What was the devs logic (if there was any) behind killers not being able to swap killer if it looks like their current killer wont be able to deal with it. I mean I've had a few times now where in the last 5-10 seconds they all swap to characters with items. Meanwhile I've prepped my Deathslinger to a certain build. I don't understand how people can say "Just take the DS". We would not make such a fuss about a perk if its consequences were not so heavy. Do you even realize how long a 5-second stun is in this game? It feels like 2 years! Just curious, I cannot stand playing surv (especially solo) bc I usually end with about 18,000 bloodpoints, and WGLF stacks are a little difficult to acquire. As killer, however, I get tons of bloodpoints with ease. I feel like if survivors can get better amounts of bloodpoints without having to actually escape (while still trying), that might ease the extreme toxicity tension between roles. Getting better mainly in the "doing gens" department, I notice my games are going faster now. Hell even my soloQ teammates seem a bit better, and while they still can't hold a chase for long they do know when to get on gens. Not really an issue, it's just that I'm having to play a lot sweatier recently on killer, I'm tunneling more and camping more to win. As a killer, your main objective is hook survivors until they die, right? I remember in tutorial, it says hooking survivors gives the highest reward compared to other actions for killer if i'm not wrong. But currently, there are so many things in the game to penalize or discourage the killer for hooking survivors. Welp after playing since 2016, I have finally encountered my first hacker, and on Christmas Day no less lol. I was waiting for some friends to get online so I decided to do my Demogorgon daily, I ended up getting sent to the swamp map and at first it seemed like I had a survivor that was afk, turns out she wanted out of the game because another survivor was doing some form of lag switching. Just give it a try for a few matches. It’s a fun deviation from the usual meta that can work extraordinarily well. Since sound is VERY important in DBD, how about adding a new perk that can help with mind games. After performing a basic attack on a survivor, for the next 15/20/25 seconds your lunge does not make a noise. What do you think? Just a random thought I had. Licensed character sweaters are only available for auric cells and never for shards. Plus, you can unlock cosmetics even if you don't have the character unlocked yet. How? Just How? I see this posted a lot (Mostly by surv mains or "totally rank 1 killer main who thinks unbreakable and DS is a good combo") yet I've never seen anyone actually say why. The best reason ive seen is " X killer/killer perk is OP" or "I had this one game where this bubba camped the whole time" The second one being what seems to be most common as the reason why.
