It took them over 2 years for the first step towards SWF balance, there is a long way to go though.....
I mean the BNP and exhaustion nerf (because no more double SB's means less bullying) took the first 2 steps towards SWF balance, to be fair.

I thank the devs for all the killer buffs they've given. I now play both killer and survivor equally (from a survivor main) and I love Spirit. She's the best and most fun killer for me. Nurse is stronger but nowhere near as well made.

Hitbox. Seriously they need fixes desperately.

This is the wrong mentality. The clear issue here is Legion (which is indeed an issue).
Why not fix the issue at it's root instead of breaking perk-balance, build-variety and all games where the Legion is not present?
When a child breaks their left leg, you don't break their right leg to "even things out".
Instead you repair their left leg.
This is kind of what people need to start learning.
Legion should not have gone live in the first place. He is the first killer with no counter play to them. The issue is so huge I doubt they would be able to fix it. Its not a broken leg it is a missing leg.
Spirit has no counterplay. But she's quite balanced in comparison to Legion right now.

Spirits Amulet built in 100%. Her base is quite weak.
Also Hags green trapping range addon built in.
Both of them would have viable bases.

If you still don't understand survivor main rules then try ACTUALLY maining survivor for 6 months. 100% if you still don't make your own rules, you're doing something wrong.

There's no need to remove the only way the Doctor has to keep a bit of pressure on the survivors.
But, of course, you're powerbats, so I don't expect you to understand what I'm saying and come up with a valid counter-argument. I'm curious though, how does Sloppy help with the problem explained up above?
It's not necessarily about Self care being overpowered, it's about the fact that a team all with Self Care have no more incentive to heal each other, since they would only waste loads of time. Which means self Care would be pretty much a must. Not only does it allow you to not rely on team mates to heal you, but it now also buys your team time, which is ridiculous. In fact, it's the 4 man swf teams that will benefit from this the most, since they can all arrange via voice comms that everyone uses Self Care, not having to waste time healing each other anymore, since healing yourself is only 25% of the normal speed now. If only one survivor does not use Self Care, than that survivor team will waste a lot of time healing that survivor whenever he is injured. Do you get what I mean with that? It would be awful. You got a fair point. I don't run SC myself and I think this change will hurt me a lot. I might run it if the change comes through but with all the killers crying and survivors being surprisingly quiet, I won't expect it to come through. Although the last time killers cried about a change (Borrowed time) the survivors were right about it changing nothing with the perk (:p). So I think the devs will do what they want.
But yeah this change needs to come through imo because Legion right now is ridiculously broken with those buffs. If he had some actual counterplay I'd be against the buff myself. Killer mains who don't play survivor won't understand this.
If you play survivor, can you give me your honest opinion on what the hell you think about Legion? I think he's overpowered.

@Poweas Ehh, I run into survivors with DS every once in awhile because I mostly get potato Survivors but I’ve had a few experiences where I would down someone at the exit gate because they decided to stay back and teabag and they would just DS out.
It pisses me off because that was a fair kill.

With Moniter and abuse and a Nurses calling, he's close to unstoppable. And this is the core problem. The new SC makes healing 20 seconds because survivors need some chance to heal up before he gets them down in 3 hits. With 32 seconds and something close to 40 with Sloppy (these are the old values), that gives him far too much time to track you down and stab you.
Stop moaning. Survivor mains need this to help against Legion. Killer mains normally find a way around this without crying which is why I respect killer mains so much I mean the OG's managed to somehow 4 man with the PALLET VACUUM?! ######### and they used to manage it when playing killers like Myers or the old Hag. They always deal with nerfs. Take the BT change for example, it's not even an issue for killers atm they still do well.
I play both sides and quite frankly, I don't care that SC got buffed, it still slows down other healing.
And what if it isn't Legion? How come Survivors get answers to specific a Killer that also destroy the rest of the Killer roster. For example, when do Killers get a perk that let's them always move 25% faster to help counter the off chance a Survivor is using Sprint Burst?
Edit:Mobile autocorrect is balls
If it isn't Legion then it still doesn't make as much as a difference as you think it will. Just watch you'll not notice a difference. I'm taking the fact that they're doing this as a sign that in the upcoming updates, the devs will be adding something else to delay the game since healing does that right now but lots of people don't heal anymore.

I have similar experiences when camping. NOED pops, 4 survivors remain, I hook 1 with insta-down,, I camp, 3 flock to the hook like moths to a flame, I insta down one, the other two keep trying to pull me off hook...I insta down the 3rd and chase the 4th until I down him/her. Then I get "called out" for camping lol.I love it when survivors get outplayed and they turn a 4scape into a 4k.
Who tf camps when using NOED. Just use Bloodwarden with NOED and you can turn it into a proper 4k.
Camping is OK after gates are open but camping with NOED means 1 of 2 things:
1) You're super salty that they ran you.
2) You must be really desperate for that kill.
But yeah I'd recommend running BW if u run NOED. Remember me is a good option too.

