It's been a while since i've been rank 1 survivor, but i wanted to get there to get away from idiot team mates in the low rank. To my horror i get to the red ranks to find the same stupid team mates, hiding in lockers all game, not doing gens, not taking agro, not saving anyone, but even worse, were the face campers. Like today out of the 6 games i've played so far, 4 killers have face camped before the exit gates are powered. One of these to be fair, the team was very altruistic and gave the killer plenty of reason to hang around the hook, but in the other 3, the killer was just standing in front of the hook, not protecting gens, not chasing anyone he saw come nearby, just waiting for us to save the poor guy being face camped so he could hit him as he's pulled off the hook. Sure, every just does gens and then you usually get a 3 or 2 man escape blag blah blah. I'm so fed up of people saying just do gens to counter hard campers, when in reality, sure it usually ends up in 2 kills and 2 escapes, everyone's happy right? Wrong. The killer had a boring game standing in front of the hook, 2 survivors had a boring game being hooked and sitting afk, waiting to die, and the other 2 did gens all game. People justifying it as a strat doesn't make it any more fun for either side. I fully understand if it's justified, but so often it's not and it's just plain boring.Seems like u are pretty lucky! I find it extremely rare to get facecamped nowdays, since survivors can unhook from any side, facecamping became more of a "hummiliation" act and less of a powerful tool to defend the hook. You cant be that lucky forever, just die and move on...

I gave up on the waiting, now i play as "survivor" and try to kill loopers and other ppl who i see trying to bully the killer.

Now you may ask even though its really obvious, "Why would NOED be for noobs if its such a good perk? People use DS all the time and that's also a really good perk." Yes those two perks are indeed good, but they're trash when you look at what makes players good and bad from an outside perspective. For example: A killer that downs 3 people at the end with NOED doesn't make them a good player, it just means that can't do it normally without the perk.
Players that actually assume they're good because of this baffles my mind, because it doesn't make you good... It makes you look even worse than if you lost the match to a 4 man escape. Of course you'll get some hooks at the end and or sacrifices... the other team wants to save the hooked survivor, but will usually get one shot by your NOED.
Now you may be thinking right about now "You're just salty kid, if its in the game i'm going to use it... GG EZ" And you're right, it is in the game and you have full right to use it... it just means that if you do you're garbage, and as such should be treated accordingly. The same goes for DS, if the only way for you to get out of a chase is with DS... then you need to start working on those chases my dude, cause that didn't demonstrate any skill what so ever. It in fact showed you have a lack of skill.
This perk only exists to make casual players and noobs feel better that they got demolished at the start but got a 2k at the end cause of NOED. These same players probably main Leatherface, but that's another story. And yes, i'm aware some players CAN play without these perks, they just choose to because its toxic... what i'm talking about are players that really NEED it in order to actually make any progress in a match.
[TL;DR]: You have zero skill if you regularly use NOED to win matches at the end. Try not using it for once and tell me how it goes in the comments. If it goes well then you're on your way to not being a noob.
[EDIT]: I forgot to mention that killers that are at the bottom of the tier list like The Clown and Freddy actually have a reason to use NOED. For what i'm talking about here is like for example putting NOED on Nurse or Hillbilly, two killers that CLEARLY don't need it.

The problem is that this guy doesnt have his own screenshot using legacy, which were used as proof for my previous legacy hackers report in the past, i hope some mod appears here so we can talk about that.

He was on my lobby, but left with his friends after 5 minutes of waiting. I still has his steam profile and screenshot from the lobby and more proof.

This is BS, TOXIC CWFs already noticed that too, now they just stand in front of the pallet and vault over it whenever i try to follow them!

I've gone several chases like this without swinging once, the survivor caught out in the open, only for them to juke me repeatedly until I lose them entirely or have to give up because the gens are nearly done. I'm sure a large part of it is a frames issue, but to be honest there's no aspect of console performance that isn't ######### so I don't know what exactly can be done to address this specific problem. Just here to vent my frustration in large part, and maybe to ask if anyone knows a way to help counteract this problem in-game somehow.G I T

Would be a perfect perk if there wasnt maps such as rotten fields which has almost no crows in the middle of the map. Whispers is more reliable at the moment.

Hmm interesting. Personally I would rate Clown mid tier, maybe even mid-high tier. His map pressure is probably the worst out of all killers, but in my opinion he is really strong against loops. I mean the thing is of course survivors can just wait at pallets, but that would mean they'd be wasting a lot of pallets very fast. if you try to loop the clown though, chances are very high you'll get hit by him.
He is on the top of low tiers meaning that he is almost a mid tier, however, with luck The Pig can delay the game and also guarantee kills on the late game and The Doctor can find survivors very easily, prevent some loops and delay the game a bit, he is also much better with addons.
The list is based on a killer being played the best he can against Rank 1 survivors who all know how to play and counter each killer very well, no addons nor offerings were used, only the best perk builds for the specific killer.
There are enough pallets on the map to survivors gen rush and leave even if u mannage to force a drop and break them ASAP, the fact that vaulting pallets isnt affected by the bottles makes it very easy to loop or keep yourself away from The Clown, u also gotta reload, giving the survivors even more time to run away...
I could keep describing how weak he is, but anyone can probably test that by following the second paragraph rules and playing about 50 matches (after learning how to play the killer very well) on Rank 1 swarmed by CWFs.

It's not the survivor's I worry about...
Since the console survivors only face CASUAL killers who miss their hits just because the survivor spin around a bit, the PC killers would have an easier time facing such noobness, so whats the problem?

What has save file to do with that? People will always find a way to derank. If you want people not to derank, give them motivation and a reason to stay high rank
Rank 1 gameplay is fine, the real problem is the matchmaking, it takes 30-40 minutes on average to find a lobby at Rank 1 as killer, while at Rank 20s it usually takes less than 10 seconds.
Since the latest rank reset im afking in the basement as Leatherface + Noed + Insidious, they genrush and usually dont leave, as soon as someone tries to open the chest they get hooked and camped, most of the time i lose a pip and be able to stay at Rank 20s.
The best part of the story is that i can do all that ######### as LF, get the SALT and find another match in less than 20 minutes in total, EFFICIENCY IS KEY!

Im not trolling, its what i do when i play survivor and its what i expect ppl to do when i go for saves, if they are still i'll consider that the killer is PROTECTING THE HOOK AGAINST SWARMS/CAMPERS and will keep reparing the gens and ignoring them.

It indicates that u wanna get saved ASAP, usually means that the other survivors should hurry up because the killer is not paying attention.

personally i think its not worth getting into those ranks, because you know for a fact that 90% of the games your going in; you'll be facing off with the most Toxic people within this community of a game.I don't know, its like once you see yourself in those red ranks, theirs nothing good that comes out of it and you know your going to have one hell of a stressful match. I felt I had to create this post since I have been seeing nothing but negative comments online. I love this killer!! They are FUN, they are scary, and it's soooo easy to kill with them once you know what you are doing (Though to be fair I'm playing at rank 5-10 right now since I didn't have much time to grind to higher ranks)
Please don't nerf legion (I'm serious), and I just wanted to say thank you so much for making such a fun and interesting killer! I love this game quite a bit and always look forward to the next big thing ^__^
