Now, before we get into this, NO, I'm NOT trying to use this thread as a platform to say that toolboxes have been buffed. I just think it's interesting to note that if you try REALLY hard, you can get a toolbox that will solo a gen faster than any of the old ones could have. It takes a lot of effort, but it is possible. I'm probably the only person to have noticed but I've recently watched older dbd videos and couldn't help noticing that certain characters were making noises that I don't ever hear anymore. These characters being Bill, David and Quentin. They all made sounds when getting hit, downed and running around injured that I seem to never hear anymore. Hey, I was just wondering why this happens and if that's a "feature" or a bug. So from some time ago, suddenly the option to right click a friend on steam and then do "Join Game" no longer exists for me. I have no idea why and what's changed. When I played the past few games, I noticed that I had a reload icon in the upper left corner of the game. It was in game, I was getting chased, it looked like Chrome's reload icon and it disappeared after 2 seconds. Never saw it again. Anybody knows what that means? This week I've noticed 3 people attempt to unhook themselves as I am nearby and about to unhook them which I can only find as selfishness. How hard is it to tone down the auto lock on this game? Seriously, it's been an issue for the longest times and I swear the devs just willingly ignore it. I just had a game where I chased a Jane who was unhooking survivors as i was chasing her and she got free unhooks. Why? Holy crap the toxicity of some people has no limits. Just had a match with 3 swf. I was playing hillbilly. I got destroyed, I am not afraid to admit it. Three escaped I then receive a party invite, which i blocked then they proceeded to message me on my gaming Instagram as well as my gf gaming Instagram. After some thorough playtime with him, I believe I've sussed out why I, and likely many others, have found him a frustrating killer to play... Slowdowns. No mither in itself has a huge downfall of never being able to heal. If it was up to me, i would never let the killer see the [broken] status effect on the survivor icon. In the survey about the Rift statisfaction they asked about this and gave us a few options. Some of the ideas were really nice and I am VERY excited to see them in the future! Beeing able to give hooks and survivors items a skin would be awsome too! The description of the item says: "Do not lose the Key on death, lose this add-on instead." I ended up dying on the hook with a purple key with this add-on attached, but when I go back to the lobby, that key AND the weaved ring add-on are gone. Was this intentional or just a bug? So im playing as Demo at rank 1, and im playing pretty poorly. Make some pretty glaring mistakes, and end REALLY behind. At this point I just decide "im getting tilted, I'll just quit and reset for a bit." Why bother continuing to get dumped on if i'm just not hitting my groove. The game is all about being unsanitary: Dirty clothes and blood stains. Lack of washing hands facilities and clean toilets. No proper masks or gloves being given. Close contacts between survivors. No alcohol to clean up surfaces. Well as a main killer and a decent survi i try to think what mechanics could the devs implement in the game to stop the gen rush.