You and several others asked for this. The answer will possibly still be no. Since if this becomes a thing, killers will know you have it and will stick right in front of you until you use it, or you are on second hook. That's just the way it is.If a killer (other than a leaderface with chainsaw charging) is in front of me, I will use deadhard + DS to escape if possible, it is not that much difficult if hatch or open gates are nearby
so the weakest killer (leatherface) becomes the strongest just for that situationn lol
LOLOLOLOLOL LEATHERFACE IS WAY STRONGER THAN FREDDY.

They seriously don't. If killers have problems with pallets, play Nurse, Clown, Spirit, Hag, Wraith or Pig (her buff lets her counter loops now). That is 6 killers who can shut down loops effortlessly. And there's killers like Billy and Myers who can mindgame loops very well.

Not arguing against your experience, but here is what I would suggest as it works for me.
Legions whole advantage is in chase, the best counter to what most are calling "anti-chase" is stealth. I've had several games where legion either could not locate or track after spotting me. Los breakers are best for slipping away and back tracking to prevent a trail. Spotting your trail also work pretty well especially if there are lots of trees to use for cover. If chase is to much, prevent it to the best of your ability. Sprinting away isn't gonna save you in every situation.
You can't hide when he hits a teammate who was near u like an idiot. (The teammate is an idiot)
It’s not like the “idiot” teammate can do anything against Legion spamming M1 to get a hit.
Yup he 100% needs counterplay. He might be broken after this patch.

Oh that's cute you're trying to twist my words. Firstly, I'm not a killer main I play a lot more survivor and some killer. I just rank up faster as killer because it's easy to double pip as my main (Spirit). Secondly, I never said that lower ranks face more competent killers, I said that you're not facing them in your examples. There's a lot of competent killers at rank 1 and some that aren't. You're facing the ones that aren't and you're only mentioning them. I never said dead hard won't work against good killers. I said it will but I forgot to mention it only works ONCE. You are obviously twisting my words. So you haven't got this 'right' you've got it all wrong, son. I'm pretty sure you're one of those players who shouldn't be in rank 1. I shouldn't be in rank 5-6 (as both sides) myself. I should be rank 10. You sound like you should be rank 15 or 16. You're definitely a new player too if you think that everyone who thinks Dead hard is considered bad by killer mains. You're acting like an entitled survivor main. I'm sure you aren't but you're acting like one.
I've hit rank 1 pretty much every season since launch, and had legacy prestige 3 on multiple characters until my save file was lost. I do have the achievements with the right dates to prove that, if you have doubts. It's nice of you to say that I sound like a rank 15 survivor though, I used to really love going back there every rank reset before they changed how resets work.
Also, I'm not twisting your words at all. You decided to go on about how bad DH is compared to every other exhaustion perk, but it's actually awesome. You also don't seem to realize that rank 1 survivors don't actually even need exhaustion perks. In fact, multiple killers have add ons that cause exhaustion, negating DH and other exhaustion perks entirely. Huntress, Freddy, and Doctor, for instance. What do you do when your BL doesn't proc? Get hooked? Good plan, I guess. Saying that I haven't played against good killers is laughable as well. I've played against Marth88 multiple times and won most of the time. I know he's not the best killer, but he is sort of the darling killer of the killer community.
Further, to say DH only works once shows that you lack a basic understanding of the perk. It still comes in handy to reach the next vault/pallet safely after the killer knows you have it, and if you're going to that vault/pallet even the best killers will swing in the hopes of ending the chase before the vault. You can use that knowledge to fake the vault and hit DH. It's a simple mindgame, which you'd understand if you were a decent survivor or killer. DH is really good, but it requires an understanding of the perk, excellent timing, and situational awareness.
Finally, if you run a certain killer for 'teh ez double pips,' then you're clearly not rank 1. There are no pips at rank 1 and there haven't been for some time now. Double pipping at rank 1 is just a feelsbadman moment because it's literally meaningless.
Why are you still going on about this? #########. Let me make this simple. Dead hard does work in those situations you mentioned i.e getting to a vault and yes you're right about that my bad. Also if balanced landing doesn't give the Sprint burst, it still works pretty well believe me. On maps like the Asylum, it's really good for looping with/without balanced. I am rank 1 as killer and survivor right now but I just wanted the achievement :P so I played a ######### ton of Nurse (had 1 awesome game where I made a mental comeback). From now on on, I'm going back to playing for fun though rather then in a competitive way.
I don't consider Dead hard strong compared to Exhaustion perks like SB and Balanced landing because SB negates almost every killers power (including Nurse, Spirit, Billy, Wraith and Clown because the slow gets countered) and Balanced opens up so much loops for you. Problem is that DH doesn't feel as reliable as SB or Balanced for me. I play without self care now and I should be running balanced since I spend about 60% of my game injured, doing gens but it's not reliable enough.
Idk though you're probably right, I've forgot about the fact it can help you reach stuff but in my opinion, I think it's not as versatile as SB or balanced. If they go through with the 2.5.0 patch, I'm going to probably stop using any exhaustion perk anyway so I don't care much about which is strongest anymore.

That change to vaulting where you needed 2.5m instead of 1 was not asked for by ANYONE, nobody cared about the vaults and nobody wanted that to happen. Survivors did not need that nerf and rightfully complained. The devs must have realised the mistake (ty devs you rock). I hoped the devs would have undone it but this new buff seems fine.
