I mean if you want a token gay character more power to you, I for one am interested in DBD for it's gameplay not the sexuality of mute characters stuck in an endless murder/rebirth cycle for all eternity.
This is the best take. Even if you have every character kneel to me by name if I get bored of the gameplay then that's it.

No matter what system you make, people will get around it.

I think it's the glasses. Without his glasses he looks turbo derp.

It has certainly been interesting seeing so many people come out of the closet and admit their leanings.
-
If 4 Survivors Escape - you lose
If 3 Survivors Escape - you lose
If 2 Survivors Escape - you draw
So if camping that one survivor won't change the outcome (you still lose) why are you not going for other survivors? I've always seen it as a concession.
-
It's like Shelter Woods if it had stronger loops (houses etc) but it's definitely far less survivor sided now. I did manage to run a killer for a few minutes without getting injured but that's not really map dependent.
Those wide sight lines are really good for Myers to get T3, while the old Haddonfield was good in the fenced areas next to houses when he had T3 up. Don't know why you'd have a 4 lane highway next to a kid's playground though. The Entity does not have safety in mind.
-
Just want to confirm the zombies hear Discordance, and if you have a perk that causes a generator explosion (Surge etc) it will attract zombie attention.

I came here when they offered twenty dollars or so in Auric cells to move from the Steam Forums to this one. I did not win the contest.
Since then for the last three going on four years I've just been trolling so I picked 'Social Aspect' though I do give out game tips to people when I'm bored and browsing.
You guys really like me for some reason but I should have been banned years ago.

Looks about right. Good work!

Very few people post pictures of their pets even though I specifically request everyone to share pictures 😡
If you have a pet, I want to see them damn it!!!!
I mean if you insist.

I think it's funny we all like the same kind of pants. I've always preferred agro David.

There isn't going to be better news all day. Thanks for the smile friend.

There's a lot of pallets on the new map. If you pre-drop you can keep a killer occupied for a few minutes without taking a hit.
One thing that rustles my rotors though is in the corner of the map there is a big yellow building that you cannot go into and there's only a pallet spot at the front door. Don't these townsfolk know that if there's a killer on the loose to leave your house open just in case a survivor needs to jump out a window? Sheesh.
-
Went vs. him as solo survivor and purposely played boldly to test him out. Chase music is much better than before, but I didn't feel anything too different. He's still strong against groups of survivors and his chase is still basic 115%. He hasn't thrown a hatchet at me yet so I guess Legion is still Legion.

Thank you everyone for your support and your help, I love to see people chatting and having fun here! Something good came out of this haha, I am not that upset anymore, and i really don't care but in the moment it was a little bit triggering since I've heard this attack several times from EU people and EEUU people as well. Thanks uwu
That's why I funpost. I'm not going to pretend to be a warm or sensitive person because I'm not but just let the past be in the past and have fun in hide 'n' seek super smash bros game.
It gets to the point where you're upset if the killer facecamps you and then you get an afk killer next round and get mad because he won't facecamp you or anyone else. This is just a game of emotions all around.

Try running Kindred, it helps a lot for situations like yours.

What if this is the Dead Hard nerf everyone was waiting for? Personally if I had to pick a character I'd have picked Ace. He seems like the kind of guy that would let his gambling habit take him to odd places, but okay. David had a bad relationship with a woman and decided they weren't for him anymore. Guess we know why he screams like a little girl when he goes down now.
As far as tunneling goes that can make you lose a match and you're not guaranteed to down the person and there's so many people playing you're not likely to face the same survivors again and again unless you have crossplay off maybe so I don't see it being an issue.
-
I never did the achievement where you have to body slam 10 survivors with Victor on them so I can probably just do it with the rift.
-
Myers and Oni. Stare survivors down to get your blood fury. Hit them to get T3. Run a specific purple add on to pull out your club and instantly bash a survivor to death on the spot.

But with bear traps snapping shut instead of clapping.

I'm amazed this perk keeps getting recommended. Even if it worked properly it's still trash. You walk to the other side of the map and you get the gen jockey off the generator and into a chase.
Oh no you walked by the stealth immersion gamer that's going to hide half the game, now she can hide while you're in chase with the gen jockey. Oh no aaaaa
-
Self Care has always been my first choice perk, but it's not meta anymore. Everyone has an opinion on it, but if I decide to self care and someone is on the hook there's always a risk they'll see my aura and try to struggle on first hook because they think I'm not going to come rescue them.
It's all about using it properly. Being injured against a stealth killer is never a good time.
-
I main Trapper but Oni is my backup. Big mixed feelings there.
I guess I'm in the center cube. I'm capricious enough for it so I'll agree with it.
-
Every time I bring a skeleton key I get a P3 Nurse that I offended as a child and she's spent the last five years going through a martial arts training montage to finally face her arch nemesis. They know what I'm going to pull and they ain't havin' any of it.
Soft Nurses are usually a free escape and I don't see them often anymore, but I kinda wish I diiiiiid.
-
Looks about right. Everyone I main is in Chaotic or Evil.
-
Use a boon on it.
-
Honestly I'd expect a survivor perk that allows survivors to break walls with a loud noise notification before I imagine they'd take out the walls.
-
It's kind of hard to explain but "walking forward and being able to get to where you want to go".
Both as Killer and Survivor. I like open maps like the farm maps and older maps because you can glance around and look at generator lights and see what is done and what's not, and you can see where pallets are. This lets you plan things. It sucks when you're either role and you have to guess what's coming up because of 400 walls or god forbid it's Shelter Woods and you just have to deal with the cards you're dealt.
-
I'd use it.

