So after playing killer tonight and getting robbed of hits due to those annoying mini-lag spikes while in a chase, I decided to turn off Cross-play to see if it would help because I noticed it always happened during a chase with someone on console (I am on PC). Killer players are playing their game. They will play like how they wanna. They will play with any perk they wanna. If they are not cheating or not doing anything againts game rules, you can not judge them. Some killer tactics and perks can be annoying for survivors. And i am not saying this is fun for survivors. I'm not sure what's happening here. I got a QHD screen so I wanted to see how many fps I was getting in 2K. The overlay is only working on my desktop now and when I alt tab to the game I can't see it anymore. Also doing ALT+Z, it now says filters are not supported by the game anymore? How do you prevent yourself from becoming tilted by the sound of tinkerer procs going off? Its a seemingly strong perk, but lately its just been so annoying listening to tinkerer going off at 2-3 different spots within seconds of each other. Whats up, not really a complaint post per se, more of a legit question. I understand the mentality of "rank doesn't mean anything" but its also something to grind for when there is nothing else going on. It's been an a real influx during this event of killers either AFK'ing, facing a corner as Wraith or just straight camping hooks while staring at whoever the unlucky person is this game. There are even two unused directional buttons on console for new emotes. We've been wanting and asking for new emotes for, at the very least, three ######### years. It could very well help the solo queue experience, having a bit more communication beyond "point" and "beckon." There have been ideas floating around for having speech bubble-like prompts. After I died I spectated the match. The person I was watching DC'ed when he was on his last hook. Then when I cycled between the other 2 living survivors, it pictured as you can see here. When there are like 2 or 3 cakes, a killer wants to farm so you get around 100-120k points after the match. When there are like 4-5 cakes, every killer in a match like that tryhards so hard that you might not even get 100k points for 4-5 cakes. The first 2 minutes of the game are incredibly stressful and the spawns don't help. If you ever use lethal pusuer you'll see things like 3-4 survivors spawning at 3-4 different gens and or LIT totems. So immediately that hex ruin is gone in 10 seconds across the map and 3 survivors have got 3 gens at 50% progress before you even slowly run all the way over to the gen. So there i am, playing Nemesis with BBQ + Undying + Ruin + Lethal Pursuer. Game starts, and what do i see on the opposite end of the map? all 4 survivors completely split up, 2 of them spawned on top of 2 different gens, 2 of them spawned on each of the 2 different hex totems. When the penalty is active again; Can devs look into extending the penalty for players that disconnect within a timed window of specific events. Primary example being Survivors that rage quit after a down. I get that connection problems happen, but Im highly doubtful that it happens so conveniently when the opposition gains the upper hand. To me the base objective is to repair gens then open the gates and leave. It's just too simple and dull. So I've put more strategy into both. It might sound unfair or not right at first so just read the whole thing. The first major change is the gens. Each gen has a mark at 25%, 50%, 75%, and done. For me huntress is the scariest since her humming is chilling, and that fact that distance cannot save me is quite scary. I gone up against some huntresses that have gotten some hits on from far away. No other killer can do that. I know myers is quite scary to, and all the other stealth killers. I think her power would be a bit more balanced if the survivors could hear her footsteps a bit louder and her... moaning?... while she's phasing. And that the survivors would be given the same audio sound when her power is fully recharged again, just like she does. On various maps, especially on Coldwind Farm and Mac Millain you have sometimes an entire corner without a hook. This is just increadably frustrating if you down a survivor, especially if its the first one and you cant even hook him. Guys, all I want is kindred on David and yet somehow the bloodweb refuses to give it to me. It never shows up, I'm at the cap but I don't want to prestige because then I need to start over again.
