  • He's not.

  • I think both had flaws. The problem is that the hallowed blight led to a lot of farming and suicide, whereas this event really doesn't reward the killer at all for participating.
  • I remember one night I was playing SWF after Freddy got released I would loudly complain about how Freddy was OP and I would DC if the killer played as him. It was fun to see how many people I could get to leave a lobby before the random just didn't care or didn't look at the chat.

Can i something regarding yours Dull Key? Cause rest of the things you did change look cool:

Dull Key - use time 15 seconds. Very Rare Rarity. If the key was used to open a hatch, the hatch will stay open for 5 seconds until it closes. If any other survivor jumps into the hatch during the period the timer resets.

Sure thing. I like that idea. Makes it a little bit better for the team, not just the individual survivor.
  • The problem isn't that I can't down them, but that I can't get 12 hooks in 4 minutes. Therefore, I use NOED. Specifically when I play clown, Freddy, or LF that don't have good map pressure.
  • Green keys now have twice as much use time (30 seconds) and if found in a chest, will always spawn with the one random aura reading add-on. Is now uncommom rarity.

Dull Key - Now only opens the hatch for the survivor who uses it on the hatch. After the animation plays, the hatch will immediately slam shut. Now rare rarity.

Skeleton Key - +15 seconda of use time, now very rare rarity. Opens the hatch for one minute, but prevents any progress on generators and gates while the hatch is open articifically.

Cypress Mori - Changed to allow you to kill any survivor regardless of hook states, only when the exit gates are powered. Now rare rarity.

Ivory Mori - Now allows you to kill two survivors, the first after one hook, the second after two.

Ebony Mori - Functions similarly, however the one hook requirement is removed once the gates are powered, essentially making it a combination of the two add-ons. So it allows you to kill two survivors before the gates are powered, one with one hook, the other with two, and allows you to kill anyone still in the trial when the gates are powered.

No, its not reportable, and no, there's nothing you can do about it other than kill those survivors too. I usually run BT if I plan to do risky unhooks with WGFarmF but unfortunately not many return the courtesy.
It is reportable. I believe it falls under the troll face category (forgot the name) which counts it as griefing.
Nope. Griefing includes taking tbe game hostage to intentionally force a DC, working with the killer in order to kill other survivors, or body blocking someone permanently (once again, so they can't DC). Unhooking survivors isn't a bannable offense.

IF you believe and can prove that the survivor and killer were intentionally working together. (Like if they're friends on steam and are clearly teaming) then you can report that. But not just being an #########.
  • No, its not reportable, and no, there's nothing you can do about it other than kill those survivors too. I usually run BT if I plan to do risky unhooks with WGFarmF but unfortunately not many return the courtesy.
  • That map is Sheltered woods, no its never had a hill.

Leader and prove thyself intentionally no longer stack with the buffs they just received.

The bar being red is purely visual.
  • Or just increase the percent on the every survivor bonus so that hooking everyone once plus one kill will net you silver.
  • If thats scummy, nothing. They're helping me. I let them go.
  • With the healing changes and sloppy butcher buff, perks like DS are much more problematic to the balance of the game than selfcare.
  • She has a rat face. Wouldn't smash that even if there was a bag over her head.
  • Don't get me wrong, urban evasion was one lf my favorite perk ideas when it was released. It needed one of two buffs, either working while injured, or being much more powerful. Unfortunately they did buff so yeah, I think it is kinda sweaty. Especially when its a bunch of people running Claudettes sweaty clothes. No wonder he kept losing people.
  • We really could use someome with blone hair and blue eyes. Been waiting for some representation forever in this game.
  • Then you have seven people on gens and a short chase won't be nearly as consequential as having double the gen output and none of the map pressure. Its not an issue.
  • I can see why you feel that way, but admitting it only encourages people to DC because their goal is to satisfy their own ego by "ruining" the killers game. So I wouldn't gk around admitting it.
  • Every time you get a match you earn a certain amount of xp based on your time spent inside the match and whether or not its the first game of the day for both survivor and killer. This is added up by the big yellow circle in the after game menu. Every time you get enough XP to fill the circle, or "level up," you earn a set amount of iridescent shards. It starts off at 75 I believe and goes up to 300 per level once you get higher. Once you reach level 100, you reset to level 1 and you get one devotion level, which is green and displayed under your current level. Devotion level is purely statistical and does not offer and benefits besides resetting your level so you can continue to earn iridescent shards.
  • Can't say I blame you. I just switch to doctor when I see squadettes.
  • I really like this idea, but I can see it become confusing for new players to identify and learn about which hooks cause which effects, especially when under the pressure of a survivor wiggling on their shoulder. For this I propose two solutions.

    1. In addition to the survivors receiving the debuff in the red circle to the left of the hud along with the name of the status effect, killers will receive one in yellow.

    2. The tutorial should be updated to explain the new mechanic in addition to allowing new killer players to see the effects of each one.
  • I like this idea just because I want to vent frustration by continuously punching pallets.
  • This add-on combo is probably singlehandly the nost fun add-on combo in the game to date. I love using it.

Maybe don't tunnel the injured guy when you have 3 stacks of Devour or NOED. Go after someone that's full health then you get some benefit from it.

As a No Mither player it's my job to sponge your one shots. If you chase me when you have NOED then that's your mistake.

So you’re saying you should stop chasing someone because you have an insta-down M1, and try to find a healthy Survivor instead. Are you kidding.

Yes if you don't want it to proc on the injured guy then chase someone else. Otherwise accept that you will give away that you have a one shot on someone that's already one shot. Like I said, NM guy is there to sponge your one shots. If you waste your first hit on me that's YOUR mistake.

