Power Struggle/Flip Flop
Does this carry over after you’ve been brought back from the dying state? If not, how can this combination result in instant pallet drops?

No your progress doesn't carry over when you are brought back from the dying state. While in the dying state and you get picked up it transfers over due to Flip flop at a conversion rate of 50%.
Any chance you were a bubba on ormond?
No, I saw this maneuver on a YouTube video, and am wondering how it is achieved.
You get downed and crawl to a pallet. You then have to hope that the killer gets distracted or decides to slug so that you can heal up in the dying state. When/If you get picked up, drop the pallet on him.
My attempts at this has failed more than succeed.
It's the most successful when you have teammates with flashlights because the killer will almost always take time to make sure you aren't about to be flashlight saved if they know they're in the trial
I saw this happen a few days ago, a laurie had this combo and repeatedly attempted to deny the killer hooks and protect teammates.
Eventually the killer got so pissed off, they laid Laurie on the floor when they finally got downed, and chased after me. Meanwhile she was crawling to the pallet waiting to be picked up and when she did? BOOM. slammed.
I've actually had some luck with a full build based around the idea. Tenacity, Unbreakable, Power Struggle, and Flip-Flop.
