Until we get to know what these doing well and doing poorly variables are, it looks mega flawed. Until a system like this is in place, we need to get overhauls to things that play drastic changes to each match. With that being: Moris, Keys, maps, perks, addons, and facecamping and tunneling. It’s WAY too easy to find survivors with that. Probably the single best survivor locator in the game. I realize you still have to chase and catch but this solves half the equation with no effort. You can locate survivors once a minute. You can sort of counter by timing hiding in closets but it happens way too often. Only other real counter imo is gen rush, which sucks for solos. Whatever. Today I was playing with a friend, and we joined with 2 other people who also played SWF. It was a game with the doctor, everything was going well. My friend died and I was alone with the other two, and I only needed a hook to die. Suddenly when one of them was in a chase, the killer stopped chasing him and started chasing me. Footsteps, even normal breathing, grunts of pain etc. Everything can be heard even with several meters of distance. The idea of a free escape is SO stupid. I think if you find the hatch before the killer does is fine you know cause it's luck, but just needing an ITEM to escape is really stupid. If you want to escape, work for it or rely on your own luck via hatch. Keys should be GONE! I know that will solely depend on permission from the owners if possible, but seeing particular animatics/lore featuring some licensed killers would be very interesting. Im not pro at this game but I have a pretty decent understanding. I have noticed after Ive been knocked by a killer (after i have been unhooked or unhooked someone else) and my decisive strike perk activates, I hit the skill check perfectly but nothing happens? Just like my " Furtive Chase Usage " discussion... How are you putting this Perk to use? I'm having trouble. I always figured it'd be nice to deny people Sprint Burst when i'm uncloaking so i have an easier time landing the super-lunge, but with the decline of popularity of SB, it's not worth to equip a Perk just for that anymore. Idk about you guys but I feel like there are a lot of underrated killers in this game (as well as some overrated Ones). In my opinion, pig is up there as one of the most underrated. She has an unbuilt game slower, a stealth ability and a semi anti loop. I would also say plague is very underrated as well. I have seen only a select few players use her to her full potential. Two of them took place before Gatekeeper change, and in those matches I would got adept if it was live then. The last one I used an Ivory Mori, which of course might lower my chances of getting adept. Just had a really rough game on Lery’s with a really strong set up (which I am fairly sure was a 3-gen) near the center. Myself and two teammates had been trying to work on the middle gen from the very beginning of the game, and could not get it past roughly 25% progress in spite of the match lasting long enough for doc to get a full 32k and multiple survivors to get over 20k. Has anyone else experienced this since the patch? A friend and I went into custom game to see if the flashlight bug was real (and, omfg, it is, it hurts) and noticed that as killer, we wouldnt always get sound notifications.