I love the idea of keeping the medkit after!
Do you think it would be just as fair if the syringe didn't destroy the medkit, but it lowered the charges by 8 or something like that?
Honestly I don't know if they could do it, but if you use a Styptic at high end the killer will recognize you just lost your medkit and wait about 10 seconds to down you. I know that from experience. If they could give the syringe an animation/sound and maybe slow you down by 10% while the syringe is in your leg or something that would differentiate it from the Styptic. That'd be worth keeping your medkit for.
-
I like to roleplay that the survivors are just trying to find a way to permanently escape from the trials during downtime and Dwight was like 'is this the way out' and the box said 'lol no. Very much no.'
You figure they have to be running hard enough to leave scratchmarks. For gameplay it looks like a brisk jog but I imagine they're actually scrambling.
-
I'd echo keeping the medkits. The iri medkit add ons aren't super awesome. I usually just toss it on someone I rescue from the hook or if I lose the killer after a chase. It's good obviously, but a green medkit heals you faster than the syringe and if you escape you keep the medkit.
-
"Got the loot?"
"Yeah."
"Okay loop the cops so we can finish these generators."

That might be scarier than my story. My condolences friend.

You generally want to break most pallets. Just because you didn't need to break it during this chase doesn't mean it won't be used against you in the following chase through the area.
I have a strong tendency to abandon a chase after breaking a pallet or two so the area is a lot more unsafe, but if they're running to a dead zone I'll down them. Suddenly an area with 6 pallets quickly becomes 2 pallets and there are now 4 deadzones.
Against stronger survivors you'll probably want to use your ability to close the gap but for most 115% killers that's a steady strategy.
-
A lot would be fixed if instead of chains interrupting a channel, you should just get the chains stuck in you like when you're opening the exit gate. The rest would be fixed if the box didn't make you drop your item.
Oh look there is the devour hope totem and he's one shotting people but I can't cleanse the totem no sir gotta solve that box do ho ho ho great. Hope one of my fellow solo survivors can find the totem and cleanse it during the brief period between me grabbing the box and insidious pinhead body slamming me because he's a cheeky boi. (Based on a true story.)
-
Give him Dwight's default outfit - the one with the white shirt and black/red tie.
-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tg2PD-dwsIw
Now they can finally play the game.
-
I'd like it if you didn't need to drop your item to get it, but it seems pretty cool to me. High risk high reward.
-
I'd have it seal all vaults permanently unless a survivor completes a five second action to remove the rubble from each individual vault.
-
People, especially native speakers, don't like to hire professional authors or writers for their skills because you have to get over that mental roadblock of "I may not know how to communicate in the only language I know." For some just getting the meaning across is enough.
There is definitely an art to language because it is derived from a tribe's history and built over the generations, but iirc the creators of this game are native in French so they just may not be concerned about English. It's kind of a hand off project for them.

Canadian geese is the name for them outside of the country. In Canada they're known by the proper terminology for them; murder chickens.
What a great export!
-
Lethal Pursuer is hot garbage. Just run to the opposite side of where you start the trial and you WILL run into a survivor. You might be able to get a cheeky hit on a survivor standing still because he wasn't loaded into the map yet but that's kinda rude.
Heck I have all the DLC and my lineup is still base game perks 90% of the time. I just have a really bloated bloodweb.

there are canada geese in the lockers there bud
It keeps chasing me and I don't know what to do.
WHAT DO I DO? I'm hitting Tier 4 madness.
-
I've died so many times because Iron Maiden revealed my location. It's such a cruel perk, made for the Canadian killer.
Why maple syrup land, why?
-
Pinhead with totems is pretty obnoxious, and if a chain hunt occurs a lot of players don't know how to do the box without getting interrupted, which leads to Pinhead having time to find them and chain hunt again.
Pinhead forces chases, and he forces you to put down your items to play with his companion cube. Even if you're middling in chase 70% of the work is done for you. He does have one of the best Mori's in the game but a lot of his games feel like cheese so whatever.
Normally I bind survivors at loops with low walls and force them to either drop the unsafe pallet or run to a new loop. I don't find it worth the effort to do it often but survivor side if they land then you can feel it slow you down.
I still use Franklins/Hoarder/Hex: Retribution and Hex: Plaything just because combined with the chain hunts it gets stupid but pretty much anything works on him. For the amount of effort you put into it, you get a lot in return playing Pinhead.
-
Classic or P3 would probably be my guess. Out in the field I've never really felt it mattered a whole lot unless the ghostface is wearing ice blue (but to be fair it looks cool).
-
I get a ridiculous amount of Blight's and Nurses. Fortunately it usually comes with a team that can handle them. Here I am down in front of the exit gates hoping I can make this one fat finger the pickup and open the exit gates for us.
I've heard this game has other killers but I only see them when I play them.

You should be required to chat with people in the lobby for at least five messages before you're allowed to queue up again and there should be an open chat room in the lobby like the old Diablo 2 Battle net chatroom we had that was reminiscent of old AOL chatrooms.
It also needs a gem in the bottom middle so that when you click it, it changes color.