You act like the Killer has a limited amount of M1 attacks. You can’t “waste” a hit. Any down is a benefit to the Killer.

Oh no? You're Myers, tier 3. Chasing someone at full health. You swing, but then me, the NM guy, jumps out and sponges the hit. The healthy guy gets away. You are forced to take my hook because I'm NM guy. You hook me, your tier 3 expires. You effectively wasted your one shot.

You have NOED. You are chasing me, NM guy, at the end of the trial. Last gen pops then you hit me. Now everyone knows you have NOED and you wasted the surprise on the guy that was already 1 hit. You would have been better off with probably any other perk.

You have MYC. But me, the NM guy, rushes hooks and eats your MYC. You never get a one shot on anyone because the guy that's permanently one shot sponged it.

You have Haunted Grounds. Chasing me, NM guy. It procs mid-chase. You catch me and are forced to take my hook right away or lose it (because I get up and don't leave blood for you to find me if you slug). By the time you find the next guy, HG is gone. WASTED.

You can definitely waste a hit if it's supposed to be a one shot. Killers NEVER realize this about NM guy, but it can seriously screw you over if you have a one shot and never get to use it on anyone. NM guy is always one shot, so your NOED/MYC/HG/EW tier 3 is irrelevant.

I think that's a REALLY small price to pay to have som1 that is a one shot the entire game
In either case its NOT the entire game though. Its even shorter when the notification pops up prematurely for hitting an injured survivor.
  • Favorite map - Coal tower

Best survivor map - Rancid Abbatoir

Best killer map - Both Crotus Prenn maps.
  • I like the idea, minus the additional cleansing speed. The noise reduction sounds like a great buff though.
  • Maybe don't tunnel the injured guy when you have 3 stacks of Devour or NOED. Go after someone that's full health then you get some benefit from it.

As a No Mither player it's my job to sponge your one shots. If you chase me when you have NOED then that's your mistake.

I was playing as legion and one of them played it smart and stayed injured, he was who I happened to find. Try again.
  • Okay, its a waste of time to do so, just because survivors already know that noed and dh are in play when suddenly somebody goes down in one hit and no chainsaw is to be heard

That's. Why. I. Specified. For. Injured. Survivors.
  • Git gut and stop using noed
Just an FYI Radient, I was using devour hope. I included NOED because it functions similarly and the change would be a mechanical one not a perk specific one.
  • It's just a good strategy so they do it. I didn't think it's very fun either, but I usually don't have a problem with going around once so they aren't just sitting there. Its when they try squeezing every loop out of every pallet possible that it gets frustrating for me.
  • Yeah I get that too sometimes. Doing well as killer really is just incredibly stressful, to the point where I start shaking and laughing at everything. Sometimes you just have to switch to survivor and destress for a while, usually works for me.
  • On the bright side you get to enjoy the snow on your walk around the map.
  • Make it so the map reveals the auras to all survivors by default.

    Boom, useful item.
  • I would enjoy playing inside a factory. Think the ironworks and the boiler room mix and take up the whole map.
  • Just pointing out that Dwight only has his original one purple skin from when rhe clown was RELEASED. He has a lot of cosmetics, but they're also just crappy rare and uncommon as opposed to have some sick slick skins. Dwighty Boi wants some love.
  • I totally agree, but they should make it a "teachable perk slot" where you can use one of the perks that character has. With Dwight finally getting a rework, every character should have a decent perk to take in that spot.
  • The devs suggest adding Kindred to the "base kit" and now every other day there's a new topic about making some perk, like friggin NOED, part of it. No, it's not necessary. Just earn your Moris like intended.
Actually one of the main points the OP stated was getting them off the bloodweb. I don't want to earn them, because I don't want them AT ALL. They're worthless as an offering because there is zero prediction about whether or not you'll be in a situation to mori the last survivor. So either just remove the offeringoffering entirely so I stop having to waste it buying through my blood points or make the mechanic base. Literally not earning them is the whole point because nobody wants them.
  • Leader does not but prove thyself now does.
  • No, that's not balance.

Kill the legion, got it. You are aware that each succesive feral frenzy hit not only gives you the fatigue rebuff, but simultaneously gives the survivor the hit speed buff?

Nerf Frank's mixtape, as opposed to increasing the base requirement to 5-6 hits and making a very rare add-on pretty much required.

There's a certain point where he can be frustrating to play against, that doesn't mean you make him miserable to play as at the same time.

Let's not go down the Freddy path again.
  • Man. I wish I were still at 500 hours. I'm getting ready to break 1,700.
  • More fun on leatherface tbh.
  • If you need help getting chainsaw hits against the tricky survivors who are juking you, use shadowborn. It makes a world of difference for that close up chainsaw action. M&A has some applications, but since it doesn't make your screen quite as wide and only outside if a chase, shadowborn definitely has my vote.
  • Add NOED for blood hound. You need more power from that slot.
  • Lag switching is where you finish repairing a generator only to find youraelf frozen in place for 30 seconds and then your game updates to all of you being in the hook. Lag switching is not lag that makes you lose a chase.
  • Like has been stated, you did provoke him.

    OP: Antagonizes killer.

    Killer: Responds in like manner.

    *insert surprised pikachu meme here.*
  • I noticed as well. Quite frankly though, its the same situation with the emblem penalty for proximity or survivor heals, its statistically insignificant.
  • It is an incredibly good perk. Super underrated. When I play killer its usually easy to tell who has it. It makes a huge difference.
  • Nea is a solid 10 but she just needs less trashy clothing and odd style choices.
Clothes won't fix her rat face.
