Nothing but console users. Lobby after lobby after lobby of console users with f tier ping causing the game to bug out and hit detection to be wildly unfair for me! as the killer at 20 ping. The ability to turn cross play off is a placebo. I'm just scrolling up and down the forums and I'm seeing posts complaining about Deadhard and I'm sitting here like you players have to be new to this game to be complaining about deadhard 😂. First off deadhard isn't even that great of a perk because dedicated servers destroyed what it use to be. I can't tell you how many times I've been exhausted hit on the ground. One full game, beginning to end, is more fun and chill playing as survivor. One full game, beginning to end, is more stressful but satisfying and rewarding playing killer. I just played against one and I chased him around the map for about 20 secs as he was heading straight to a completed gen, I was less than 10m behind him for most part yet didn't break him out of NS. Ahh, remember when this chapter was released with no PTB and out of nowhere, good times. Anyways after the MOM nerf this paragraph has nothing else to offer, all 3 perks are outclassed and current MOM takes way too much work to trigger (which is understandable) not sure why it still has the downside, no point really. I saw a similar thread talking about killers with no limit on their power, it got me thinking about the survivor side and what it would be like if they didn't have any limits on their perks. I picked the game up in 2016. The first killer I played was Nurse. I realized I should play a bit more killer before playing her. After like 20 killer hours when I already started to get 2ks in all matches, I went back to Nurse. Played her untill she got level 15. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't really care about bugs so much. Yeah sure, I can't stand the hitboxes but I wouldn't really call that a bug. I've heard about many bugs and there are apparently new bugs in every update and patch. I've also seen many on videos, like weird animations, and I've stumbled on a few bugs myself. If a killer had no cooldown, no limit to how long they can use their power for, who would be the strongest? They still suffer from regular cooldowns such as hitting survivors or missing them with their power but have unlimited duration of their powers. I understand the logic of teaming with a killer before hand. I don’t agree with it but I understand it. But in the middle of the game? I had a person constantly trying to make noise to get the killer’s attention and pointing in my direction today. This is not about DLC characters, if I understand licencing correctly they have to pay outright for it and recoup the money after. My issue is for the original characters, now for the survivors, it's not so bad because they're templates for your build, I'm not a big fan of the shrine but unless you're into roleplaying your character you can slow just get all the perks on one survivor. Pyramid head is not OP, he is definitely manageable and you can win against him just as any other killer. He is definitely fun to play and unique. Although many people don't know what to do when playing against him. What people hate about him: His punishment of the dammed attack, and the effect of his cages. So I personally play survivors because of the way they look / their lore. I don’t play them because of their unique perks, but whenever I’m Laurie people assume I have DS (I don’t) and when I’m David they assume I have Dead Hard (I don’t) and so forth and so on.
