Don’t mind the silly comments and such. This is an older post of mine. Take a look and I hope it helps!
The mentality part of hags game has an absolute ASTRONOMICAL skill cap (a little bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point). Just take a look: !
- Traps from loop to window, into another loop. Love when you exactly KNOW where a survivor is going to take a certain path. Other combos can also include unhooked savings into vaults/pallets, 2 traps loop into jungle gym (not an often occurrence, but very now and then you’ll get a loop that connects into the dreaded jungle gym -fast vault- WINDOW. It’s nice to get one closer to the window, one opposite side and directly inside. ETC.
- Shack is NEVER a problem.
- Flashlights don’t HAVE to be a problem. As long as your traps are connected and aren’t placed wrong, you will not have a problem! Flashlights are typically used at pallets and hooked survivors. (Again, typically! Some Experience survivors will take down different traps, but you can always adjust as long as you have your area controlled. Speaking of which..)
- Area of control is absolutely astounding! Definitely one of the most important ones to remember! Goal is to protect at LEAST 4 gens IF possible. But 5 is preferable, if not 6. There is usually a gen you want to let go (I.e gen in barn).
- She isn’t add on dependable!
- Certain perks are INCREDIBLE on her! Especially Save The Best For Last! STBFL is definitely recommended! I also love Monitor & Abuse on her, Sloppy/Thana or Dying light combo, Dark devotion, Pop of course and really any Hex perks! - Surge is nice!
- She can be hard to see at times! (Why M&A works well)
- Shes gorgeous!
- A lot of survivors aren’t imitated by her (allowing hag to wreck havoc).
- Speed isn’t a hinderance FFS!!! Look at Spirit and Nurse 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
- SWF isn’t any different going up against as a pose to another killer. If they are running through your traps purposely? GOOD! They are wasting time. And as you know, you have your area locked down and your perk synergy is ending careers!

I'm in no way anywhere near God Tier players. I make mistakes, some more costly than others, but I still have fun while maintaining a steady amount of kills of our favourite resident claw boi.
I hope he isn't getting nerfed anytime soon, as I heard he has the highest lethality rate of any killer.
Freddy is in such a good spot, I’d be shocked if they nerfed him.

Something else I've gotten better at is keeping track of how long I've been chasing someone and leaving if it's taking too long. This leads into what I can improve on which is to not give up chase too soon as it would ruin any pressure I was giving.
I can definitely relate to this heavily. Intuition can go a long way, as I’m hoping mine continues to improve.

Work has been quite tiring and I’ve had a pinch nerve in my neck that’s been annoying asf, but other than that, it’s fine. DBD has been quite fun lately, so that’s good vibes.

Don’t play it in a competitive way if you hate it and if it makes you angry. Have more fun with it. As for small victories, maybe try and always make sure your fiancé survives in a match, even if it means sacrificing yourself (like you probably would in real life).
If you want to stay competitive and keep your cool, I suggest (non directly or directly) complimenting the killer if they had made a good play. I personally have found this to be quite nice while playing, whether it’s a killer or a survivor. Or taking fault for a bad play you made can also bring closure and help be calm and collective. (Just don’t go so hard on yourself like I have lol.)
if they’re being toxic? Well, that’s tough lol. I just try and clear my thoughts personally while in game. You focus a lot more and don’t overthink, while not having the toxicity weighing you down. Talking to your fiancé with different topics other than the game (for the most part) may also help as you’re probably not focusing on the killer being toxic.
And of course there are things like yoga, taking deep breaths, and other home activities, but I’ve personally haven’t needed or felt like I’ve been even close to having to do that.
Thats really all I can think of from my personal experiences from this game. Hope it helps.

Hag. Mostly because she’s already so strong. combined with 3 hexes, and the room between the bar and ceiling is tremendous. And the bar is already set high.

Well, no one is happy it got delayed. However, I do think *most* of us are appreciative of the devs trying to get the event out as quickly as they can.

For every one person who leaves loudly, how many leave quietly?
This game bleeds players which is why the average player count doesn't stay elevated after special events.
This is probably also why we got the archives and the rift. So the game artificially retains players through short term shiny things rather than long-term fun and balanced gameplay...
but we'll continue to see this sort of thing until the core game changes or the majority of players leave for other games.
I wouldn't celebrate or mock people who feel passionately enough about the game to explain why they can't play the game anymore. Whatever you say says more about you than the writer and they probably love the game more than you.
I’ve been waiting for a new game to sway me away from this horror personally. I find myself angry more than happy playing it, which just isn’t healthy. Every month, I continue to play it less and less. It’s just a matter of time, hopefully (unless the game gets more balanced, engaging and less toxic... I have my doubts), a new game will pull me through a different light.

Total Drama, Rockos Modern Life, Ed Edd and Eddy, Foster Home for Imaginary Friends, Rugrats, Teen Titans, Danny Phantom, Pokémon seasons 1-5, Invader Zim, XMen, Kim Possible, Powerpuff Girls, Scooby Doo (Old school movie ones like Zombie Island and Witches Ghost), Hey Arnold, Gargoyles, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Looney Tunes, Old Spongebob... Hopefully I’m not forgetting any, but yeah... I love all of the these and still watch cartoons to this day (20 years old)! The only like action ones I enjoyed were Drake and Josh, Icarly, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, That’s so Raven, Phil of The Future, Ned Classified and Wizards of Waverley Place (might be misssing a few)
The more modern ones I’ve watched or still watch are: Adventure Time, Regular Show, American Dad, The Simpson’s, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, The Amazing World of Gumball, Scooby Doo mystery Incorporated, Rick and Morty.
Unfortunately, Most modern cartoons are pretty bad lol.

Yes it is? Lol. I’m disagreeing with this idea. It’s not a good one. Slugging is a viable strategy. And yes, it isn’t fun for survivors. I do like @TragicSolitude s’ idea, as it is similar to what I would suggest.

Just Wraith with Make Your Choice.
It's not wrong to think low of Wraith, but they feel way too relaxed when a good Wraith runs MYC.
It's not uncommon for me to always have someone on the hook using it, and 1-hit Surprise attacks prevents enough chases altogether.
These things usually provide the pressure i need, plus Windstorm really helps if you want to immediately catch the unhooker, besides just being a good option to apply more pressure by patrolling.
Wait, JUST MYC by itself? Or is that just your main perk? I’m personally not a fan of MYC on Wraith just because I like to pressure gens after a hook and commit to other chases simultaneously. Wraith is surely so underrated IMO.
