Well , technically you can get it with in game currency so it's not paid dlc only.

I don't really care about the hatch much and it shouldn't be top priority in my opinion but I do think it could use a rework.
Something that would require the survivor to earn it and prevent killer from just camping it. -

Yeah the deep would is kinda meh in my opinion too.
All I say is that I can see why they changed BT. I don't say I like it.
The self mending also is a nice buff that will make you not want to break chase...

Not a bad idea , but not 6 seconds.If anything then it should be around 1 second longer than the hit cooldown so that you could still grab if they start opening it afterwards.
But the problem with that idea is - how will a downed survivor open it? Will they be able to do it while downed?
And don't say "a downed survivor doesn't deserve hatch" ok? If a killer loses a slug then he doesn't deserve the kill. -

If the offering is so important to you then they probably worth more than a bloody piece of clothing. It used to be nice to get a piece of cosmetic back when there was no store , but now it's nothing special.
So yeah , if you want to keep the offerings that you can never use then don't prestige. -
