totem, and they are forced to look for another.
The other thing I would change is the healing speeds based off distance. So if the survivor wants to get the most value out of it they have to be as close as possible to the totem. Otherwise the further away they are from the totem the slower the heal speed.
This way if a killer hears the totem, they aren’t completely punished for snuffing the totem without an idea of where the survivor is.
Entity curse a Boon after killer snuffing it. I feel this 's going to be a Hex perk for Killer in the future. Where Killer can direct turn a Boon into a Hex.

@BreadTube said:
It isn't OP it has multiple downsides I'd like to list:
- Takes 16-24s to bless the totem
- If you're interrupted all progress is lost
- It has a limited range
- The killer gets a very loud indicator you blessed a totem
- It takes the killer 1s to snuff a totem
- You CANNOT protect them
- You can't use it if all the totems have been cleansed or the only totems available are being used for boons you don't like/need
- You still have to heal yourself once you're done, but it can be risky due to the loud indicator, so if a killer is good with totem locations they can figure out where you are.
It already comes with way too many downsides it doesn't need even more to make it useless.
- 1 bless a Boon, other 3 know where his team mate is at that moment.
- Killer snuffs a Boon, 4 survivors know where Killer is at that moment.
- Boon aura can pinpoint location like a map in indoor maps. I was pushed away from a Gen in the Game, then I went back immediately because there is a Boon near my Gen, which pin my Gen location.
- Boon trumps Hex, Hex doesnt trump Boon
- Survivors can destroy Dull to prevent Hex, Killer can not destroy Dull to prevent Boon
- Hex once gone, its gone. Boon can go back, unlimited
- Survivors can destroy Dull to prevent Hex, Killer can not destroy Dull to prevent Boon
- Survivor can recognize a Hex and play around it. Killer doesnt know what is/are the perks in a Boon. And its 4 Boon possible.
- A Hex stand for 1 perk or 4. a Boon stand for 8 perks of 16.
- Killer has zero perk to find totem, Survivors have 3 perks & map.

Except the add-on says it’s only when Victor is “dormant”. If that means only when the killer player is controlling Charlotte then 0.2 seconds is almost never going to make a difference.
Now if the 0.2 second difference was after Victor misses a lunge and a survivor is running up to try and capitalize and kick him then I could maybe see it making a difference sometimes. But not if it only applies while you are controlling Charlotte.
Dormant? Ok I take it back...
-
And suddenly Yui Rin become Nemesis : D
-
The time in this isnt about time saving for Killer to do more stuff, it push the line between finishing the animation to kicking Victor or failed, to Killer's favor. Sometimes 0.2 is enough to make a different. Sometimes...
Same to Pinhead increase Box solving time addon (Yellow +1sec, Green +2sec). It sounds pretty pointless on its own if you think buying 3sec from a Box carrier is nothing. But that 3sec gives Killer 12m of distance of time to M1 survivor with Franklin demise.

This is just about perk & item. Not yet mention the 4x experience & tight coordination SWF.
The best Devs can do is balance Killer between these 2 teams. Which other said why the Right team would beat Killer real hard.
